Had to get a window for my car.. Should call for a appointment.. Very busy. You can ask for a military discount. Must show proof such as VA ID. Was happy about the price and service.

This is the best and cheapest and fastest spot to come get your windows fixed and they are very reasonable and fair with there prices and they treat there customers right.

This is a great place to get your windows serviced. I got two of my vehicles repaired and the cost was affordable. They did the job within a few hours. My rule of thumb is to get there early to be in and out.

This is the BEST place to come to have your windshield replaced. The price is good. This business does other work also. Call you won't be sorry.

Shop didn't fix the original crack that I bought my car in for and when I went to get a replacement they wouldn't honor the $30 I spent originally for the crack they claim they never saw that continued to spread on my windshield. This place is absolutely worth traveling to! They had the best price by far, and the service itself was great. The only thing I can recommend is for you to go first thing in the morning. They work on a "first come first serve" basis. They were kind enough on a busy day to let me know that I had arrived too late and told me to call back at 1 pm instead of just sitting in the parking lot. I called back at 1 they told me to be there at 4pm, I had a new windshield and was back home by 415pm.

Grand River Glass is the best!!! Me and my spouse been going here for many years about 11 years now an they do quality work for fair prices and are very honest with you about their service(s) or warranty if that applies. They rather be honest with you and turn down a customer than to offer you a service they can't fulfill at their best quality so that say's many great things about their belief regarding service. Because of this I have recommended their business to everyone I know who are in need of broken or cracked glass services for their vehicles, or if their window motor goes out. I can't say enough positive things about them. Only thing I can say is they stay super busy probably my fault cuz I told everybody about them. So now I may have to wait longer than I want. But for the quality of service I can't complain.

Got my driver side window regulator fixed. Even though they were busy, they made sure to get me in and taken care of before they closed. They did reassure me getting my part from Holbrooks, usually sends customers back within weeks to get the same thing fixed. Not ok but we'll see. Otherwise I was happy with the service

The company Grand River Glass have always been my go-to company for a long time they're about their business, the owner is quite cordial they get you in and they get you out. I will continue to send them business all the time. And they prices are decent.

Happy with the job. Solid. The best customer service you can get anywhere. All the auto technicians displayed exceptional customer service. My car had a unique issue thar required additional materials. They really took care of me, I was running late and got there 30 mins before closing. The guy at the desk told me I might be too late, because the guys in the back like to leave on time. He said he'll see what he can do. He came back and they said they'll take me. I thought that was really great of them, because they could've turned me away but they didn't.

Great business. Quality work and fair pricing. This is a great value whenever you need any autoglass repair or replacement. They are Pros. Located in a less desirable area of Detroit, but worth the drive. Best in the city. Iconic Location. A City Gem!!!
