I received an oil change from here back in January and as you can see in the photo, they put the wrong air filter in my car. It was about an inch too short, and did not filter out anything because as you can see, it looks brand new when taken out and compared to the right size filter, which is the red one. This mistake caused irreparable damage to my car resulting in an over $3k repairs to my car. Do not go here if you care about your car or money. I thought I got a good deal from honest people but it turned out bankrupting me in the end. If there was an option for zero stars, I would be giving it for this for real.*in response to the owner: This picture was not taken at a different angle. The wrong size filter that your garage put in did not fit in my car. I took this photo and saw with my own eyes the difference in size. The garage correcting the engine issues and I must be blind.

This has always been a great go to spot! I m very keen on sticking to one spot that does excellent work!!! The gentleman who services my vehicle always has great educational experience and value to add to my brain ( I m not a professional mechanic) so I definitely appreciate their integrity!!! Also location plus a huge part! Great service plus location; always an A+ in my book! Recommend!!! Recommend!!! Recommend!!

Just Left Express Quick Lube On Conners & I ve Been Going 2 This Location 4 About 3 Yrs Now A I Love The Service , The Guys That Work There R Real Cool & My Man Chris Got Me Together. He Was Very Friendly & Answered All My Questions As Always. I Would Recommend U All Go Check em Out.

Very poor service I went in for a tune up he told me something else was wrong with my car so I didn t need a tune up so he told me it was my maf I go buy it he tells me his boss tell him he can t put it in and he just walked away after put his head phones in and ate his chips and sat in his car , just didn t care he wasted my time and money this place is very unprofessional!!! Wouldn t recommend

Oil change was no biggie. Ask them to check the air in my tires though, and they just eyeballed it and said it was fine. Well, I hadn't filled them in awhile and was about to go on a very long trip. Went to another shop and they spent a decent amount of time filling them up. I get it's a complimentary service, but it's just as important in preventing an accident as anything else.

Put too much oil, now I have to pay another shop to drain some of it.Update: shop drained some of it with a very unprofessional attitude after getting angry and accusing me of not wiping and reinserting the dipstick before looking at the level like I'm some idiot

I really love this place and recommend it to anyone needing a quick and efficient oil change. They staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I mainly deal with Reggie. They are straight forward and don't try to up-sale you. They will give you recommendations for optional services based on milage and if you decline that's the end. This is the only place I've had my oil changed for the past 4 years!.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I arrived at 9am(gate was closed) so I called because I understand sometimes hours change. No answer. However I see employee vehicles parked outside. I decide to check some emails while I wait. 10 minutes later an older dark completed man with wire rimmed glasses appeared. He opened the gate a proceeded with his opening routine. While he s doing this I m still checking emails. He states that I have several things wrong with my car because he could smell it. I said ok. He then asks if I want an oil change. Seriously? Well I m not there for a cheeseburger. I nod and say yes. While reading directives for my next job in an email. He then states I could at least give him eye contact. What is this? A date? An interview? No just a damn oil change. Maybe if he had arrived to work on time I wouldn t have had to busy myself while HE got himself together. I used to go to this brand all the time but no more. You lost a loyal customer due to terrible customer service. I work in the service industry and courteous interactions are at an all time LOW. I recommend the Valvoline oil center on Mack 5 minutes away. Exceptional customer service and great prices. They also open on time

Reggie was phenomenal. This was my first time there and I walked out with a oil change and transmission flush for under $100. He was very nice and great customer service. This will definitely be my new oil change spot.

This was the best oil change I ve gotten in a long time! They were very friendly, quick and efficient. I was in and out. He reset my oil change light for me and explained everything I needed to know. I will definitely be back!

I was in a hurry and need my oil changed. These guys made it happen for me quickly. My service tech Jessie was amazing! The only place I go to . I have multiple vehicles including BOX TRUCKS and i take them all there . Reg is the best , his customer service Is next to nobody. He runs that places how a business should be ran . It's always clean and your always greeted with a smile . I will recommend anybody to them . In and out services . Good vibes only

Needed a new spot for my oil change and some place close to home. Used Google for reviews. Totally satisfied! Thanks EQL!! This is a review I wrote after getting my oil changed three months ago. One month after getting my oil changed I stopped there on my way home from work. Tire was low. I told the gentleman and he said he couldn t because the machine had been broken for 6 months. They put air in my tires when I got my oil changed a month prior to this visit! So I decided that I would not return for anymore service there in the future. Yesterday I found a new spot to service my vehicle. I was asked about my air filter and stepped out of my vehicle to see what the issue was. The filter that was installed three months ago by EQL was the wrong size! Now I have a new spot to have my vehicle serviced!Service: Oil change

This is the best place in Detroit area ! I been in detroit 10 years . I have horrible experiences just getting an oil change on jefferson area ! I come here they are fast , professional and completely honest ! They let me know i needed new wipers before traveling and helped me put a new lens on my rear brake light ! I thought i was going to have to go to a body shop . Then before i left they said if you have time let s check the air pressure before i hit the road . My friend tried to pay for the light and they said no ! If you want it done right i suggest you go here !Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
