Easily the best place in Detroit! As a young man living Detroit I am sure you can understand what my customized all black Cadillac CTS means to me. When I found it side swiped in a parking garage with half a part of the front hanging off I was crushed. Jim s Collision was able to repair my car quickly and at a great price! The staff were very helpful and informative through the whole process. Jeff was great! Don t go anywhere else in Detroit but Jim s!

Excellent service, received a loaner during repair - no charge, staff accommodating and responds quickly to questions and inquiry. Car was repaired in one week and one day. Was one day over quoted time but was because did not meet expectations and quality of their shop and needed to be taken care of to meet their quality service before returned to me.

Jim's Collision took great care of my vehicle. All the staff was very friendly and their free loaner service was a lifesaver! The entire process was very pain free considering how inconvenient car trouble can be. They made it easy!

They were really quick in fixing my car. I have a manual and I couldn't find a place to change my clutch and they were willing to do it here. They did a really good job and they were reasonably priced.

Great experience! My vehicle was ready much more quickly than I expected. Very friendly staff and I was kept informed. The repair looks perfect. I was delighted to find the inside of my vehicle was cleaned as well! 100% would recommend.

Jim s collision shop provided everything that I needed with a reasonable price. I picked up my car looking brand new after having a huge dent on the left side. I recommend everyone use this shop.

This the third time in 6 months. My car was stolen, an attempted theft and then someone hit and tore up the front while it was parked. Everytime the service has been exceptional. I can not recommend this place enough.

Extremely Disheartened, had my car repaired there 5 months ago.Mirror on the same side where repairs were made was moving around . Told me it couldn't be repaired that I had to replace the entire mirror $443 is what I was quoted. I went some place else they repaired the mirror for $40.

Cannot stress enough how happy I am with the work here. Michael helped me through the whole process and the car was done on time. The repairs are top notch, and while there were two issues to sort out, Michael had a very can-do attitude about it and got it taken care of. Hopefully I don t have to come back here due to an accident, but I do highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend Jims collision shop. Tom was very helpful, honest and easy to communicate with after I dropped off my Ford Escape with some minor collision damage. Tom got the job done quicker than I expected and quoted a very fair price! 10/10

Jim's collision totally hooked up my 2018 Camaro SS convertible.. They even got the little scratches out on the front.. It probably helped that I my friend's worked there for over 20 years but they do amazing work if you need somebody to do body work and mechanics in the city of Detroit, Jim's collision on East Harper is the place to take your ride. Love you guys thanks again.

I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for minor scratch/dent work. They have gone up an beyond my expectations on the quality of work I have received. Debbie was a blessing helping with the warranty company and I am truly grateful for her. Dave is the man! He did an excellent, outstanding job repairing my car. They quickly snapped my bumper back on and had me back on the road! They said it was barely broken so they did it at no charge! No swindling for a diagnostic or anything like that! I just left a good tip and this 5 star review for their lovely caring hearts! Thanks guys!!!
