Like the guy behind the counter said everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I called in and checked how much it would cost for a timing job for my 2011 Honda pilot and was told 900 for parts and labor. Next day I received a call from them saying it also needs a water pump and since it s already open it s going to be 250 so I said that s fine. Shortly after I got a call saying I now need a radiator for some reason and he was busy so didn t give me a price. Fast forward a little car finished and was told it was 450 for radiator which is mind blowing when the radiator it only $119 so he charged me 330 for installation which it a lot. I called and got quotes from other mechanics all of them said 100-150. Then I confronted him and paid and left and did this review. After the review he kept calling and harassing me about why I left the bad review and he did me a favor and by doing this for 1600. He also proceeded to call mutual people to ask them to ask me to take off review. He talks about me being the only bad review but he pays people $20 to leave a good review the sign is in the office leave a review for $20.

I thought my car was totaled. I was recommended to Global Auto Repair. Barry and his crew had my car repaired and running in less than two weeks! Highly recommended, they wont leave you disappointed!

This car repair shop is like no other they are great!! They fixed my problem same day and helped me with my price Barry saw I was leaving for out of town and gave me plenty of discounts!! Just saying go have a conversation with them and u will see for yourself!! Thank me later tell them I sent u and he will help u out!! I'm glad my car stopped right here.

Barry at Global Auto is friendly, outgoing, helpful, professional and also funny. Needing car care is never fun but Barry makes you feel as though you re in VIP. Oh! the most important part they do awesome work!

I was recommended this place by a friend and was thankful they did. Josh was awesome and so was the rest of the crew. They did good work on my car and at less than half the cost which I was being quoted elsewhere. Would recommend to anyone.

terrible client support Never, ever again! Using every resource available, the man in the lead will complete deals. I was quoted two different costs over the phone. I ended up paying $1860 for a half finished timing chain. The guy insult me and calling me a cheapass in Arabic for paying $1,860 for a timing chain truly let me down. Finally, when I asked for two screws to fasten my plate, He didn't acknowledge me, so I had to reach for it by myself. I was really unhappy with the customer service I received from the man in the front (I had another person in the area that said quoted me 50% less)

Went to many places to get my trailer repaired and the prices where through the roof then I stopped by GLOBAL AUTO REPAIR and met Josh he got my business trailer back on the road at Less then half the price. Extremely satisfied and happy. I highly recommend them looking for an honest repair facility for their vehicles!!! I know I ll be back!! Josh and everyone here at Global Auto Repair was very helpful when I really needed it. I was in a jam with my suspension and he came through and got me back on the road the next day at a good price. They took care of my truck and gave it the TLC it needed.Thanks yall,MMF
