LOOK NO FURTHER...I was taught at a very young age to always have my own certified mechanic for vehicle repairs that occur once a car is no longer under warranty because dealership (labor) pricing can be outlandish. My last auto mechanic (Yum's Auto Repair) retired about a year ago. Last year my muffler needed replacing. I had to search for a new mechanic. I started by asking Google to show me shops near me. Came across Grand River Muffler and started looking through the reviews. I read through the majority of them. Unbelievably, they were all positive. Decided to give them a shot. Best decision... Hass and team are AMAZING!They are now my new mechanics. They don't just do repair muffler and exhaust systems either. They are a full repair shop. My current vehicle is old (18 years) but in good condition. It still has most of its original parts. Recently, I've had to replace the fuel pump and a few other things. Today, they are replacing the ignition coil and tuning it up.Hass is extremely knowledgeable. His pricing is beyond fair and he is upfront with everything. Once a diagnoses has been made, they will start work on your car immediately and have it finished so fast, you can hardly believe it.I love this shop and hope to have them do needed repairs for years to come if needed.

Pulled up to get inspection and possible muffler replacement inwhich I knew I had to. But price came back very reasonable and they took care of me. Really nice people here and I would recommend GRAM to anybody needing muffler service.

I'm Very pleased with the company I thought it was my muffler but it was the pipe they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need they fixed it and I was on my way in less than a hour I will recommend them very nice people.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Has is very kind and professional. I almost got scammed at another auto shop before coming here , that tried to replace my entire muffler and exhaust. When I came here, Has put my car on the lift, and showed me the rusted pipe to the muffler damage. Super transparent, which I like. he fixed my back tail light too. My muffler fix costed $80 and they welded a new metal pipe piece on there same day and took 10-15 mins. I thought the good reviews was sketchy but I know now that s it legit. This place was a major blessing! Recommend them to anyone.Service: Exhaust

Got a fuel pump and gas line put on my truck and gas line still leaks and I called up there about a month ago to see if I could get one on my old school and they said they don t do gas lines lol so that s the reason my truck line leaks smh

I went into this place and they immediately seen my vehicle look at the messed up the exhaust I have underneath and gave me a hell of a deal on replacing all new dual exhaust from the front to the back very nice and friendly great service recommend to anyone everyone else wanted more they beat everybody price

Website said it was opened, drive 20 miles out of our way, and it was closed. Made the 4 hour drive home with no muffler

This is the most honest and fair priced auto service in the metro Detroit area, great service (they do what they say) and Hass is upfront about everything that needs to be done. Called in for a flex pipe repair/replacement. Took me in right on time finished the job very professionally. Was an easy in and out. Very reasonable price( almost half the amount other repair shops quoted) car is back and running like a champ. Will recommend to any family or friend. I had a horrible exhaust leak with my 2009 Saturn Aura. It was super loud and my family joked that they could here me coming a mile away. I kept getting it "fixed" by different repair shops but my car kept getting loud again. I finally decided to bring it here and they actually put it on the lift and showed me the problem. They also showed me where the other repair guys screwed up. I thought this was going to be an expensive repair that would take few days. These guys had it done in less than an hour and it was a fair price. I'll definitely be back when I need other work done and I've already recommended this shop to family and friends. If you want a business that respects your time and is fair with the price, these should be your guys too.Service: Exhaust

Great, Quick, and Affordable Service! My kia optima was still loud after leaving the overpriced dealership which replaced my flex pipe. I called Grand River Auto Muffler to have my car looked at and when got there Hass worked on my car immediately! He welded my cracked converter pipe in under 30 minutes and my car now sounds great and drives smooth! For all my muffler needs I am coming back here.

Hass is the greatest guy ever! He was able to diagnose my car and get to the issue after the dealership couldn't. I took it to the stealership and they said it needs a new transmission for $4300. Hass took the trans out and apart then replaced the broken part and put it back together. It runs better now with no issues at at after 4 months, he only charged me $900!!! I highly recommend this guy after trying him out. Excellent service!! Showed up in the middle of the day and the guy immediately welcomed me with open hands. I had taken my car to two garages earlier this week and neither of them was able to fix the noise and steering issue I was having.Hass was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly, and he gave me a great deal. They were quick and the prices was perfect. I got a mid muffler delete and resonator delete, on a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X and now she sounds like a beast. No check engine lights, they did a great job.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I like the people there. He is kinda friendly and reasonable, and sometimes understandable. But I would go back to them again, sometimes its a quick and easy service, I had my muffler installed, and my car sounded quiet ever since. But I do recommend them to someone.

Really appreciate the new ownership. Hassan & Ali were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The price was fair. I needed a new exhaust (flowmaster), serpentine belt, & fuel filter. It was a Saturday morning they were done within 90 minutes. I ll be back most definitely and highly recommend.

Please ignore my first post about Grand River Auto Muffler! If you read some of my other posts about different companies, you know I keep it real. But, I made a mistake today. I'm going through a lot of personal issues that clouded my judgment. My car is fixed now and I strongly recommend this place! Friendly old school good service. I can honestly say this is the best mechanic shop! AMAZING service! Super fast comparing to other places I ve to. They didn t keep me waiting and Repaired my car really good had no problems. Definitely recommend this place. Very polite and professional as well

We've been struggling to find a good mechanic and I decided to give these guys a try because of the good reviews and because we live in the neighborhood. I took both our cars in for some minor repairs/maintenance. One car needed a transmission tuneup; the other had some exhaust issues that were making it sound a bit like a motorcycle! Alex quickly diagnosed the issues, called me back promptly with a totally reasonable estimate, and got the work done all in the same day. The car sounds soooo much better. One heads up: They prefer cash (which saves them $$$ on card processing fees), so do these guys running a great local business a favor and stop by the ATM on your way to pick up your tuned-up ride.

Was looking to take my antique truck for dual exhaust and I came across Grand River Muffler. I had my certified mechanic take my vehicle up there today to get my exhaust, changed my mind on single compared to dual exhaust, remained patient, and after I decided to go with the duals, I couldn t be more happy with the work done. I will refer this establish to my peers and colleagues anytime, because this place is that GOOD!!Going back to get those stainless tips tomorrow.Thanks brother!

The Owner Hassan is a Mechanical Engineer and I was amazed to find such a knowlegable person who has the skill set to diagnoze the problems so quickly, persuing them systematically.As a customer, what impressed me most was his HONESTY & extreemly reasonable rates for all kinds of repairs.His candidness & hard work as I saw him delivering, makes him one of the few, I can blindly trust for all my car repairs. I am sure you would have the same experience. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY in a heart beat.
