Professional atmosphere. Frank has good customer service. Helped me fix my truck for a reasonable price,when other places were super expensive and they didn't take all day!! I recommend this place!

So disappointed in the service I recieve, I ll never come here again. I took my car to this shop for simple work, a tuneup. From that point my car wouldn t start while at the shop which was never a problem since I had the car. They had my car for over 4 days. Told me I needed a part which I spent money on which didn t fix the solution. It s like they was trying to guess what it was at that point instead of pin pointing the problem. I spent over 700 dollars to pick my car up and the next day it don t start. Reach out to Frank about the situation and no reply. I m very upset and disappointed. Now I have to find another shop to fix the problem they created.

If I could give a negative star I would. If you are a Women Do NOT bring your car here. I brought my car in with one minor problem and it was returned to me with three major problems.

Frank is so great, always fair in price. 10 plus years my mechanic. HONEST MAN. I drive or tow 25 miles to his shop. Only person that does my work. Always done right and always the right price

I went in to get a casual oil change. Car was perfectly fine then had to get it towed back home. My spark plugs and sensor lines got tampered with and they was brand new. Some of my lines got cut so I will be going to a different shop for now on and I don t recommend this company at all. And everything will be taken to court. And I have the receipt as well. They tried to sabotage me for my car and I was almost stranded. I have a Cadillac 2005 Cts and I m young. But I m NOT DUMB !!Service: Oil change

I am very pleased with the service, quality and professionalism Frank renders. I had two tires replaced and the service was eexcellent. The price was fair and the used tires are good quality. I will definitely return for tires. I need some repairs done on my vehicle so I will be back soon. Hope the work and price will be equally as good. I will let you know. March 2020.

I pass this shop daily on my way to work, they are always busy working hard with bays on both side of Harper completely full with people trusting their cars in their care. Larry, Juan, Frank, they all took great care of my tire repair and I still got to work in time. I will be back if I need help again. They are amazing. Thank you guys.

If I could give Frank's auto a billion stars I would !!! Everytime I need something done to my car Frank's auto is where I go.. I had o2 sensors new windshield and oil change less than two hours .. customer service is the best hands down Frank is a honest man and truly. Loves his customers he will fix it right the first time at a fair reasonable price .. Frank's auto doesn't try and get over that's what I appreciate . Simple things to major things please do yourself your pockets and your car a favor .. definitely go to Frank's auto!!! You will be so happy you did thank you to Frank's auto so much beyond satisfied beyond grateful!!!!

They do not give quotes via phone for oil changes or tires which is inconvenient. They should be able to give quotes based upon that and should train their staff better in doing so. I recommend them investing in a system or even using Google to calculate their rates especially for those who are a distance away.

There are not many shops located in the center of the hood that provide good service. Frank's is definitely one exception. They provide very professional, courteous, and timely service. In a time where services are being stripped from the inner city. I really appreciate the quality of service given to the neighborhood.

Frank and,Steve are awesome .. the customer service at this place is incredible. Nice to see they care about their customers. Hands down will not take my car,anywhere else.. I m very dissatisfied right now with Frank. I ve brought my car here a few times and I was told what was wrong with my car after waiting for 2 hours!!! Frank told me he would order a part for my car on a Monday, then I call Tuesday to make sure the part is ordered and he said he would order it the next morning. Then the guy answering the phone keeps saying Frank will give me a call back. It s going on week 3 and at this point I just don t trust my car with Frank.

Great shop, have had a great experience here on a few vehicles. He did all the necessary work on my mom's car and then did extra work with no additional charge, prices are great and it's a very friendly atmosphere, he just opened up the oil change shop across the street and I have used them also.

Great auto shop to go to. Very welcoming, love the exterior of the building. Great customer service, also has a two part building across the street doing mechanical and oil changes too. Great job Frank!

If i could give 0 stars i would . They up here playing with people . Charged me for a new part and never replaced it . My engine is completely ruined . And i just know they thought because i was a woman i wouldn t know any better .

Great friendly service , they do great with my 350 Ford box truck on oil changes and tire pressure checks ,they even lube my door jams this place is one of the fewest well kept shops in the city of Detroit ,I mean you can comfortably use their rest room.

Over charged me for a service and didn t properly diagnose the issue. It s sad that women get taken advantage of when trying to get their cars serviced simply because we aren t as knowledgeable about cars as men are. Every company should that does this should be ashamed of themselves.

Don t shop here. They were seen dumping tires in the City of Detroit. Check Fox 2 Detroit news. Why patronize a business that brings the City s value down? Ask yourself.
