I was able to call and get an appointment the same day. I received a couple of quotes from other auto glass places but Motor City Auto Glass beat those prices by half.They were professional and provided great customer service. The process took less than an hour. I would highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.

I can't believe I was going to pay $449 to have a side window replaced on my car.A friend told me about this place, we called got a quote, I was ABSOLUTELY surprised when I heard how much it'd cost. They replaced my window in about 30 minutes. I paid what I was quoted over the phone. I looked in my back seat and noticed that the broken glass was gone. I want to THANK the young man for cleaning the glass that was all over my back seat and floor-I was not expecting that at all. I really appreciate you for doing that!

I just got my driver's side front window replaced here and I am SO happy. I called them around noon today, they got the part in super quickly, and I was able to go there for installation at 2:30pm. They were SO kind and careful and super fast, and their pricing is very affordable. All the techs were very knowledgeable and the owner works right there on premises as well. It's a convenient location and easy to find, which is also a bonus. It was the least exclusive place that I found at the time. Just know if it's cold outside and you have to wait it's chilly inside not freezing but wrap up lol. Good work though

Hands down some of the best customer service I have received in years even while they were busy they were still courteous well spoken and professional,fast and the price was definitely fair Second time not so great somehow, my Bluetooth adapter turns up missing from the middle console, which shouldn t even been touched while trying to have a rear passenger window fixed and no one was willing to take accountability or even offer to compensate me for the inconvenience I guess just don t leave anything in the car that you re gonna have to replace

Top notch customer service and professionalism. They were the only ones who could get me in on a short notice for my Kia and had me in and out within an hour and a half. I sat in the waiting area for my window to be repaired and heard dozens of conversations, where the same level of customer service was provided. I hope to have to never return, but will definitely recommend to anyone in need. The whole team was efficient and positive, which is so rare these days.Service: Auto side window replacement

By far the best auto glass repair shop in Detroit. The owner and other employees are incredibly nice and professional. The prices are also pretty good. They will get you in and out quickly. Very good affordable price! When didn't have window I needed in house, they immediately called around to find window for me, even just for an inquiry! Friendly and very fast service! I had time to walk to the store and back, about 15 minutes and they were done when I got back! Very pleased with their service! I've used Motor City Glass several times. Technicians are fast, friendly, and effective. Be sure to call the day before bringing your vehicle so that they have the window product you need before showing up - this will dramatically lessen your wait time.

This company is amazing!!!!!Canadian here who was visiting Detroit for the weekend. I had the misfortune of somebody smashing the rear window out of my Ram while parked overnight. We called Motor City Auto Glass early Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised to hear that they had the glass I needed in stock and that they d fix it quickly. I dropped my truck off around 11:00am and they called me before 1:00 telling me that my truck was ready.Their service, empathy, communication, pricing and customer service is all top shelf!They were also extremely busy so it was easy to overhear conversations with them and their customers in person and over the phone which were equally impressive.Thanks to the team that really helped me out.
