I have been going here for years, and although the customer services is great, this car wash is hit or miss. I go here when I want the interior and exterior done. The exterior is usually satisfactory, but the inside is ALWAYS an issue. I have a dog, and while I understand that not all dog hair can be removed thoroughly, I literally have to tell them verbally to PLEASE do a better job cleaning the interior. The results are sometimes good, and sometimes bad where they seem to miss cleaning certain spots that are in plain view. For example, the interior doors and parts of the seats are hardly ever wiped. If I'm paying over $30, at least have the decency to do a simple task like wiping the seats with a wet cloth. Thank you.

Pricier than other car washes that do basically same quality of work. Badly designed entrance - cars huddle up in 2 rows then go into one and inside is tight leading up to wash. $9 wash is short and there was 3 men towel drying my small sedan and still had massive water spots after. Not going again.

Had a car detailed last year over priced and less than acceptable job.Paid $27 for interior and exterior wash. Not worth the money - windshield interior streaked - exterior had water spots on the window back end etc - definitely not worth the money .Won t be back - shoddy service and management .

They do a great job washing your car, but their operation is INCREDIBLY INEFFICIENT. They really need a separate line for exterior only washes. They have two entry bays, and I just sat in my car as the next in line for 10 minutes while both bays were filled with vehicles getting their interior vacuumed while the actual car wash portion was completely empty.Just a reminder, no matter how short the line is, plan for at least 30 minutes when going here.

My first visiting and I signed up for the monthly package. They cleaned the car well,and staff was exceptionally friendly. Minus one star due to interior wipe down. I will update after a few more uses.

I usually go to the location on Harper, but I was near this location so I thought I would give it a try. It is so much slower than the Harper location. My guess is because they don't have an express lane for those who just want a car wash and no detail. My car wash was good and I do like the sign they have to abide by first come first serve rules and everyone seemed to follow it.

The photos below are taken after I came back to Mr C's car wash in Grosse Pointe Woods so they could touch up the tires and rims and trunk liner that was missed the first time through.I paid for "Bills Best" interior and exterior, cleaning of 4 interior all weather floor mats, cleaning of rubberized trunk liner, and special attention to the rims as they had some dry mud.After speaking with the manager and showing him my concerns from the first time through. He radioed to another team member the information on my car and what needed to be taken care of.The photos attached are after speaking with the manager and having the car washed again and special attention paid to the items listed above.Definitely lost me as a customer, I hope this helps people make the right decision when paying $50+ with tip.-So I decided to give Mr. C's car wash on Mack avenue in grosse pointe woods One more shot. Right on cue things went worse than my previous review. I feel idiotic with how bad my last experience was to even give them another shot but I try to support local and did it anyway.This time around I paid for another "Bill's Best" with special attention to the wheels, tires and winter floor mats, as you'll see in the new photos I'm posting today, they did an even worse job than the last time. Not to mention the interior looked like it hadn't been wiped or dusted. The extra money I paid for the floor mats, well they weren't clean and still soaking wet when I got my car back.Bill if this is truly your "best" you've set the bar so low it isn't even visible. My best advice would be either do not have your car washed or detailed here, as you will overpay and be completely unhappy with the results as evidenced by the new pictures I'll post to this.

Recently had my car detailed following a family vacation. We have three kids. Imagine sand, food, sticky smears the car was a mess. Mr. C s interior detailing was perfection. Highly recommend.

A total ripoff, and has poor customer service. I lived in the area for 20+ years and each time I reconsider going to MC's, I waste money. They are horrible on Windows, consoles, and Dash. The last time I went, my back window was not cleaned at all. 27 dollars doesn't even include tire shine.

Probably the worst car wash full service I have ever seen! Paid $32 ( plus tip) for the top service and my interior is filthy!In fact, it doesn t look like it was cleaned at all!

The #1 reason I gave it 5 stars is the undeniable truth that Mr. C's is thee BEST car wash on the Eastside of Detroit and Grosse Pointe! The only downside is it is also the most expensive car wash in the same area. The cheapest option is the exterior only wash @ $9, all the way up to $30 for THE WORKS wash which is interior & exterior. You get out of your vehicle and follow along a glass walled hallway where you can watch everything being done to your vehicle. The waiting area is really nice with a flat screen TV and entertainment system.

Mrs C's is one of the better car washes to go to. The unlimited plan is the best. I have a couple of cars that I have on the plan and if I wanted to get them washed once a day I could do so and only pay a monthly fee as if I paid for 2 separate washes. I mean, that's the best plan ever. Every time I go, I see some paying for individual washes, and I always advise them of what they could be saving. I think I need to be receiving compensation from Mr. C's...lol.

I gotta say the owners here are pretty smart. They do a good job, yes. And their employees are pretty good. But if there were another car wash in Grosse pointe, this place would be OUTTA business. Let me explain:1) they are basically open from 8a-6p weekdays (Monday - Friday). Wait you re telling me you re open during the times that most of us work, but then close when most of us get off work? And you have us all pay a monthly fee so we PAY but can t always USE the service! It s honestly a brilliant way to make money.2) for some god forsaken reason, if you have a package where they will vacuum your cars and mats, they DO IT AT THE BEGINNING. This completely log Jams the whole operation. You can wait 30-40 minutes sometimes for a car wash. I can t for the life of me understand why they don t do the vacuuming AFTER. This is what I mean when I say if there was a car wash where you could self vacuum (or honestly any other car wash) this place would be OUTTA BUSINESS

It's very sad to have to write this review. This place use to b so awesome but now .I paid for a Bill's best service and I received Bill's worst. Underbody wash not cleaned at all nor was my rims and tires. I spoke to the attendant about it and he said the vehicle was ready to go ,I said look at my tires he looked at my receipt and proceeded to attend to my tires all he did was wiped shine on them which wasn't done correctly. He didnt even touch the rims. My windshield was all smeared.f Floor mats were soaking wet. I was so upset I didn't even go back to talk to management. For the money they charge and the time u spend waiting service is expected to be much better than what I received. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Returned to complete internal cleaning. McDonald's,Port Huron, spilled Coffee on Inside door. Pd for internal cleaning at Mr. C's. Inside car door had not been cleaned . Manager complained after returning.2nd time internal cleaning incomplete. Mr C's use to do amazing work. Last two visits, I was disappointed

Desmond at the cashier stand is a hard worker, scrubbed off all (lots) the bugs off the front and the mirror. Great service.

They will not clean the console when you pay for them to detail the inside. Every. Time. I keep thinking maybe next time they ll do it. I m very pregnant and just cannot do it myself right now otherwise I would. I m disgusted, and I am DONE with them.

I've been a member for about now.and I truly love the crew on Mack and moross they really take care of me and my needs for my car.Sam and Danny are the best. I look forward.once a month buying lunch for the crew and they really appreciate it it makes me happy and them also. Most days I look forward to getting up and stopping by the car wash to have my car cleaned and great conversation.Sincerely juantez Davis

Always get my vehicle wash as a loyal customer 26 yrs. I recieve the Bill's Best they do a good job only problem at times I have to tell them to vacuum in between the seats both driver and passengers side something I shouldn't have to keep asking them to do also floor runners when exiting the vehicle. Must do better this is a $30.00 car wash I am not a complainer but service should be consistent.Over all I would recommend anyone to get there car wash at Mr. C's

Its just mediocre right now only bcus they have all new hires who dont know a lick about washing cars.. ive had window cleaner left on my windows bcus they sprayed it inside and never wiped it off .. still dirt left on cars .. some never read the tags on the dash.. like robots.. if it say no brush it means no brush

I paid for the works and my car was not fully vacuumed nor was the inside seats wiped down. My mirror was broken and I was not even offered an air freshener. They are very slow and unprofessional. I will not return to this location.

Will not go to this one again you can tell by the employees body language they are lazy you can t tell who is in charge took them 20 minutes to do nothing to my car I still had a ton of water all over the car I had to ask an employee for a towel and spray to clean my inside on my on. I go there serveral times a week, and I'm coming from Lincoln Park. Sam the manager there keeps that place humming along. The workers are always professional and polite. People always ask me why I go so far for a wash, I always have the same reply. It isn't a simple wash, it more like an experience

Very professional car wash with all the works. Cleans car inside and out. Car mats can be cleaned as well for extra fee. Appointment can also be made for detail. There is a option for exterior only if that is all that is needed. Small wait area with snacks to purchase while waiting. Been going to both local locations for quite a while. Customer for life.
