They are scammers and tries to get over on women. Do not recommend they misdiagnosed my car and expect me to pay money out-of-pocket for them to fix the problem that they knew was there in the first place. They would like to recommend finance companies pay later and still try to rip you off. TONY the radio advertising guy is scammer had his own repair place in the past no longer has it now! working under another company to SCAM. They are rude and not helpful at all. Another mechanic said they didn t even do the work at all on my car but had it for two weeks.

Great experience. The team got me right in, fixed my problem and gave me some recommendations for future services. They gave me a great deal on a tire and were not pushy about the recommended services. I will definitely be going back to have them service all my cars in the future.

The guy on the phone was great! I just asked for a quote. He was funny but honest and still gave me decent prices.

The management Tony took my car in saying they would find the reason my evap sensor went off making it seem as though it s a quick check and a smoke test would be easy to do and figure out. Had I known they would try to charge me 300 for diagnostic and smoke test I never would ve did it but they made it seem as though it was an easy and fast process. They never told me a price just had me sign a paper saying to do it with no prices on it, then he called telling me I needed two parts and they d do it for 9 something then a discount for 860 i told him it s too much and I don t want to pay that right now so he said he would see what he could do on price then get back to me. I said okay and he called again later that day and said 765 and I can do financing all he would need is my birthdate I said that s still too much and I don t think I would want to do the financing at this moment. He said give my birthdate and he would see what he can do about the price i said yea sure just let me know. He then took my car apart and stated that I said to do it and that is not true I never once said go through with it and he said me giving my birthdate was consent when it wasn t, I just wanted to see what he could do on price. What I needed done was a 30 minute process and costs at most 2-400 at other places and I took it to the dealership and he was wrong trying to get money from me for parts I didn t even need. Then I confronted him with my mechanic he said he d do it for 500 and I can get the recording from Mike. I called Mike and turns out Tony lied again and Mike couldn t get it and he put the price back to like 780 or I can grab my car back for 300!!! I ve been going here for years and thought they were true to their word and honest but they re not. I will never go here again and will actively stop people as well.

Love these Guys had my car at 5 different shop my friend referred me to them and they found the problem fixed and got it back the save day!!! Highly Recommended will be back

I've never been serviced like the service that they provide they are professional very informative, kind-hearted ppl. This place is terrible they stole my car they stole my money. I brought my car in to get service on the engine they charged me 6000 after paying them off they never returned my car or money they scam artists this place needs to be closed their doing bad business in Detroit stealing from Detroit residents the more I share my story the more I find out Detroit tire is always doing janky business boycott this place they need to be shut down never go here. They're also running a scheme through first financial I don't have my car or my money that I paid for the work and the first financial loan is still being collected from my account please don't waste your time with this place go somewhere else

We brought our car in for a bad alternator. They ran test and gave us huge list, circuit board etc, that they said was connected and told us it would be $4600.00. We told them we would get back to them and they called back a few minutes later stating they could maybe rebuild the circuit board for $2600.00. We declined upon advice a mechanic friend in another state and picked up the car. We took it to another place and they man looked under the hood for a minute and showed us we had a loose wire. He fixed it, the car has ran fine since. This place either has no clue or was trying to screw us over. I do not recommend gambling on this place.

I came in for 1 thing and ended up being con out of my money by a scamming mechanic name Mohamed Al-Lahham. I don t recommend this shop to the NOBODY they take for ever I was there for 5 1/2 hours the next day my engine light came back on I took it to get a diagnostic test and it was the same problem so they didn t fix what I needed. These are horrible men at this shop they play you out your money by any means. -1000/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT GO HEREService: Auto engine diagnostic
