My experience here from the very first moment that I walked in, was professional, welcoming, and pleasant! I was so impressed how knowledgeable everyone that worked at this establishment were! The service was fast efficient and they give more service than you pay for I am very grateful as a fellow business owner , mother of Twins and the owner of several vehicles (foreign an American, made )I appreciate the patience, and the business acumen that was represented at this establishment! I will be back and I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service!I give this company 10 stars if I could!!!

Ali (nephew) took care of my wife's car over the weekend. Power Steering suddenly went out. Ali was honest and didn't overcharge us to fix it. Did a double check on everything. Even came in on Sunday. I was referred here by family and will be referring other family members here. Appreciate everything!!!

I just started going here about 6 months ago the guy Rasheed know what he is doing and is a great mechanic along with the other gut he work with. Not only did they beat all of the other shops price but he always fix my truck and car timely. He fix so far my struts in my truck along with today he replaced my alternator. In my impala he replaced my battery and gave me an oil change for a great price. I recommend everyone from the Westside of the city or any part to go to this shop to get work done. No complaints.

I ve been taking my cars here since 2005 and my dad has been coming here even longer than that. They have always had the best prices, been able to properly diagnose the issues when others were wrong and get my cars fixed right the first time. I live over 30 miles away now and I still won t let anyone else touch my cars for repair.

I've tried to call this place 3 different times with the intention of asking about a service they could provide. Every single time they have answered the phone and every single time they have hung up after I say "hi" or "good afternoon". Not sure what kind of customer service that is

Manager has a very bad attitude towards customers and was not helpful at all. His assistant however was very honest and patient.He should be in charge in my opinion
