I ve been going to Ali for years, hidden gem in the neighborhood, very honest, reliable, stand up type of guy, treats me like family, prices are always fair and work is absolutely top notch! My antifreeze was dripping out and when they checked it there was a hole in it and it needed replacing. They ordered a new one and it didn't take long to be delivered and replaced in a few hours.

Called on Thursday after son's graduation, after I noticed his left front wheel bearing was no good. Came in at 0900 work done at 1130. Very very very fair priced. As a aircraft mechanic, this shop has good prices hands down. As a note bathroom is new and clean

Only took about 1 hour to have all the rotors and brake pads replaced today. Professional service and fair price. You can trust your vehicle in their hands. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Changed my brakes for less than another location and was able to get it done within the hour. They also checked the air in my tires and filled them. They're honest bc the people before them "checked the air" but I had a feeling they didn't bc my tires were still flat. Then I went on a 500mi road trip! So, I recommend these guys.

I went in for an exhaust manifold they did the work fast and goodness inexpensive. Then i needed a resonator installed for 175. Friendly fast and professional. 3 years later still getting my vehicles repaired here. Ali treats me like family. Fast inexpensive repairs . Always the same day . Today I'm getting a muffler replaced.on my 2008 Buick Enclave.Service: Exhaust

My catalytic converter was stolen and in less than 30 minutes they had fixed my car and replaced a break light for a really good price. The shop manager/owner was also super nice and helpful. Really made a stressful day a lot better.

Ali *fixed" my wheel $700 and a month later the tyrod is broke. He refuses to look in his system and tell me anything he did to my car and he wants me to pay for another tow. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Just horrible!

This is the ONLY place to go for your car repair needs- even if it is just to get your oil changed. I cannot imagine anyone who could be any more competent and fair! Ali is an outstanding mechanic and a really good person!! He should have his own radio show where people can call him, and he can diagnose the problem with your vehicle over the phone. This is what I heard him do while I was waiting for some repairs. I overheard the woman on the other end of the line say that he was such a blessing because his quote for her problem was not the outrageous amount she was dreading to hear. He is not a greedy person. None of us have extra money laying around to manage car repair emergencies. Not only can he handle your car emergency, but he is a very kind person. He has zero intentions of taking advantage, rather on the contrary. He obviously has a strong belief system concerning being fair, and he is clearly very knowledgeable about car repairs. Ali was generous with his time, his attention to detail, and his recommendations, and.... he was a HUGE blessing in my family's life yesterday, too, as the woman said on the phone! He knew exactly what to do, and he and his fellow mechanic took care of many issues with my son's car in an efficient and economical manner with care and concern for our well being. Ali did not over-charge in the slightest. This was incredibly welcomed. Going to a mechanic for any emergency should not cost you a fortune of which you do not have. It should not set you back financially for months at a time. Ali did not take advantage of my circumstances. I found him to be very honest. He was very helpful, polite, and genuinely cares about solving your problems that you may have with your vehicle. Thank you, Ali! I am so so grateful for all of your help yesterday. What a relief. Everytime I come Ali especially when I m in a pinch they take care of me. And I never have to come back twice. They do good work on both foreign and domestic cars. I own both foreign and American and everyone is great. Staff included.

This place is great. I've been there twice now. First time, my car couldn't hold any coolant. I took it in, he showed me exactly where the leak was in the thermostat housing, replaced the entire unit and had me back driving the same day. Haven't had a problem with the coolant levels since.Second time, my car was so bad I had to push it into the shop. They got it up and running again. They did not work on my car, called this place and was all 3 times they hung up on me. At first the guy said they repair head gaskets, ask me the year, make, model, engine size and all. somehow he hangs up, I call back, he puts me on hold and then come back laughing on the phone saying oh they don t repair head gaskets and then hangs up. I kid u not, it sounds like this place is nothing but a scam, claims to fix cars but does nothing but cause moreproblems.UPDATE: As of september, their reply is a lie lol

Amazing shop! I went here one day after my brakes went out on the opposite side of town of where I stay. My car was not safe to drive and I had my son with me. This was just the nearest place, but now I'm a regular customer! They're really nice, professional, and even if you need new parts you'll get them the same day! The price was more than reasonable and the owner Ali understood how tight things were in this emergency situation! I'll bring my car here now no matter where I am if it's an issue. Him and his staff are always kind to me and my son and you can really tell they care about what they do and who they do for from their interactions with all customers!

Great guys, quick fix, and affordable. I usually don t trust mechanics, as most people do. BUT, this place has changed my whole perspective. These guys are honest with superb customer service and very fair prices. The head mechanic is very experienced and they got me out of there quick and very satisfied. I would 100 % recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work, excellent service and fair prices. This is our auto repair doctor! We have two vehicles. Both of our cars are over 12 years old. So, having a reliable auto repair shop is a must. We have tried other big box type auto repair shops, i.e., Firestone, Belle Tire...etc. But we always end up back at In & out. Why: local business, great prices, great customer service, knowledgeable staff and amazing work. They go above and beyond to ensure that the customer's needs are met.
