Horrible service. I took my car to get the brakes checked and I ended spending over $1k on brand new brake parts all around and it ended up not fixing the issue. They just throw parts onto the car without doing any testing or diagnosing the problem.

Adam shop owner you the MAN, man. I came in to balance and mount 4 tires on my 2016 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. I went off by the reviews this will be a good spot. I will tell you the only thing that matters. The owner of the shop Adam he is a real one. Come in and get your self a real authentic job done. If any happens just speak with the big boss. He is legit he will work with you. He is honest and authentic for his business. Theres not much tire shop out there like this one. I will reassure you that you will be satisfied. Trust me! And I don t do reviews. This review right here is worth telling the one who need reassurance.

If I could I do zero first of all the rounded out my wheel lock key had to find a new one then they broke my tire pressure system (tps) and won't replace it say I have to talk to Adam knowing all well they broke it he had to ask me if I had 1 and I mean all you gotta do is shake the stem back and forth and u will feel it nor did they balance the tires at all I had to go to discount tire to fix their mess up

These dudes are honest when it comes to the work and what they charge. literally one of the best shops in Detroit. It s my go to shop!! You will never feel cheated here amazing work n workers

If you are like me & usually wrench on your own stuff & don't trust any shop I'm telling you these dudes are solid.Pricing is Hella good as well. No other shop but Los Alto will touch my rides.

I gave them my truck at 9 in the morning (November 18,2022), but didn't get it back until the NEXT day (November 19, 2022)for a wheel alignment. No one asked me if it was OK to Keep my car on a FRIDAY night. Totally unacceptable communication, but the service I asked for was GREAT

Great experience overall, workers were super friendly and inviting. transparent, they will let you know if the job is doable and great prices all around. Highly recommend for all your rim/tire needs! Thank you guys

Tooked my truck to cut my flowmaster off and get a cherry bomb put on and they tooked my flowmaster they gave me a old rusty flowmaster that doesn't fit my truck never again

This is my go to shop for tires and minor work. They are always fast, reliable, honest and cheap. I do not know anything about cars and have been taken advantage of before by other places. Los Altos explains what the problem is and does what they say they are going to do at the price they quote. Highly recommended!

Very small. There's really no place to sit if you're waiting to get your car repaired, but the service is excellent, they're pretty fast, and very reasonable. I'll take that trade off. I will definitely use their services again.

Friend of mine referred me here. I don't live in the area, but made the drive because I wanted good work done with honest repair people. Fixed all the issues in less than a day. Will definitely go back in the future.

I got an alignment done for $100 at "Service Tire & Alignment" on Waterman and they completely messed up. I took my car to Los Altos in order to have them fix what the other shop did and they only charged $65.Highly recommend these guys for all your alignment needs!

I had of my flat tires plugged there & the price was reasonable. I wanted to buy a used or a new tire but for a used tire was $40 & they didn't have any of my size in stock. Then i asked him how much if i bought a new tire and he said it would be $80. That's way overpriced when i can go to discount tire and get new tires for $45 a pc & for a used tire they wld be $25 a pc. Other than the over priced tires they do have amazing service and it's quick, they get you in and out of there quick.

These guys are so nice so I feel bad with a 1 star review. I went with a tire leak and they told me they couldn t patch it but only plug it. They charged me $10. I drove 2 blocks home and in the morning had a low tire again. I didn t drive my car. I came back the next day, and without any hesitation they charged me again, to do ... a patch! In the same spot. Becuase their plug was leaking. They did a zero effective job and charged me for it. I drove .1 miles on this tire and the plug failed.Edit: they only charged me the difference for the patch. That was acceptable. But my tire is completely flat the next day. The problem is worse.

Warning!!! We brought our own tires in to change on my car and before going we took pictures of them just to remember what they look like, worker takes my tire and comes back with a different one, we tell him "that's not the one we brought it's a different one", turns out guy was trying to steal our tire by hiding it in the back. After that guy continues on with his work. Later that day we went to a different auto shop just to double check if he did the job right, turns out the balance on my tire was wrong by alot and wasn't put on right..... I know your mad because we caught you red handed, but still no need to put our lives in danger.

Had to do an emergency brake job with rotors.. I bought the parts & showed up @7:10 they close at 8pm asked if they can do the job- guy had me in & out by @ 8pm... great job & great prices
