I was only going with my sister to get her a car and I ended up with At car I appreciate frank nicely calm manner.. he was so sweet and helped me out a lot.. I drove out with my car and I love it.. a few problems but that s not hard to fix I was told about it already.. Thank you for all ur help and support.

I was coming 90 miles, based on the owner comment, hurt me bad, if your vehicles break down in months sir/mam, if they take it to a place and they tell them the problem doesn't make them doing work on the vehicle, the vehicle is unusable that's why she went to a shop, so yourcomment don't let people work on your vehicle, BBB are you watching, that was unprofessional to say that bet you were nice when you took the money then another review you basically sold a lemonPeople like you feed your family as we struggle to get to work you sell trashDon't holla at me, I'm gold on Google reviews and you are now on notice.Your shined up vehicles you sell is a 30-100 the reviews you have positive is workers with dummy emails.EVERYONE WHO WAS RIPPED OFF WATRENTY AS IS CALL BBB NOW I AM. There are many good reviews, which is why chose to purchase my car from them. But I ve not had the same experience. I ve had my car for only two months and after one month I started have engine problems. There s literally a piece of the engine that is cracked. It s now in the shop and the warranty I was sold for it is not going to cover the issues with my car. I told them I needed a car that would get me to work and back and this is just not the case. It s really sucks that I was sold a car that is giving me the same issues I had to get rid of my last car for. They seem really nice but are just trying to make a sale at the end of the day.Update: The below response just shows they are very unprofessional. So buyer beware!

I recently Bought a car from Frankie auto sales and it s not even been a month and my car is totaled . The undercarriage is rusted out and My rear control arm has broken its frame away from the car . It s no way that this car didn t already have these concerns . It s beyond repair seems like they are getting over on people and it s not fair . I m 24 years old and i was looking for a reliable car my mom died last year and it s been roughing this past year and when I got my car I was so excited because I thought I was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel . Then I get hit with a major setback tryna be independent and get a car by myself not thinking they would take advantage of me the way they did . I told them multiple times that I think my car was too rusted at the bottom and they kept trying to reassure it was because it was a 20 year old car . But in reality it look like it must have been in a flood . They even put silicone caulk in my gas tank to repair a crack . I noticed a lot of changes when I got the car in hand . What make it s even worst is I finance this car and I have a carnote and not even within even thirty days .

Frankie and his team are awesome. I don't live near the city so Frankie was very accommodating and his flexibility and great customer service was superb. They had a great selection of cars, but I knew exactly what I wanted and Frankie made it happen. I've had my truck for over a month now and it runs great. I doubt I will be in the market for another car soon but I've been telling everyone I know about Frankie's Auto and will definitely do business with him and his team again!

Frankie is awesome! He was very helpful with info on any car on the lot. Prices were pretty reasonable as well. I wouldn't hesitate to get another car from there. I'm also referring as many folks as I can to go there too! Also, in the future I will be getting all my cars there from now on. Thanks for everything!!!

The best customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. For over 2 weeks, Frankie and his friendly staff helped worked with me until they found the jeep I was desperately looking for. They patiently worked with me until they found the perfect car for me and my lifestyle.I worked with multiple dealerships, and this dealership is the best. They are honest, friendly, and always looking out for their customers best interest at heart. Since purchasing my 1st vehicle in October 2016, I was happy I have referred 5 family members and everyone is as happy with this experience at Frankies Auto Sales as me.Thank you Adam, Frankie, and the entire staff at Frankie's Auto Sales. So I needed a nice cargo van, I went to a couple other dealers and all they wanted to do is push me into anything they had so I left because I'm not an easy sell. I accidentally stopped at Frankie's Auto Sales and man it was a nice experience even though they did not have what I wanted on the lot, Frankie found me one and I bought it. Everyone there is courteous and honest, they didn't make feel like it was the last truck in Michigan. Also they gave me a nice price on the van. Definitely recommend to stop by before any purschase else where.

Frankie is an amazing guy, super honest, great deals. My wife and i couldnt be any happier with the car we bought. Totally awesome experience he made us feel like family. Omg!!! Frankie is AMAZING! He gave me a great deal on my CRV! If I ever need another car, I would go back to him in a heartbeat! They're super friendly and it was a great experience! Go to Frankie if you're looking for another car.

Franky was very helpful when we needed a car. My wife was in an accident so we needed a car quickly. After doing some research online we found the car at Frankie's Auto Sales. We called and let him know we couldn't get there until about 6 even though he closed around than but still waited for us. We had a tight budget considering the insurance company didn't give us back what we expected but Frank and his staff worked with us and were able to get the car down into our budget.We will be going back to Frankie's when we buy our next car for sure!!

So one of my long time friends and Co worker needed a car. We seen some post online and headed down to Frankie s. We got a chance to deal with the owner him self Frank what a honest and lovely person. He was so kind and patient to answer so many questions that we had. I know for a fact next time any of my friends or family need a car we will be going to Frankie for our future vehicles.

Honest, caring and the best damn deals period. Spent months shopping for a car until a family friend referred me to Frankies. 1st day there after months of searching I left with a beautiful 2009 impala. I hesitated to put a review when I first bought the car because I wanted to make sure it was a car that didn't have problems so here we are 6 months later and I couldn't be happier. I just purchased an SUV for my business from Frankie. He is great and trustworthy. This my business in the starting stages I was pressed financially and he was able to work it out for me to get exactly what I need at a great price. I will be coming here soon for myself and I'm going back this week with my mother who is in the market
