Found this place from Facebook marketplace when we got here they were very attentive. Gilbert the owner is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Got my son hooked up, took his time, and was very patient with my son. Balanced the tires per request. Thank you very much! We will be back...especially for some purple ones...

I went to their other shop on Vernor for tires they didn't have them but they called this location and they did have them, I was greeted with respect and all the workers helped and answered all my questions their prices were better then all the shops around who tried to sell me tires that weren't good, this shop doesn't try to pressure you to buy but they help you they have 2 different financing options which helps if you're on a budget like myself, they did a very thorough job and checked everything! They show you everything and explain before they do anything and I felt very comfortable and was happy with the service here. I am a new customer but I am going to be a returning customer and I won't be going any where else, thanks for all your help, for the great service and your professionalism, it really means a lot to me.

This place is amazing. I had a screw in my tire. As soon as I pulled in the lot, one of the service techs was out with a jack and had my car up and tire off before I could get in the office. They showed me the screw and were able to patch my tire saving me a ton of money over buying a new one. I will for sure be back when I have other tire needs and am going to tell everyone I know about this place!Thank you Michigan Wheel & Tire 5star service and repair!!!

I am going to start with this place is 1,000% the best place to go, quick service , amazing customer service. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Great deals on tires. I would definitely recommend going here!They finance so even better!!

I will ONLY go to this tire shop Hector and Gilbert are the best in Michigan the customer service was above exceptional and the guys did an amazing job in the rain I am so pleased with how well they treated me. They cut off very badly destroyed and not hardly there lugs and replaced all my studs even though only 3 had to be cut off and this was completely done in the cold rain. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend them.

These guys don't know what they are doing I just got my wheels from wheel docs and I just needed my tires swapped out I even got my own tires and look what happend to my rims if I can leave no stars I would this is unprofessional

Been to this place serveral times customer service was absolutely terrible today i ask the employees for the specific amount i was paying for a part and he completely went into rage. Never had a problem before but definitely will not return i urge anyone from going here. Im sure his rage came from over charging customers with no itemized Receipt. Which is basically charging anyone whatever they want. And me simply asking how much a part cost since i saw O'reilly's bring the part in. Simply don't go there i regret it.

Went there to buy a set of wheels and they are over priced this is why I don t support wheel shops in my city. I was told 2500 just for the wheels but if I get tires it s 3000 wasn t adding up went and got the wheels somewhere else 1800 for the set in stag fitment 22x9 on front and 22x10.5 for rears. Bout tires for 500 for the set. 2400 complete mount balanced.

I went here to buy a 4 tires and the owner and his staff gave me a good deal and gave me a oil change and my car rides much much better this will be the place to go if you want good quality service. Thx again Michigan Tire. Oh let me add the shop and restroom was very clean so this let you know the owner cares about his business and customers. My Audi all clean up with my new tires and wish I could have had that nice looking lady riding with me that came into the shop.

Everyone be aware but WOMEN specifically, do not come here to get your tires fixed or anything for that matter I had two screws in a tire I was told it s safer to get a used tire instead of repairing the one I had in which i agreed after I noticed my car was making a weird noise and it felt funny I took it to the mechanics just to find out they put a tire that was way to big on my car..No I didn t come in yesterday I took my car to the mechanic yesterday where I discovered what YOU did how do I know it was u because I had 4 brand new tires put on my vechicle last summer before I had said nails in my tire I came to YOU to get it patched and YOU recommended a used tire instead of patches as it would be safer. I agreed with that being said the one tire that s too big is the tire that you sold and put on my car weeks ago. using different sized tires and wheels can lead to accidents and expensive maintenance issues the fact that I have 3 of the same size tires and one too big that you placed there is putting my life and any passengers in my cars life in danger I think u need to speak to your staff to insure this doesn t happen again to someone else!

If I can give them 0 stars I WILL I was there looking for a used of set of tires one guy show me a tire with a nail still in it I asked him about it he we can patch it I told him you can t patch nails on the sidewall. He told me to get the F out of here then he kick me out of the store plus the tire looked super old

I ve had two cars done here, and I ll keep coming back. Gilbert will get you unique rims and tires on the spot, even if you drive in with no appointment. There s a huge showroom and a database with all sizes, colors, and styles. The service is fast and friendly with a great waiting room, couches and outlets, etc. You can keep trying new rims on your car until you find the one that works for you, and they have a huge selection. The price is unbeatable for rims and tires, installed, and out the door. People are always commenting how sick my rims look and asking where I got them. Now you know

Best place to go get anything done to your car or truck. I needed 2 tires for my truck. And me and my husband went to Michigan Wheel &Tire. And they gave us a deal on 2 new tires. Ask for Gilbert.
