Called this firm for service in the spring of 2023, to install gasketed windoiw on our supply boat, they sent out young, inexperienced installers with no clue how to install windows with rubber gaskets. We allowed them to perform the work, mostly to give them a chance to gain some work experience. They did a marginal job, but passable, until closer inspection. We had one window that leaked from the start and then finally fell out. Most of the windows had the gaskets cut and installed incorrectly with generous silicone applied. The under size gasket caused the failure of the window. I called to report the issue and was assured that they were busy but would come out and stand behind their work. I called several times after nobody showed up. My most recent call was today, I was assured that someone would be at our company within 15 minutes, no show, no call. The work performed cost more than $ 900. Very frustrating and will not ever use this firm again. Will pursue this issue until resolved.

Good people, but it took a month for my glass to be fixed, and in the end, it wasn't what I was expecting and paid for, but after a month I was just glad to pick it up and not deal with them again.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience here and will not be going back. The price for replacing my window screens was double what I was being quoted at other places. I agreed to let them do it when they said they'd give me a discount. The discount was still not comparable to other places but I accepted it for the convenience. One storm window I asked that they replace with a screen and was told it could absolutely be done. The screen was put on the frame with double sided tape. I paid close to $40 (a discount allegedly) to have them tape a screen on a frame. As you can imagine, the screen does not stay put.

We dropped of a 48x78 double pane window to be repaired on August 9, 2021. One pane was broken and needed to be replaced. When we went to pick it up the job was not done correctly (which was admitted by the personal on site at the time). They apologized and asked for time to correct the error. 2-3 days later the window was still not repaired correctly. It was determined that a new unit would be ordered and ready on Wednesday (August 18, 2021 - week+ from when it was initially dropped off) Wednesday no window. Call Friday, no window. Sunday we inform them to just return the window and the funds now all of a sudden the window is there. We go get it and the pane wasn't even installed into the frame. Took me from August 9th to August 20th to get an (uninstalled) pane of glass.

Horrible service and horrible job done. I ordered glass for a shower and it took them almost a month to get it installed, and the installation was so sloppy and awful looking. Caulk left in gobs on a marble shower. Clear caulk over pencil marks, not to mention the glass pieces were uneven! I wish I could post pictures. UNREAL

I had a glass that I had from a table cut, so I could put it on another table that I bought a little while ago.....Mande a cortar un cristal que ten�a de una mesa, para poderlo poner en otra mesa que compre ase poco.....
