4pm appointment and still waited over 95 minutes for an oil change. Could not ask the person changing the oil a question without getting a rude & unprofessional answer. Will not go back. One star is one too many.They also added 5w20 oil instead of 5w30 in my car. They charged me for six quarts instead of 5. Next they checked my tires, (brand new 3 week old Goodyear tires from Belle tire). They wrote two front tires good (green), two rear tires yellow, needs replacement soon. One star is too many.

So on 06/13/21 I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed on 06/14/21 at 10am and when I get there I let the tech at the front desk know that I had an appointment at 10 to get my oil changed and the tech said well you have 5 or 6 people ahead of you and while he was saying that another tech walked in and heard the convo and said were the other people scheduled for appointments and he said no they were walk-ins and so the other tech said well they have to wait because he scheduled his appointment and the tech and the desk says no I'm not doing it like that I'm not taking appointments I just take them as they come in and me and the other tech just looked at each other with confusion so instead of arguing I said I will just come back another day mind you I work a night job and stayed up just to be disappointed by the unprofessionalism that the tech showed at the front desk. If you're not going to take appointments then take it off of the website so me or anyone else won't to waist our time trying to make one just to be screwed over for no reason or fault of or own. Very disappointed!!!! Horrible service!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Had transmission recall Sarah and Tim did great as usual.plus got me a loaner for labor day weekend.couldnt ask for better service.

All was fantastic Kellie was the advisor and did a fantastic job I will be back cause she found out I have some recalls on my car

I went for oil change they didn't put my oil filter on right and almost blew up my engine

The guy takes forever to get the cars into the shop for the guys to work on them
