I went to Metro Tires with my daughter to have a tire replaced. She had done her research on how to tell if a tire has broken bands and if the tread is no longer at a safe depth to be driven and how it bulges. Make no mistake, we were not expecting a new tire for a used tire price. We were expecting to receive a quality tire for the price. The manager had to go to their other location to get the tire they needed to put on the tire and came back with two tires and gave us the older looking tire and set the newer tire in their stock.I asked the black guy (who would be putting the tire on) why are we getting this tire when that other tire looked like the better tire. He only stated his boss told him to. The guy replacing the tire was not experienced with taking off tires that had wheel locks. He even went to get a sledge hammer to try to remove the lugs. My daughter immediately stopped him asking him what was he hitting on the car. He banged and banged saying he couldn't get it off. The manager came out and finally took the power tool and removed the lugs. We got the tire and within a day, it was leaking air was put in the tire, it still lost air. We returned to the manager to request another tire, yet we were told that it was a rim leak and they would only put air it, ignoring our request for a replacement.WE went to another local used tire place because we still had to replace the faulty tire and wouldn't you know it the wear and tear on that tire was confirmed by another mechanic as being the result of broken belts and not a rim leak! We had to buy another tire. These guys don't listen to women, push a faulty product over safety and will not replace their faulty tire as well as allow untrained staff to work on your car.

Rude! Poor customer service skills, I call early in the morning about an hour after opening and they repeatedly answer the phone and hang up. No use in going there

I love this place the guy i dont know if he is white arabic or what he always there he has a bald head he is the nicest always making sure everybody tires are good

Trash service they close 40 minutes before they were supposed to they say they close at 6:00 they close at 5:20 I would recommend no one go there!
