Came here for a tire patch price are very good . As for used tires the prices also great too. Eric hood jr was very helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend. I came back here not so long ago to get my tires repaired and once again I am back love the service and prices . The employees are amazing and hard workers it s hard to find good people and workers in general . Larvel was really helpfull and polite . I will keep coming here .

The owner of the place was respectful, courteous in greeting and was quick to analyze the issue. Suggested to go with a quick tire change, and literally installed the new tire in 5 mins. We were out of the place in like 10 mins. There are not many options with the tire companies but the available ones are good enough at the price range.

Professional and clean. Good tires, new & used. Best service in town. This guy is also 1 of gods chosen people. He literally gave me these 4 tires,and said he wanted to be a blessing

Today is the first day I came out the house for this year being sick with Covid and I seen I had a flat tire I remember having a wheel lock on my rim and I went to start my car cause I call road side to help me I discovered I didn t seen my wheel lock . Oh I went crazy due to the pressure I m going through being laid off before Christmas, losing my girlfriend, and catching Covid. I had to trace back where I may had left it and I remember hoods change my tire 3 months ago so I called and Mr hood stated I would need to bring the car cause a lot of customers leave there lock so he told me to call back in 10 min he would ask around the shop or think of something he could do for me . I cried to myself and prey to god!! For comfort . Do you know Mr hood came to my home rescue and discovered I didn t have a wheel lock which I knew I did but he took.my tire off and took it to the shop to fix . Mr hood is the best!!!! He a blessing from the lord

If U Ever Get A Flat Head Over 2 Hoods On Mack, Cause I Just Left There & My Boo Got Me Together As Always. The Prices R Reasonable, The Customer Service Is A1 especially from Hood s himself, they get you in and out no extra hassle. And they re even open on weekends. 10/10

The Hoods team is first class, and even open on Sunday. I drove in with a nail in my tire and a flat. Didn t even have to get out of the vehicle. 10 minutes later all fixed for $30. Even checked and filled all the other tires too. Friendly place.

Great customer service, but I paid 20 for a valve stem and to have tire checked. This must be the going rate. $10 to check tire, $10 for the stem. My issues have been resolved

First time taking my Escape to this place. I caught a flat thanks to a giant piece of glass and drove on my trustee donut to get a replacement. Hood's isn't too far from where I live and work and I was pleased to see the efficiency in overall design of business. The men here were focused on completing their tasks, and it was clear that they took a familiar pride in their work. There was one particular man, sorry for forgetting his name, that spoke with me throughout my tire replacement service. He was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and expressed that he was a third generation black business owner/operator of the shop, as was his father the second, and founded by his grandfather. I was very happy to hear that, complimented his legacy and encouraged him to continue spreading excellence and inspiration in the community. I was in and out in 15 minutes with all 4 of their service stalls filled with cars being serviced. They took my busted tire at no addition charged and even put my spare back under my trunk compartment. I have been riding with no issues on the tire they sold and installed for me at a decent price for a week now. Thank you to Hood's for your respectable business service and for taking pride in what you do.

Ehhhh, I am always hesitant to deal with local businesses because of how they treat women. This place was really no differentCustomer service was cool. The first guy was a bit confused on my request. I already knew they didn t have the tire I wanted so I bought it elsewhere and came here to have it put on. He was totally lost on me just needing the tire put on.I have wheel locks and I don t have the key. The man said hey we can t get the tire off. I said no problem, drop the car and I ll go elsewhere (because yes I am jacked upATP)They do something and find a key, switch the tire. The owner I assume comes out to sale me a key, ok boom I buy it. Then I m showed a hub covering THEY BROKE. Maybe because I was driving a Benz it was okay but I was told if I BUY the coverings, they ll put it on. HUH?! lol U BROKE IT and I have to replace it? I said okay and left. Why argue? Right is right and wrong is wrong. U wonder why we prefer to go to the dealership. Your own ppl do you just as bad. NEVER AGAIN.

Not only is this the quickest tire service I have ever experienced, I don t think I ll ever shop around for tires ever again. This place is it. Get your tires here, they are fast and their prices are more than fair. If you have little ones that must come with you, this is the only place to go.

Hood s is THE place to go when you are having tire problems. They are fast, courteous, knowledgable, and even make sure all of your tires have the right amount of air even if you are just getting one tire fixed. The prices are great as well. I ve had three tires fixed there and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes each time.

I was at work and came out to a flat tire. This was the closest tire shop and they were excellent. They was polite and friendly. They have fast service and their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone. As a women I hate going to tire shops alone in fear that they will over charge me. I know their prices was fair. I m a happy customer.

I came in for one tire that had a heat ring in it and could have potentially blown out on the road. Looking at all my tires the verdict was for me to get all new tires. The owner also let me know how to properly take care of my tires moving forward. Great customer service and everyone was extremely nice with smiles and everyone greeted me. A Great black owned business. Thank you so much for getting me in and out as well. Awesome experience I will be back for sure!!!

Had a tire that couldn t be fixed / plugged, they were capable of finding me a used tire that was durable enough to get me back on the road which I m more than grateful for!

Can't find better prices anywhere, the service was remarkably fast and as for tire sizes I've never been disappointed. They always have the ones I need in stock. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Amazing and efficient customer service. I ve been coming here for over 10 years, each time I ve had to visit it was an absolute pleasure.They will get you in and out as quickly as possible, while also getting you the best deal possible. I am no longer even remotely close to their location and still will travel to them for my tires.

Went here today and was very professional and organized. People there were respectful and honest. I had a nail in my tire, and they were able to take care of it in less than 30 min! The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place

I had a flat these wonderful men fixed it. The next day one of the tires blew out and I got it towed back to them and they didn't only give me a brand new tire they also apologized like it was their fault the tire blew out. Talk about accountability. Whewwwww Chile if you in the city please see these guys they are very good!!! Been going here for years, but this day was different for me. They helped. I am grateful.

I ve come here three times and each time I was greeted with kindness and given such excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend. I love that as a women going to a place like this they don t make feel inferior and intimidated. They let me know the facts.

Hoods tire owner is such a great person . He is very dependable and reasonably priced . I was stranded and he came and put one of his spares on my car . He then fixed my rims and provided me with reasonably priced tires a few weeks later . Every time I call him he make my life better . I feel safe and like I m never being scammed. This is big especially as a woman. They have become my family.
