Maurice and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the oil pan on my Jetta. When I called him in a frazzled state, his advice to tow my car saved me a significant amount in repair expenses alone. Maurice s professionalism and dedication were evident as he answered my call 30 minutes before his business hours, sourced factory parts for my car, and returned it to me within 2-3 days. I highly recommend this automotive shop for their exceptional service.

Maurice is amazing! Driving across the country our big ol van needed some TLC. He got us in right away and did all the work himself since the rest of the team was busy. If we were in Detroit, hands down he d be our mechanic! Thanks Maurice!

Maurice does an amazing job...my key fob broke off in my ignition. He was very detailed with explaining to me the process of a Volvo and he had to take the entire dash board apart to get the broken key fob out of the ignition. There was not a locksmith in sight to do this job on a Volvo.I value him and his great customer service. Thank you so much...great place to take your vehicle.HICKS

I needed my side mirror replaced on my Hyundai. $300 dollars later, it was replaced with the wrong mirror (no Blind Spot Protection). I told Maurice I was unhappy and brought my vehicle back and I explicitly asked that he call me if there are any issues getting the correct mirror. He once again replaced it with the wrong mirror (wrong color) and did not call me either time to tell me that they didn t have the correct mirror in stock, just went ahead and installed the incorrect mirror.Once I expressed my dissatisfaction, Maurice was willing to do what was needed to fix the issue. To clarify: very good customer service, but I was unhappy with lack of communication.

I highly recommend Maurice's shop. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and Maurice quoted a great price and offered even better service. While my car was being worked on, Maurice allowed me to access the WIFI to continue my workday. The lobby was quiet and clean allowing me to take several calls in peace. Maurices s I m so thankful a couple months ago you were able to find and fix my 2017chevy trax water pump malfunction while I was visiting back home and I m glad to say my car is still running like a champ. Maurice is a good guy with many years of experience. He's professional, friendly as well as his staff, and promptly gets the job done. Another plus is his customer waiting area. I waited while he worked on my car and was surprised at how clean and comfortable it is. Most shops that I've seen have waiting areas that are dusty and dirty, but not here. I had my coffee, chilled and watched TV. I highly recommend Maurice's Hi-Tech Auto Service.

He accomplished what has caused me well over $3,500.00in the past year... Highly recommend Maurice for his honesty and not gouging a woman.. Will use him for all my future repairs!!! I'll never use Tuffy again!!!!

Great and reliable shop! When my truck was stuck on the side of the road I talked to Maurice himself and he was very helpful. Got my car towed there after hours and it was safe there all night. The next day they replaced my alternator for a fair price and had it ready for me quickly.After picking it up, a few days later, the car wouldn t start again. Honestly, I was livid, but when I called Maurice, again he was very courteous and informed me that the battery itself might also need to be replaced. Maurice told me to just come on down and I ll take care of you as a top priority . Brought my truck back, and as promised, Maurice got me in right away and replaced the battery quickly.I am normally weary of repair shops because I feel like many of them can t be trusted. Maurice s Hi-Tech Automotive, has reminded me that there are still some good shops out here. I ll DEFINITELY come back (if needed ) and would refer Maurice to anyone! Thanks guys...

I have never left a Google review before but I had to for these guys. Maurice and his team are the nicest group of mechanics I have ever met. They checked out my brakes when I was worried something was wrong and reassured me that everything was ok. Had my car in and out the same day. I admit I know next to nothing about cars but they don t talk to you like you re stupid or take advantage of you. If you are a woman, this is the place to bring your car. I just moved here from New England but this place will absolutely be my go-to for however long I m here.Services: Tires, Brakes

I always have my car serviced at Maurice Hi-Tech. The service is good and they do an excellent job on my Chevy Impala. The price to fix my car is very reasonable.

Maurice's is really the place to go. I was new to Detroit and having an issue with my car - I found him and read these reviews, and amazing service is exactly what I got. He listened to what I had to explain, was so nice, called me to give me an update with an affordable and fair price,. Fast service, with everything running perfectly. I had never been to Maurice s before, but I am glad I went. Maurice himself made sure to call me and was very straight forward about telling me the cost to repair my vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle in and out in 2 days (would have only taken 1 day, but they needed to order a special part).Bottom line is Maurice can be trusted with your vehicle and will do good work in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Maurice's his son and the crew we re absolutely amazing. I had a weekend trip to Detroit with my 3 children for Pistons game and fun. My starter went out on our 2017 Dodge Ram on Sunday. I called Maurice and got the truck in there Monday morning. In a matter of a couple hours time we got the call, it was done! Every single person at maurices will go out of their way to help. Even happier when the bill was less than expected. Excellent prices personality s and service. I just bought a used car and took it to Maurice for an inspection. He did a fantastic job and I will be coming back for any maintenance needed in the future. Him and his team are very friendly, respectful, and genuinely want to help everybody out. He helped me keep my costs low but also repaired a lot in a short period of time. It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics, and I'm so grateful that I went here first. Thank you so much!

300% recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent customer service. I'm new to the area and had a small issue with my car. I just did a Google search and found this one was very close by. I called the shop and even though they were short 3 techs that day Maurice told me to come in and he'll take care of it. When I got there I could see just how busy they were and Maurice personally fixed the issue with my car. I've never seen such top notch service when it comes to auto issues. This fine establishment has earned all of my future business.

We were traveling from out of town and broke down near Maurice's. Maurice himself helped us in an extremely timely matter. He replaced our alternator and charged the battery for us in record time. Maurice is a good man always honest and he is respectful. He don t push you he tells you the truth on what needs to be done and he works with you. And follows up with you. Does excellent work. If I want a good mechanic this is your man. Do yourself a favor and call him he will get your car together the right way. Shop is also very clean and organized. Thanks so much Maurice for everything

I originally took my car to Maurice's because it's close to work and convenient. Now it's the ONLY place I take my car. I've been going to Maurice's for four years now. Not only are they great mechanics, but they are great people too. Maurice is a man of his word and he stands behind everything he says and does. Quick repairs and more than fair prices. He truly wants his customers to leave happy. I highly recommend Maurice's. It's always a positive experience.

Maurice was such a pleasure to work with. We spoke on the phone for 10 minutes before I even went in and he answered all my questions. When arriving, he noticed that my fix was quick so he set aside time to quickly diagnose and repair my issue. Maurice also took the time to explain exactly what happened to my car and what I can do to prevent the issue from happening again. He is so educated in electronics and cars that this is only place to take your car for services.

Was in town visiting a friend, when I realized a grinding sound on my rear breaks. Sure enough, needed some work.Looked up break repair shops around, read a few reviews and selected Maurice. Called him. He said to bring the car in that morning and he had it ready to me before noon (as promised). Great job on the car. Great service. Very kind and honest. And reasonably priced. I recommend Maurice for your auto work. He has as lot of customers. Evidence that he does good and honest business I think.

Maurice is kind, professional and very competent. He installed a new transmission on my 2015 Suburban. This is the second time I used his company- the first time he installed a new engine in my son s Acura MDX (running great). He drove to Port Huron to pick up my transmission and did some additional repairs at little or no charge. Services were performed promptly. Maurice has his two sons working with him and I am happy to bring my business to this family and to say goodbye to the overpriced shops in Grosse Pointe.Service: Transmission
