DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I went in there with my Audi Q5 and they changed my windshield. they ended up upcharging me for no reason. They finish my car then I drive home. I got home to look at it and next thing I know, they cracked my windshield sensor. To get it fixed costs me $600. I ended up calling them back and nicely tell them what they did and in return they started screaming back at me! DONT GO HERE!!! All they want is your money. Not Quality work. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!

This place is cheap,very low quality! The work is done fast but not professionally! We had to detail the car after we replace the glass and the manger tell us that is something normal! The supposed to vacuum the car before give back to the customer

I have been here to replace a windshield at one point and also bought a driver window for a family member's car. The price was very reasonable. When replacing the windshield, they made an appointment and took care of it in a timely and professional fashion. I try to refer people to this place as much as possible. Thanks.

I would like to start off with the manager Kal was amazing and helped me out with everything I brought in my 2022 Cadillac Escalade with a broken windshield. They beat everyone s price and got me in and out within a hour. I 100% recommend this place to everyone and I Guante you will not regret it. 5 stars

About 200 bucks plus 20 minutes, and I got a new windshield. I have come here many times with different cars and I've been satisfied each time. For reference, I have a 19 Chevy Trax and 13 Chevy Impala.

I was a referral. When I arrived I was charged a higher price than quoted, not by much - but ok After the windshield was "fixed", I went to pay, and I stood there waiting for my receipt. He looks up, tossed the register at me. When I asked about the itemized sheet/receipt he says "just leave" . Well, ok. I checked the windshield & I was concerned that it wasn't laying in there correctly. I went back in and asked if he could look at it. He got mad, raised his voice, started yelling, "I'm the GLASS man, you're not. Who are you? I replied, no I'm not a GLASS man, but I what I see is a half@$& rush job . He started threatening/cursing me in a language I don't understand, as if I did something to him. This guy is rude, unprofessional, and a law suit waiting to happen. Proceed at your own risk. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. But, at least the bathroom was clean.

The drivers door window on my semi truck had shattered, and I needed it replaced right away.I called Eureka Auto Glass, and they said they had my exact replacement window in stock and for me to get there as soon as I could.He told me to pull right up to the overhead garage entry door when I arrived because they would be starting on it immediately.I parked my truck where he told me to, went inside and checked in, gave them my keys, and was told they would start on it shorty.I had a seat in the waiting area.30 minutes went by, and they hadn't started on it yet.It wasn't a big deal, they were a little busy so I understood and it was fine because I was happy that I found a company that could replace it that evening.Another 30 minutes had passed, and they still hadn't started on it yet.Then another 30 minutes.Then again, another additional 30 minutes had gone by.I sat there for an entire 2 hours without my truck being touched.At that time, an employee approached me and said, "Can you come back tomorrow because we don't have your window in stock. We will need to order it."WHAT. It was extremely frustrating, and I was very irritated and upset.I said "No I can't come back, I only came here because I was told the window was here, and I was promised it would be installed today."I wasted 2 hours of my time because they failed to take 2 minutes to check and confirm that the window was there on location and in stock.Ultimately, the next day, I had my window replaced by another company.Unfortunately, it was installed at the end of my work day, and after, I had driven 300 miles in the rain without a drivers window.If Eureka Auto Glass took the simple step of checking their stock and realizing that they didn't have the right window, I could have gone and made other arrangements.Eureka Auto Glass may or may not be an excellent window and windshield installer and could possibly have very good install technicians, I honestly have no idea.But with the lack of fundamental professionalism by skipping over the very first important step of a repair, and causing me the inconvenience that it did, I will not be returning and I will be taking all of my future business elsewhere.I will also not be referring them to anyone.

This place was awesome. I received a quote over the phone and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The price was reasonable. The owner was friendly. My only issue was when I walked to my car one of the guys working on my car opened the door for me then asked me for cash . I thought he was joking but he continued to repeat cash over and over as I got in the car. I told him I didn t have any cash on me (which was true) and then he repeated, ten, just ten. When I reused he harshly slammed my door. I m almost positive the owner does not realize one of his employees is harassing women for money as they leave. I certainly won t be back. CAUTION TO WOMEN because I am positive he would not have done this if my husband was there!*****The same day I posted this review the owner reached out to me and apologized on behalf of his employee. He also assured me he would address the matter. I appreciate his quick response and attention to the matter. Very professional.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Walked in at 930am for a windshield replacement and was walking out by 10am. They were fast, efficient, professional, friendly and the price was amazing. I had most of my car people on Facebook mentioning eureka more than 20 times. Gave them a try & it is legit ! Love the customer service and they put you on the road in less than 30 min !They have every single windshield you looking for !2015 Ford Escape SE.They quote half than whatever other places quote me $300.GIVE THEM A TRY !

Quick and professional with reasonable prices. This is my second time taking my 2019 Cadillacs XTS to them. And each time they did a phenomenal and quick job. If I had a complaint it would only be about the waiting room being a bit dingy. But again it s a mechanic shop not a five-star restaurant lol.

Great and affordable place. New models or old models they have glass for all . I damaged a customer windshield by accident on a 2020 Trail Blazers . They replaced it quickly , clean and efficient.

Terrible Service! Do not go to this place! I go in for $450, and when I went to pay, they charged me $550! Complete low quality. Terrible customer service!

These guys are the worst glass place never go here. They messed up my heads up display, and I ended up having to take it to the dealer and the dealer said that the guys with the glass messed up my car. Very cheap low quality.

I came here a couple months ago to get my rear window replaced. I came on a Saturday, I called prior they said they ll be finished in 2 hours. Literally 2 hours passed I go up to ask if it s done and after 2 hours of me waiting the finally decides to tell me the car won t be ready till 5 which was an additional 3 hours from what they told me. I was annoyed but okay with it. Then I ask if I can pick the next day (Sunday) he said they re closed so they said it ll be done Monday morning. Monday morning I called they said they still needed it to be delivered and they ended up finishing it at 3pm. To recap I came in on Saturday they told me it ll be done in 2 hours and got the car all the way on Monday 3 o clock. Not only that they said they will clean the glass, such a lie there was glass still left all over my car even in the front seat and it was never even there before. It was a very disappointing experience and I just wanted to take my car to a different shop, if they didn t have my window in stock they should ve just told me that instead of lying and saying they ll have it done in 2 hours.Service: Auto rear window replacement

The manager is absolutely nice and professional. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Got my windshield fixed within 30 min.
