The manager was kind and helpful. I wouldn t advise buying a Groupon for this place because you will have a problem redeeming it because they don t have a bar code scanner.

I m 40 yrs old and I have ptsd from oil change places. This place was amazing! Quick and friendly!! I didn t have to yell at them that I didn t want their extra things they try to push on you! Amazing service and it was all black men! Love it!

Express lube is my go to spot for an oil change. They don t try n get over on u just bc ur a girl. They treat u like family. They over charged me didn t give me a receipt and charged me $80 and I have a 2023 car with no high mileage and on top of that they wrote out my oil change sticker I honestly think the guy pocketed my moneyService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but when they do a oil flush don't they flush out your engine? Have you run it for a minute and then flush it out and then put the New Oil in? I don't think they flushed out the old oil.i was told that they have a new way of doing it,new technology?

THE DESTROYED MY GIRL'S CAR ENGINE AFTER CLAIMING SHE NEEDED A ENGINE FLUSH. EITHER THEY DID NTO PROPERLY FLUSHG THE ENGINE OR THE DID NOT ADD ENOUGH OIL. THEY ISSUED HER A FULL REFUND BUT THE REPAIR COST IS 4000. MAY TRY AND SEEK LEGAL ACTION. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE! I ve been coming to this pls for years and the new employees there are scammers fs they did not put any oil in my car it s sad as a female these dude s a try to scam you any way possible they didn t even change the filter sad. Don t do it they better be on the look out I will be back for an investigation.this stuff has to get better

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I ve been coming to Franks for years and the new employees there are scammers and it s not right. I came for an oil change a month ago hood could not open so I was told the oil could be pumped from underneath the car. Well today I got my hood opened, checked the oil, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO OIL THERE!! BONE DRY! I ve been commuting with no oil in my car!! I talked to a guy named Mike (which was probably a lie) and he said I have an oil leak. I told him I did not and he refused to believe me. So he went underneath the car to check and he stated oh you don t have an oil leak !! Then preceded to say my car burns oil. Total lie!! They never put oil in my car! I have a BMW 745 and never had this issue before! DO NOT waist your money! I m blessed my engine didn t lock on me!! These guys are liars and they will tell a female anything if they think we don t know! These guys need to be shut down! I will be reporting this company!! No loyalty!!! And I never write bad reviews but this one was well deserved!!! I WANT OTHERS TO BE AWARE!! I wish I could give them no stars!!!

This establishment is very unprofessional. Seems as if they give you the run around a lot. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER BRAKES??? I have called them for over a week now trying to get front and rear brake pads done and he just keeps saying the brakes have not come in yet. Its been over a week and he still has not recieved the brakes for my car

The last two times I have been, today included the customer service has been horrible. The one staff has no respect for women. One of the main things Frank had when he owned it was it the assurance that as women we didn't feel pressured into unnecessary "other" service that we may not even need. He also had Tues. lady discount days. He gave cookouts for the community. As women we already feel as if oil change and mechanics are going to be less than truthful about the pricing or problem with us, but not with Frank and his old team. The man today was extremely rude. I left and will not ever use this oil change place again. Prices also should be posted for specific type of oil changes.

I come here from the Westside and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very professional, and staff is very kind and friendly. This place is black owned and that is what initially brought me here; good business is what keeps me. I went to Frank's to get some work done on my van, they did an awesome job. Frank's is my vans new mechanic, they are very nice and kind to there customers. I suggest if u need work done on your vehicle, make it Frank's Quick Lube!!!

They advertise oil changes for 15.99 but charged me 40 and when I went to get my headlight changed they didn't screw the light in my headlight fell out on the way home...smhService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Express is right! On my visit the two staffs on duty were professional, funny and got the job done in rapid time. Express is an accurate description of the service offered. My first visit based on a recommedation ftom a friend ... won't be the last.
