I called J&J on a Monday morning and he was able to get out to our truck at its delivery location within about 30 minutes and had everything done very quickly. He also had some excellent recommendations for further repairs. I wish we had time to have him do them as well but need to wait until we get it in our own shop at home. Definitely will call them again when we are in need.

I was moving an old trailer and you can see its so rusted that the landing gear frame literally broke as soon and i unhooked from the trailer and landed on my tractor wheels. And thankfully this company came through and helped me move this trailer. I really appreciate this company thank you dr.phill!!

I wish I would have at least had a good phone conversation but I could barely understand the guy and he told me it would be one price and then said 1500 just to come look at it?? I'm within 30 miles. When I asked him to re explain the price he said thanks have a good day and then hung up! I'm so confused why he has so many good reviews

Roadside Repair: Dr. Phil showed up asap. Him and his son fixed the trailer and charged a reasonable rate all while the temp outside was -1 . Nice job! Hard to find companies like this anymore! I recommend him!

J&J came through for us in a pinch! They made the impossible happen and saved the day. Had a trailer that had been sitting for a while and was deemed immovable by another tow company. They came out immediately and tackled the problem. They were true to their word and got it done. Prices were very reasonable - they even gave us a great discount because our organization is a non-profit. Creative, tenacious, determined, good value. Would recommend them any time.

Great service out here in 5 degree weather but felt like -25. Took 40 min to get to me and got me up in running in less than 20 min. Had a fuel transfer freeze up and ran out of gas on one tank. Thanks to the "crazy diesel mechanic" of the space shuttle got me back right. Highly recommend.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars for this guy , it seems that he only works when he is in need of money, I didn't works today because my car broke down , so I called this guy and told him ( hi ,good morning I need your service , I want to take my car from Michigan av and...... )And he hung up the phone on meI wish he was more professional with his business.

My work truck broke down in Romulus at a random gas station. J&J came out had me fixed and on my way within 2 hrs. Very nice gentleman, and very professional

J&J really took care of me, I am a Tow Truck driver and I had a flat steer tire and J&J came out within 45 minutes fixed my tire also charged me 400.00 dollars for a 1200.00 dollar. I recommend this number also company to whomever. that drives

We are so thankful for this company for coming to fix our trailer. True owner is hilarious and they work so fast ! He keep us informed at all times about what was going on and he kept us entertained the whole time. He has all the tools needed to fix you up ! Once again we are so thankful for him coming to fix the trailer so fast. He is Dr. Phil will fix you up anytime and anywhere. He is very knowledgeable and able to diagnose other things that may affect the situation that you called for. Thank you! We highly recommend this company.

Worst Worst Mechanic. The man cares more about the appearance of this review than actually treating his customers kindly. He installed alternator on a refrigerator carrier and charged me 984$ just on the part. Regular price is not more than 300$. I paid 2100$ for everything. There is a business which profits good amount and a one that is a rip off. Am suing him for fraud. He lied that the product was made in America when it was made in china.I have voice recording of him trying to insult me and admitting he sold me the product saying it was from America.See the picture.. Says made in china. Stay away and read the bad reviews first.

I appreciate the fact that we could get someone out to fix our brake chamber, was all good until he handed me a bill for over 1500 dols. Marked up brake chamber 3 times the price, 50.00 a wheel for brake adjustment, and so on, i payed almost a 1000 dols less for the same service that I had done a few weeks Pryor by a Ohio based Company, after disputing charges he put his gloves back on and with attitude threatens to remove part installed.We are a small contractor for fedex and being taken advantage of and overcharged for a service really hurts our business. Would defiantly not recommend

Dr. Phill came and fixed us right up on the spot. Thanks for coming so fast and fixing the trailer fast too. He told us everything that was wrong and he had all the tools right there to get us back rolling on the road. I definitely recommend this service.

Running a big fleet of Prevost tour buses, I guess they saw a chance to grab some cash. 4 Tires on a trailer I was pulling 7 miles from his shop. Total Bill 4645.28 He charged me $4 dollars a mile (90 miles he said was extra mileage) that was $360.00 and 6% Fuel Surcharge ($248.00),6% Credit card charge ($279.00) $140 to depose of 4 tires, (4) 215/75r/17.5 tires @ $598.53 each (total tires 2394.12) Mount tires @ $49.79 each. DO NOT give this guy your credit card to start a job, (probably bad on my part) Thanks for hanging up on me when I went to discuss the bill. Enjoy the weekend on me but sure will let the BBB know! Hope you sleep good at night! I do

Very Very Very Bad people. No respect and passion to his profession , he is very thirsty of money. No time for customer to explain and if you try so he start to speak loud using street words.I'm very regretted to work or to know this people .No manner at all and no respect for customer. Above all for 5 min work he gave me invoice for $528 and 20 cent but as I said because of his aggressive nes i couldn't even to see right the invoice amount and he charged me $600 to open the trailer. He took only 40 min to 45 min to come where I was and the work he did juts it was 5 min.I don't mind for the payment but the way he treats you it is very bad . So Guys out there be careful from this people . totally unprofessional.

Your company drivers are some of the worse workers of them all. They uses customers phones to get ratings that are not true, and then try to ask them to fill out a check so they can collect them. This is robbery and if they don't stop the state will be notified of this.
