Having done business with DSW several times I can attest to the personal customer service and heart and soul put into each order. Having met most of the crew in person, it s refreshing to find that the service and personality isn t just to make a sale- they genuinely love their customers and love to see their builds and go above and beyond to deliver the best quality made in America product they can.

Everything was great I called so many times before I bought my wheels and tires even though all the info was on the website Spanky answered all my questions with no hesitation ordering with him was easy Everything came out excellent even time line for delivery thanks again

Terrible customer service and lies, was my experience. I desperately wanted Macks for my '72 K5 Blazer frame-off resto. I ordered raw wheels back in early Feb '22, giving me ample time to get them professionally painted. I was quoted 4 weeks to get the material and a week for production. No big deal, I understand sourcing steel is tough right now. Then followed up after 8 weeks (mid April), was told another 4 weeks. I still had time, that was fine, I get the shortage. Followed up mid May. I was told I would get a call back after checking in again. I reached out after no response. At this point, we are getting close to the truck completion. I was told that they did have the material, they needed payment and would start making them. I submitted payment, received the shipping label creation notification. Then 6 days later, I receive a call that they in fact did not have the material and would need to wait another 4 weeks minimum for material. My guess is I was bumped for another "more important" client. Ridiculous. #1 They only apologized after I said it is not cool to lie and take a customer's money. #2 The customer service was sub-par at best throughout the whole experience. I only tolerated it because I dreamed of sporting Detroit Steel Wheels. Guess I will be going a different route and will gladly share my terrible experience with others. Thanks for nothing, Mobsteel.

I've never visited the store personally but I've ordered wheels from them and am pleased with my experience. The wheels are quality. During my order I called several times to ask fitment questions and each time someone took the time out to answer all my questions and offer suggestions for my specific application. The best steel wheel company by far would be an understatement! I'll certainly return for my future projects

I stopped by the shop to check things out but of course COVID has put restrictions on visiting. I was able to pull in the parking lot and had the nicest lady bring me a t-shirt to the truck. What service! I will be back! Thanks from North Carolina!

Visiting this establishment was a delight. The associate that i spoke with was attentive knowledgeable and tolerant. Hope to see the show again sometime soon. These people are true to their word about community involvement. Very impressive.

Worst customer service no call backs they don't answer there phone.they lie about build time I orderdsome through a business and it was no better its been 4 months and all they responded to is there being built that was 6 weeks ago .would not recommend this company billet wheel companies are building special orders so much faster.was so excited GG or these wheels now I just want it over so I xan move on .

I don t know if the 5 star reviews on this place are based solely on visits to the shop but as far as customer service is concerned, it s nonexistent. I ve called multiple times (well before Covid-19) and left voicemails in the hopes I could get a few fitment questions answered before I drop a decent amount of money on a set of rims for my truck but I ve never gotten a call back. I can t speak intelligently on their products as I ve never been able to order them but their customer service simply doesn t exist.
