Of course it's hard for a woman in the world of cars lol but Alvin and his team are WONDERFUL.This was my 2nd time being a customer with them. Service was fast the guys were very knowledgeable when I had questions. They can order anything you need for your car they have multiple locations.And THANK YOU TO ALVIN WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION YOU ARE APPRECIATED

me and my husband bought a transmission from this company took it to the mechanic, the mechanic put the transmission in the transmission did not work The car did not go in reverse. It was my sons car ford fusion. We called the company to inform them that the transmission did not work. Mind you we had a warranty. We explain the problem to Holbrook auto parts. They told us that we can come get a different transmission we ask them if they are you going to pay for the labor he said no because we didn t sign another paper for a warranty for labor I said you never told us anything about a labor warranty if so, we would have paid for that too, because we knew it was a chance that the transmission might not work because it was a rebuilt transmission but we thought the warranty would have covered all of that so be very mindful when you re dealing with Holbrook because some of them are very Shystie so we were out of $1800 one for the transmission and labor is no way in hell I would have gotten a rebuilt transmission without knowing everything we were never told about labor warranty !!!!!!!!!!! and he seemed so nonchalant, and was not helpful at all !!!!!! I would not recommend anyone to go their ever !!!!!!!! and if you guys ever have problems, please get in touch with the attorney general and the the better business bureau in that order finally please make sure you file a complaint regarding Holbrook !!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE MARCUS WAS GREAT HELPING ME MADE SURE I WAS TAKING CARE OF TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT LIFETIME WARRANTY ON YOUR BRAKES TOO!!!! THEY GAVE ME THE BEST DEAL ON MY BRAKES!!! IM GOING TO THEM FOR EVERYTHING FOR MY CAR!!!

Terrible! Went in for two control arms an the men behind the counter sold me a good one and bad one. Didn t get a chance to look cause the man shoved them in my trunk. On the sticker it says DO NOT SELL and they did anyways. Beware ladies they will try to get over on you!

Horrible experience. I ordered 3 parts and was told they would be delivered next day and they weren t. They were sent a bad fender and then I had to wait for a new one which I had to pay extra for. They sent 3 bad headlights that I did not take and then they offered me to pay extra for a new one although I had been waiting over a week for this part, I declined. The last part was supposed to have 2 parts in it when I came to pick it up one part was missing. I was then told that it was not included and my salesman had been lied to so I couldn t get the other half of my part so I had to get a refund. So after ordering 3 parts and waiting 2 weeks I left with ONE of my ordered parts. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Did not try to accommodate me for my time wasted or anything. Would not recommend. Horrible experience
