I went to a previous tire place on scahefer and fenkell to get my tire sealed a couple weeks before my visit to motown tire. The one on schaefer played me. They took my money and my tired still kept going flat. I went to motown tire and they got me right. I waited a month to do my review jist to make sure that my tire was finally fixed, and its great. The 2 guys up there was so informative. They showed me step by step of the process that they were doing. Pulled me and my son out of the cold. Almost the best experience i ever had being a woman going to someone for my car. Alot of shops take advantage of woman but i felt comfortable at motown and will be going back to them anytime i have a problem.

Amazing Service they took care of me so quick! I received the best quality tires and I didn't even have enough money! I am a forever customer. Im so grateful! N the guy, the owner is so down to earth and nice I appreciate that he made me feel like apart of the family! The whole staff was good to me Go Motown tires customer dor life baby!!!!!!!

The reason for 2 stars is because I normally get tires from here for a fair price & Tony is pretty cool. But I had work done for my rear hub bearings on December 21st, 2021 by a gentlemen with glasses & by February my vehicle sounded terrible. I really just wanted my money back for the faulty installation. Even though it was under warranty I was scared to even bother going back in & truly felt it would be a waste of time. Tony told me to come back in, and the mechanics stand behind their work. I just don't have the time nor patience for a job that should've been done properly the 1st time. My new mechanic that had to make the correction stated the job was terrible. Lol smh. I'll go here for tires but nothing else. Awesome people with good attitudes though

I had an alert on my dashboard that indicated my front passenger tire needed air added. So I went to Motown Tires and Paul assisted me..very helpful!! Paul used the gauge to determine that it wasn't the front right passenger tire..it was the back drivers tire that was causing the issue!! I really appreciated the time he took out to help me.. very polite. I will definitely be back

Motown Tire did a great Job! They were very passionate and understanding to the situation and they got my children and I in and out so that they could make it to school. I highly recommend them. And they were 40.00 less than the tire shop down the street!!!!

Caught a flat and seen this tire shop on Fenkell. I was serviced as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Inside of the store is clean. Paul reassured us that the tire shop we went to prior to catching this flat basically ripped us off and sold us a dry rotted tire. The communication, professionalism and quick work ethic is amazing. Highly recommend. My car is up and rolling like brand new. Thank you Paul.

Don't do good business. Old tires with date stamps as far as 10 to 15 years back.Sold me a tire couldn't get it on the rim so tried to give me a worse tire than they already presented. I said that's not go work they had already took the old tire off the rim placed my rim in the trunk . Luckily I had a spare gave me my refund($40) after they kept saying we don't sell 40 dollar tires which I replied u just did. Pure crooks

These guys took care of me to say the least . My passenger rear tire blew out the other morning on my way to work and thankfully I was only a few blocks away from this shop . It s under New Ownership from my understanding and I couldn t have been any happier with the service. They had the tire I needed and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.Thanks Again Guys !

I have never met a mechanic that made me feel like family. I applaud this business for their honesty, and thorough inspection of my vehicle.They could have played me but instead they walked me though the process step by step and it cost me nothing...I was pleased to buy them lunch

This shop has been my "Go to" shop since Ward's tire closed down years ago. But on 1-18-19 I went in to have 4 new tires installed just like I have on my past visits. So I drive away and once I get into 96 I notice my truck pulling to the left. I drove another 15 miles or so and pulled into the gas station to check my tire pressure. ALL 4 TIRES HAD DIFFERENT TIRE PRESSURE!!! 36,44,46 and 38 was the tire when the factory recommended pressure is 35psi. On top of that I noticed that these guys didn't even pull the damn stickers off the tires, HOW F'N LAZY IS THAT? I don't live close by Detroit Tire and I probably drove by at least 20 other tire places on my way there. I don't know if it is under new management or what but I know I'll be spending my money where I can get Good service...
