Being that I'm a new to Diesel engines, I was lost. They patiently took model numbers and vin numbers to help me figure out the ...engine size. Ya see, very patient. I'm headed over rn to order the part that they say will come in a day. Nonetheless, very cool guy on phone. Especially after dealing with inadequate service from autozone.

Not really a part of the NAPA auto parts store network. They don't honor NAPA online discounts and you can't return cores to them. It's a shame because if you live in Detroit the nearest true Napa store is 15 miles away.

Not an auto parts store, they find the parts for you. Who knows if they charge any extra prices just for that? Just spoke with the RUDEST person in the Parts section over the phone who hung up on me when I said I wasn t looking to buy a brand new part.

Professional guys! They fixed our car, when they said they would, charged how much they said they would, and gave us a pretty good deal. Would come back and also recommend to everyone!

Not a NAPA auto parts store just some place with a NAPA sign. They order parts at NAPA online prices then mark up prices by 100%.
