Oh my gosh, what an amazing store!I needed air in my tire and they were so helpful! One of the salesmen stopped what he was doing, took me to the garage and had someone get me taken care of-right away!He was friendly and thorough. He looked at my driver door to see the tire placard to fill my tires to the correct amount.He saw that someone took all of my tire caps and helped me put new ones on my four tires.I would have no problem referring my own mom to go there.The best part is this was deep downtown in Detroit!How refreshing to find such friendly and go the extra mile people!!

Excellent service, great price on tires, went up and above with a full vehicle inspection and no pressure to perform the work, even put my spare tire back under the truck. Highly recommend.

They really helped me out of a bind after hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire on the highway. We were traveling from Detroit to Traverse City with a car full of luggage and presents a few days after Christmas. Earl couldn t have been nicer or more helpful to get my car repaired that day. I highly recommend.

Untrustworthy, unreliable, liars, they add services you didn't agree with. My brakes were shot and all the notifications connected to the brakes were lit every time I started my vehicle. I asked Goodyear to repair brakes. They did, but returned my vehicle back to me with the same identical brake notifications lights still unattended. When I expressed my concern, the manager wrote up another estimate of couple of hundreds of dollars!!!! I saw the tech test drive my car. There's no way he didn't see the brake notification lights on dashboard still lit! Faulty work! Yes I received a refund, do the right thing the first time, no need for a refund!!

I used to use these guys all the time when Skip was the manager, but since he left the place has gone to hell. Called them today to ask about swapping a set of winter tires onto my wife's car. They were already mounted and balanced - I just needed the summer tires removed and the snow tires put back on. Whoever answered the phone says no problem, $20 and 60-90 minutes, which is what I've paid many times over the last 20 years. I loaded the snow tire into my truck and we drove both vehicles to the shop. When I told them what I was quoted, the manager said sorry, it will be $100! I clarified what was needed (no mounting or balancing, just a simple 15 minute job) and he said $100. I stormed out and said never again. Got them done down the street for $20 the next day.

Went there to get my tires check and I must I did not have to wait. Good customer service as well. He came right and check my tires and put air in all of them even though it was a blizzard outside. Thank you Goodyear.

If you re an Uber driver or Lyft driver don t come here for inspection. They told me my four tires need to be changed so I did go to someone else to change the four tires because their price was too high for me this was on Saturday and after one day on Monday I came back for another inspection, they said outer and inner tie rod need to be changed as well !! Why didn t you tell me this before so I don t come back for another inspection unless everything is Okay as you previously mentioned at the inspection paperwork ? He said he can t predict the future for whatsoever! He can only predict that I am coming back again and again and again But I am not !

Terrible service managers are rude, nasty & could care less about customers. Brought in my car that wouldn't start & they put on a part that wasn't the problem & then sent me on my way with a car that still won't start. Find a better garage these bozos are worthless,!!!

I don't understand I had a set of tires installed almost a week ago ,first he took forever with getting ready my papers and I had Togo to work, second I called to ask why one of the tires seem like it's a leak and I got hung up on ........ I'm not sure the standard of this new business practices but it's not very customer friendly.

Book through their online promotion to be told at my appointment that they don t do that kind of oil change and the oil change is 3x the price. What? It s a conventional oil change. Was also told it ll be 2 hours before they get my car in and that the appointment time is just the time they expect the car to be dropped off.

Great experience! Aaron notified me of my issue fast. About an hour after he called I received another call saying all my services were completed. He worked with me and now my car is working perfectly! Great energy and service! Highly recommend

My husband got a flat tire with my car and took it to this location for repair. The tire couldn't be repaired so he paid $341 for a new tire which took a day since they had to order it. The problem is the tire was not proper for my vehicle. Several warning lights were on and when my husband inquired he was told to drive 20 miles and the lights should go off. The lights didn't go off. I took my car to the dealership and was advise the new tire did not work with the other 3 tires on the vehicle. I had to get another new tire to replace the one Goodyear put on. I took the tire back to Goodyear and was told they could not refund money because the tire was used. Even though we had only driven the amount they insisted we drive to clear the warning lights. The biggest problem was the folks there did not want to listen or do anything about the issue. Bad Customer Service and they are not looking to serve just make a buck!

I want in today for a Uber inspection, he told me that he s not gonna pass me because until I change my back breaks, I ve maintain my car, and I m also a mechanic. I know when my car is do. Totally a scam and a rip off I don t suggest anybody going. Also he was asking 462.39$ for 1 rotor. He retaliated and failed me. Not the best Customer service

Mark me down as impressed: fast; a fraction of the cost that nearby shops were quoting to swap out my winter tires; technicians loaded the tires into my car and even took the time to fit plastic bags on the ones that went on my upholstery; and (unlike competitors I tried in the past), they checked the air pressure. I'll be coming back.

Took my daughter to school this morning, afterwards I was heading to work when I noticed my tire was losing air. Pressed for time, I saw Good year was open early to handle my emergency. They were so kind, quick and very professional. Kept me well informed of what was going on, what they recommended and what it would cost. I was in and out! I absolutely Love this shop and I will frequent anytime I my vechicles need servicing. I highly recommend going here for any and all car issues, you won t be disappointed!!

This was my first experience with them. I had a flat tire. I was amazed by their service. Punctual, honest pricing and down to earth attitude. Kept me updated about the progress of the repair. Answered all my calls promptly. Also checked tire pressure in other tires for free. I would highly recommend their service.

This was one of the best tire places I ve been to in a LONG time. Lance, the guy at the desk was nice and made me feel comfortable with leaving my car there.AND they got me in and out without any complications. Highly recommend!

Service was amazing and quick. I got a flat tire from a nail from the construction on I-75, it was a very scary moment. This location helped me with my cracked windshield earlier this year and I knew exactly where to go after I got a flat. They fixed my tire within a few hours and the guy who helped me at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will continue to go to this location for as long as I live in downtown Detroit. Another GREAT experience.

Great service guys. Really nice and extremely professional. Had a leaky tire. Had already gotten the wheel off and donut on. They were able to fix it. 5 stars is what they did next, put the tire back on the vehicle, put the donut back in the reservoir free of charge.

The guys were awesome! i was told to come early and leave it or i could wait. they were very honest to let me know it was going to take a few hours and i was out in less than 3hrs. i appreciate the customer service and the fact that they didn t make any promises they couldn t keep AND my tires were purchased at a great price!

The gentlemen at this location were kind enough to remove a nail from my tire at the very end of their workday on Saturday. No charge. They saved me a major hassle trying to get the work done on a Sunday when most businesses are closed. Great customer service.

Goodyear repaired my car tire with slow leak the same day I stopped in. They were courteous, efficient in correcting the problem and got my car back on the road in a very short time. And, at no charge! Without a doubt I would return to Goodyear Auto Service, W. Grand Blvd. in DET, and highly recommend to others. Thank you, GOODYEAR staff!!

Incredible service and hospitality. I brought in my Tesla to have a tire leak fixed. The team fixed the tire super quickly and perfectly. I would recommend bringing them any car repairs knowing you will get the best service.

My tire blew out on a pot hole, called and they had my tires in stock, got there and they offered to give me a ride home while they worked on my car and picked me up when it was done! They even hooked up my TPMS sensors properly, unlike discount tire.

First time here and very impressed. Took my old Lexus in for oil change and tire rotation. Spoke to Tony the manager. He was very helpful and friendly. Car was done in reasonable time and price was nice. They also gave me a list of everything little thing that needed fixing on my tired old car. Tony was honest in terms of what was urgent to do now ( unsafe ) and what can wait. I would go back here for sure.
