Eddie and the whole staff there were so helpful.. very nice and professional.. I highly recommend this store to purchase all your auto parts from they know how to take care of their customers.. I also called around to all the other auto parts store.. they had the lowest and best price.

Holbrook Auto parts on East 8mile have some cool guys that works there! John was very helpful with me and my car part situation him and his boss I'm guessing (honest men) Great prices on their parts too!

Horrible place to purchase parts from purchased a battery from them earlier this year I had one of the employees put in the battery for me. I was just told that they put in the battery incorrectly not programming it to my vehicle causing it not to work work properly and die . Refused to give me a refund or another battery. And offered me $10 offWill not purchase again

Worst store ever they tell men stuff different from women coming to buy parts. They lie about selling new parts. They give u a refurbished and say it s new part until you get receipt. They cuss women out. Horrible service. Calling the state on them they should be shut down. Manager HORRIBLE. Sold me a used starter I put that on it defects and burn my alternator out. Took back for a new one. Gave me another used one but wanted the difference in price. Second starter went out. Now saying they have no warranty. Horrible.

This place is the best Jeff saved the day again! My car is pretty old and I didn t realize my ENTIRE ASSEMBLY tail light came off. I live in Clinton township I called every auto store in CT, and of course nothing for weeks (which is understandable because my car make) My uncle told me to come here, and thank you God I did! When I called the phone barley rang, and My Jeff answered he heard how stressed out was and told me We got you don t worry about nothing He called me not even 30 minutes later and told me he was able to get my part! So now I don t have to miss work again and Words can t even describe how thankful! The customer service is top Tier here, not to mention their prices are better, and you are literally in and out! Thank you so much!!!!

The service was excellent and extremely helpful. Jeff was on top of everything I had to order a part and it came fast. I don't know much about starters. But Jeff helped me and showed me something's. Jeff is the best but Marcus is just as good. Wonderful job guys.

Recently visited Holbrook to grab a few parts for my car. They were EXTREMELY helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed. Everything I needed they had in stock or had at the store within 2 days. The customer service was immaculate, they even carried the larger parts to my car for me. Never had such a pleasant experience with an auto parts business. Jeff and his colleagues were extremely knowledgeable, I'll never take my business elsewhere.

This place is the best that I came across, I was searching for a part for my car in the area and far away. I went to holbrook looked in the window seen the part that i needed that was for sale got my part for $69 brand new. Autozone and all the big names wanted $140 for the same part brand new. I will definitely be coming back again and again and again lol and they have very good customer skills. As a woman they didn't try to sale me just anything

Excellent customer service. I had parts ships to me. The process was very easy. The staff was really friendly and answered all my questions and had the parts I needed. They ordered in a part they didn't have in stock and it was ready to be shipped next day.

I bought a fuel pump from here, my car unfortunately got stolen and even though they have no return policy on electronic parts they still allowed me to return it and get my money back for the part. Jeff the manager was also very sweet and understanding. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Very professional and knowledgeable! I purchased a new headlight for my 17 fusion. I went through 4 lights before coming here and getting the right one! No one else knew how to order the correct headlight , I was even able to get it the very next day. I will be back for more.

It was an awesome experience. When I first ordered my part. It came late I was a lil disappointed. Jeff/John made it all better again and compensated me for it. I love the respect and love they showed me. Had some a Mechanic who played me and they even sent me to a mechanic who did the work and didn t just take a pregnant woman money. Awesome service

Went to get a part that was supposed to be $175 and when I arrived there they said $300 .I drove out of my way to this specific Holbrooks instead of going to one closer because I had called them first .

Never had a problem driving all the way to 6 mile to get what I need. It does feel good now that the drive time is cut in half but I'm still receiving the same quality parts and service. These gentlemen are knowledgable and will take the stress right off you

This is the best auto parts store on the Eastside of Detroit. Jeff really works miracles. I never even waste my time calling another auto parts store Holbrook 8 mile and van dyke always have what I m looking for!

I promise this is literally the only place I get all of my car parts from and my car has been down for months.. I needed a transmission called Holbrook and talked to Jeff he got me all the way together came here got a good one with low miles for a reasonable price and now I'm back on the road..I am so grateful and so happy to do business with Holbrook Auto Parts on 8 Mile and Van Dyke..Good job guys

Eddie sold me new wipers and I am clueless with cars but it was busy so he couldn t put it on, he told me to come back. I did the next day and even tho he didn t see me buy them without second thought Marcus came out and helped me. I appreciate the excellent customer service and I will always patronize this location.

This business is for sure to get your parts. They price matched on my parts and I received a $41.00 price difference. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back there and not just because of the money I got back. They are affordable.
