I had a great experience at this Firestone location, Dave at the front counter was awesome, very welcoming and friendly. Also the guy in the back that worked on my truck was solid as well I think his name was Nelvin or Nevis or maybe it was Devin I can t remember but he did a great job. Oh now I remember his name was Nevin. Overall great experience will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I wanted to give less stars because they didn t put my spare tire back in its compartment. After paying nearly $200 dollars for one tire, you d think that would be included. But other than that, the cashier guy was amazing, hence the three stars but the service guys are what I d like to consider, rude. And Firestone is just not the best quality like I thought. I kind of want to just go back to Michelins. My tire would ve never gone flat without a real cause. But great cashier.

I paid a visit to Firestone last week for a standard LOF and tire rotation. I was greeted by Dave, who immediately welcomed me and got my truck in right away.While performing an inspection and topping off my lubricants, the technician (Nellvis or Neesus was his name I believe) found that my brake fluid was unusually low. He was able to identify a small leak. Nelvus's attention to detail saved me a lot of future hassle and money.I spoke further with Dave before I left, and plan to visit again soon for some new tires. Hopefully Narvis is there to help in the service bay again! 10/10 Recommend.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They explain everything and that makes me trust them. I feel safe taking my car there. I know that they are going to be honest with me as well do a good job.

Dave the Manager got me in quickly to repair my tire. Got a flat early in the morning and needed it repaired quickly so I could get to work. Dave made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and did an outstanding job getting my tire repaired. Thank you!

Dave is an All-Star. Sincerely appreciate how he has allowed my daughter and I to build a relationship with him and his team. Neither of us is from Detroit, and my daughter is there only for college. Not having a mechanic out of town could have been a risky situation, but Dave has provided us with 1:1 care since we first met him a year ago.PS: Kudos to Jon too for being a friendly, professional presence during this most recent visit.

Steve was knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to upsell me any services. He presented me with the information about my care and answered my questions about how I should proceed. I wish every establishment gave honest customer service.

Renae, John, and Gavin were beyond helpful and made sure everything was checked out after my 2021 Kia Soul wouldn't start. They made sure it was safe to get back to Toledo They were very Professional and Polite. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We've been there a few times and had consistently good experiences. On multiple occasions they made minor additional fixes (broken horn) in addition to the primary reason we were there (new tires) at no charge.

Been in a few times and wow! The mechanic the first time several months ago was caliente (don't remember his name, pity). Then last week! JFC, Nevin is HOT, respectfully. Like is every mechanic in here fine as hell? Smart, funny, modelesque good with their hands (respectfully ). I no longer give a damn about all the potholes and the harsh Michigan winters. Car problems aren't so bad when men who look like that are fixing me, I mean, fixing my car up . Oh, about the service. Yeah, my car still runs great, so there's that. Fair prices, timely service, wonderful transparency, smooth efficiency, yada yada yah. All that was exceptional, but tbh even if it wasn't I'd be back because the eye candy was a 10/10.

Do not go to this firestone! Back in 2020 they changed the oil on my mini cooper, but they didn't put the oil filter in properly and 100 miles later, my engine burnt out... totally destroyed. I had to work with them for months to get a replacement engine, which they didn't even know how to install. I had to go to the dealership and threaten Firestone with a lawsuit over reimbursement of repair costs.

No complaints except the price of the one tire which was quite expensive. They fixed another tire for free. Staff was very friendly.

They seem very honest here. There were two times I had something hanging off the bottom of my car. I brought it in here and the staff fastened it for me using zip ties. They did not charge me for that twice.Friendly staff.Fairly good wait time!Clean inside. Good waiting good space.I would come again.

Worst place ever. My car started and drove before bringing it here and now it doesn't start at all. They have zero customer service and over charge I found someone else to do the same job for a fraction of the price and they didn't even put a new protective film on my wires that they supposedly rewired.

Everyone at this location is amazing, I made a an appointment online for a new tire. Not only did they call me to confirm they got me in earlier than expected. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and take care of with the upmost care. I was in and out fast, the professionalism at this location is above and beyond. Thanks fellas I appreciate you all.

This place is awesome, call and schedule anything and it is ready on time. I scheduled an oil change and they called and told me I had a break light out and probably needed 2 tires changed, which made so much sense because when driving in the rain the week prior, the steering got a little bit wonky. Appreciate the kindness of the front staff and diligence of the mechanics to recognize everything needed.

This the only place I fux with for any of my tire needs!! Nicest people and great customer service!!! They told me an hour wait but it was only 20 minutes!!! I even opened a credit card now and have the app!! This is a great location!! As a woman, we know car shops try to mess with us and tell us we need extra stuff. They literally took me to the back and showed me what was wrong!!! I love the transparency and honesty!!

They deal with my constant questions. They set realistic turnaround time for your vehicles repair work, and they handle what they can, and give you honest feedback according to what's wrong with your vehicle.Sounds generic but that's how it goes for me here.

Fast and efficient!! They don't try to over sell you on services you don't need. They provide you with a honest assessment of what you need or could use. Dave the service advisor is very knowledgeable and manages the place well. His customer service is excellent. I was very pleased with my experience there !!!

I went into the Firestone on 1801 Michigan Ave to get an oil change and change the coolant. I was given a price $70.00 for the oil change and $270.00 for the coolant change. I went the dealership and paid 23.00 for oil change and $85.00 for the coolant change. What kind charges are Firestone offering to it's customers. I normally go to the Firestone on Van Dyke and 18 Mile Road, great service and great prices.coolant

Update 10/22Brought my car in for a scheduled inspection to track down 2 leaks (oil/exhaust) They had the car for less than an hour, was told both were unable to be fixed at this location as they could "not even order the parts". Was still charged $100.Brought vehicle to another mechanic close by, both leaks were resolved for under $200.I doubt anyone really looked at it, seems they only want to change oil and tires.Sent a complaint to the store, was told I'd have a response within 2 days, nothing yet. (4+)2019Let me start by saying, the staff I interacted with were super polite, very helpful and appreciated my patience. But. . .My appointment was at 11am. Tires are already mounted and balanced on wheels, I need to have my vehicle lifted on a hoist and have the new wheels put on, that's all.(simple rotation) I arrived before 11am, had trouble finding parking, (this is a busy place evidently) and am still sitting waiting at 1:08pm. I finally left at 1:38pm 2h38mThis may be the single longest 20min service I have ever experienced. I could have easily done this myself, but for the $22. originally quoted. . . I figured I'd give some business to a local shop. The young man who cashed me out was sorry for my wait, and I told him he should just let people know, set realistic expectations. To the owner/operator your staff are working hard! Pay them well and hire some more. . . I'd gladly come back if I knew my appointment times would be managed better.Service: Exhaust

When I made an appointment for a simple service, they told me it would take about two hours- so I decided to wait. Six hours later my car still wasn t ready. A sense of urgency certainly is not their strong point. Definitely will not be returning here.Update: After nearly six hours of waiting, they didn t even complete all the services. So I waited six hours for tires and an oil change, but no alignment- which I had specifically made the appointment for. I am beyond disgusted with how this shop completely wasted my time and failed to communicate.
