I've taken my cars here several times for service and each time I'm never satisfied, you can bring your car for one reason and they will try to scam you by saying multiple things are wrong with your car. I would never return here they over charge their customers and I would strongly suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else.

It was this past Friday that I needed a immediate diagnostic on my vehicle. The front tire was so wobbly I feared it would fly off. Recommended by a neighbor, it was my 1st time here. Harper Auto is the pinnacle of mechanical repair. Their staff are well coordinated, intelligent, honest & straightforward. There's no bait & switch shenanigans. I chose to wait for repairs and was shown stages of progress. They were completely transparent. Turns out, someone loosened up my lugs nuts & the wheel was about to soar through the air. While there I had my brakes replaced as it was time to do so. Good prices, spectacular customer service. I ain't going no where else from now on.

I was recommended this shop by my stepdad due to feeling like my last shop was not very cooperative. Turns out it was my transmission, although it was a lot I feel as if the car rides way better and have gotten my money's worth. Not to mention he gave me $40 dollars for gas! But on the same day my car decided not to start a view hours after I picked it up, he PAID for the towing back to his shop and I did not have to pay for anything. Turns out he had to clean the battery off, was nothing major. He does handle his business, honor is warranty's and overall the best mechanic you can go to. I had previously paid to have a rack a pinion replaced at a different shop and was very dissatisfied . I brought my 2009 Dodge Durango in its has 241,000 miles on it. I thought I needed just wheelbearings but Agmad wanted to quote me to see if it was even worth being fixed because of the body and the mileage. He gave me very good deals and was very compassionate which lead to me trusting his advice. He not only gave me quality work but he gained a lifelong friend and client. I heard other clients over the course of the week and they all had been coming to him for years and years and the relationship and love he showed his clients made me even more trusting. My baby running like new and I'm happy. Thanks

Ahmad was wonderful and thorough with inspecting my truck. Then the work was completed in a timely manner and was priced reasonably. I highly recommend if your looking for a trustworthy and affordable mechanic.

I was so disappointing for a two hour job I was there from 10 in the morning until six in the evening I had to call off work it was cold I had my three babies with me and the guy did not know what he was doing he still did not fix the problem on my vehicle then he made my vehicle even worse point where it wouldn t even start in the only thing he had to do was a simple change other power steering pump I even bought him the parts and he still didn t do it right and they charge 250 I wish I knew how to get my money back because the problem was never resolved I would definitely never ever go back to this place of business as long as I am alive
