Service - was quick and convenient. Had to push my appt back a few hours and still had a quick and easy time.People - Nice kind, and didn't try to up sale anything. Could have been a little better because the quote I got on the phone wasn't what I paid, but it was close.Definitely will go back again for regular maintenance on engine and transmission

Establishment was clean, and staff was very helpful. They were able to service the Church Van the same day. Hallie the service advisor, kept me informed of the progress and time frame when the work would be completed. She also toke care of us last year and has been very courteous and hospitable.

We have waited for roughly 8 months for a part to come in to find that no one ordered the part when it became available. That is the reason for the low review. The care center rep communicated with their automated system doesn t monitor if you respond to it so it s a one way communication that they do not explain well. However when they told us one day to do repair they delivered and that s all we ever wanted. Have not picked up the car but are told it s fixed.

The salesman I worked with, Steven Boswell, was awesome. I spoke to him on the phone, told him what I wanted & visited to look at vehicles. I didn't like the color options they had available. He searched online, found 1 in a color I liked & got the deal done in less than 2 weeks. Great customer service. If you're shopping for a new Ford, call Steve at Feldman Ford Detroit. He'll take good care of you.

Service advisor was amazing. Great communication. Wish I could ve left 5 stars however vehicle was returned unsatisfactory. They did make good on their mistakes. The service advisor deserves 5 stars.

The service advisor was very friendly and promptly took my vehicle in with the information I gave him for my visit. Within a couple of hours I received estimates electronically. The only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is because I had to call very late in the day to find out if the vehicle was ready. It was indeed ready.

I had a great experience at Feldman Ford in Detroit ,service that I thought would take 1.5 hour only took 30-35 minutes. The office was clean and inviting.My rep was Robert, he was very cordial , professional and very pleasant Thank you Robert for one of the easiest service I ve ever experienced. I ll definitely be back

This place used to be the best until the whole change happened, Feldman . I ve met the supervisor once and he was a real man with great customer service and appreciation. However they have this one guy at one of the desk whose either races or can t keep his home problems at home where they belong. The guy had an attitude and no greeting or even a smile, as if he was servicing my car from his paycheck at no charge.

This dealership was very honest about wait time and stuck to it. They got my car in earlier than expected. While they didn t have liner cars, they did offer to drive me to my next location and the you d driver was very hospitable.Im definitely coming back here!

I got my Malibu from Feldman, had it for a year I went on the 13th of feb to get a regular service. While getting serviced I noticed it took a while longer than usual, that same night my car was stolen and stripped to nothing. Very very coincidental. There was NO glass, sort of seems like a key was programmed to my card how smooth it happened.

I love Dearborn ford service center the workers was kind and polite. And the price to get my transmission fluid change was way much cheaper than the other locations and the wait time yall was 1 hour I will be going back.

They changed the oil and rotated the tires. I guess they did it OK. When I went to pay the bill I was told it was cash or credit card only no checks. I paid the down payment on the vehicle with a check and it was over 30x's the amount of the oil change. But everyone was nice.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Let me start by saying I took my car to several dealers that are Ford motor company service. I had a problem with parking assist. All four dealers told me that It had something to do with the software 360 camera. After taking it to Feldman Ford The electrician, there is a real asset to Ford motor company. He figured out the problem had nothing to do with the 360 camera or software update. The service manager I worked with named Kevin Made me feel confident that my car will get fixed. There was a lady that worked there who was on Medical. I was waiting for an oil change. She asked me if I wanted to coffee is there anything I can get for you while you wait? Made me feel like I was home. I highly Recommend Fieldman Ford as a number one dealer to get your car fixed and the respect you deserve. I will never go to any other dealer again, but Feldman Ford. Thank you Fieldman Ford Kevin thank you as well. Your electrician deserves a raise. He is absolutely phenomenal.

I went to get keys made, spent close to $500 and was told something else may be wrong to have it checked will be another $175 because the fob wasn t responding. Been here before but I think it was better with Chase helping me, he did a way better job explaining.

Friendly staff. My service advisor was Rob. Worked with him on a Friday for routine oil change. He advised on some additional repairs which I had to follow up on-BOO!!! Anyways, called him back to get some parts ordered, left him a voicemail and he called me back within FIVE MINUTES.Nowadays, follow thru is mediocre at best!! Rob addressed my concerns, listened to my scheduling needs and made it easy. THANK YOU ROB M.Service: Oil change

Came with my mother this morning because she needed a new copy of her key. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Customer service from the front and back where they make the copy of the keys were both great! I recommend this place a lot.
