I wish I could give negative stars but unfortunately I can't. This company has had my husband's truck for over a month and his damages weren't even that bad. Our insurance company has already paid this company to replace his bumper and paint his car. We have received nothing but lies on top of lies from this place. We have asked for the boss to reach out to us and nothing has transpired. This place is extremely unprofessional. We had to keep calling them for update just to get lied to. If you want your car to just sit and sit and sit and sit this is the place to go. If you want excellent service and professionalism I urge you to keep looking

If you need your car fixed, this is honestly the place to go. It s a one stop shop. Super happy with what s going on. They knew what I needed for my car and gave me fair prices than what I ve seen else where! Ali was AMAZING in helping me with what I need!! Definitely will be going back!

I ll keep things short, since the owner has blocked my number and won t talk to me personally anymore .After waiting for 2 weeks to get nothing but a completely misinformed estimate for services that I had not even asked for . And nothing written for the services I actually requested. I went to pick up the car up and started it with 2 miles of gas in it. Two. Miles.I dropped the car off with 70 plus miles . Full of coolant, tell me why I pick it up with 2 miles of gas and empty in both coolant tanks?I pick the car up take it home, then call the owner KC and explain what happened. His immediate response is someone joy road the car I said yes clearly, I knew that already I asked what he would do about it.Full of apology he begins apologizing profusely and says he wants to keep me as a customer and wants my friends to return so he says he ll make it right . He then offers me 50-60 in gas money .. an absolute joke.I told him the least you could do for wasting 3 weeks of my time and almost running my motor completely dry is to fix the carbon hood which I asked you to fix, for free.Then . 2 weeks later the hood hasn t been started on, I go pick it up accepting defeat and this is what I picked up. It was literally still dripping resin when I lifted it up and I left my fingerprint in it.Ironic that they replied to this review now suggesting that they saved me money by not charging storage and not charging for writing and preparing an estimate that was never there haha. To add to the comedic irony of their response they are telling me to contact the business directly instead for wrong a fake review like the owner didn t block my number, block my Instagram There are also several other experiences that have been shared by others since mine and the only replies the owner KC can come up with is fake review no fake bodyshop and fake confidence from a fake man behind a phone on google tryna lie still when I ve posted all the factsAnd to address the rest of what their reply stated .1. The hood was repairable, and despite your utter destruction of it . It can still be repaired, of course by a shop with some skill not a YouTube video and a bag of chips as payment to your employees, idk what else you re paying them for them to do you that bad but aye same employees that joyride cars they can t fix or pay for, so I guess no surprise?2. Blackmail is a strong word for someone who practically begged me not to share my experience before I even suggested that I would . By trying to bribe me with some gas money .A man who so easily and graciously agreed to fix the hood for free in exchange for me being so kind and thoughtful to have given him a chance to defend his business name and reputation. and he promised to make it right . He then ducks my daily calls and when he does answer tells me everyday for over 6 days it ll be ready by the end of the day and I showed up to the shop 4 times just to find it hadn t even been starred on . That s why you offered me gas money ..You offered me gas money because of the hassle of going back and forth not to fix the situation of the car being low on gas because guess what you geniuses would ve caused even more damage if you put gas in it as the car was tuned on e30.3. You say I left the car for 10 days interesting way to say I left the car expecting it to take 2 days and was told every day for the subsequent 8 days it ll be ready at the end of the day and it never was INCLUDING when I went to pick the car up hadn t been worked on and no estimate. Just joy rides and lies.4. If you wanna make things right? Start by unblocking my number and Instagram before suggesting I contact you directly . continue by dropping that cowardice inability to handle things directly yourself and accusing me of said cowardice and lying on google publicly with your fake replies. Do not insult God by bringing God into a discussion with devils, liars, and cheats. You should be ashamed of yourselves.God will punish you if this review and the reputation hits don t.

Lol if you want to save money don t go here I was quoted 800$ for a suspension job went two miles down the street got the same job alignment and breaks for 490$ and fluids topped off man go here if you want you gone regret it front end clinic Detroit 2 miles away excellent service reliable and for the most part HONEST if I could give 0 stars I wouldService: Steering & suspension repair

I took my Fusion here for repairs. The finished result was amazing! I couldn't tell there had been any previous damages. When I left I felt like I was leaving with a brand new car. Swift service and a great experience!! I highly recommend De Tech Auto Collision!

If I could describe the quality of work done on my car in one word, it would be pathetic.The people there are very friendly, leading you to believe they are a quality shop... don't let this fool you. I took my car there after an accident (Geico, my insurance provider at the time had a collision service center there) and the front bumper, headlight and fender needed to be replaced. When I got the car back it looked good, but I started noticing small issues just days after getting my car back.First, they didn't aim my headlights after installing them on the new bumper, so they were pointing straight at the ground and were useless. I went to look and see if they were screwed in properly and one of them wasn't. That wasn't a huge issue (other than not being able to see at night), I took the car back to De Tech and they screwed in the headlight properly. From there it was smooth sailing, or so I thought.My biggest gripe with De Tech is that they did not paint my bumper properly. The accident happened less than two years ago and I already have had to do MAJOR touch ups to the paint on my car. I noticed paint was missing about 4 months after the accident and was pretty upset. Like I said earlier in the review I thought the guys were nice good people, so I would just explain the situation and they would repaint the bumper. This was not the case, they went on to tell me that paint chipping off like that was normal, and that it would happen no matter where I took my car. I understand that some paint chipping can happen over time, but this amount was excessive (several spots were larger than my thumb). They didn't do anything about it. I just got done with another hour long touch up to my bumper, and was so upset, I decided it was time to write this review.One last thing, they do not use OEM replacement parts on the car, they use what I would assume is the cheapest parts they can find. I love my car, but now every time I look at it all I can see are the black spots where the paint has chipped off the front. It has been less than two years since they replaced the bumper and painted it, and I will need to get it repainted soon.TL,DR:A repair shop of very poor quality that does not stand behind their work, and passes off shoddy work as "normal". Bottom line is you should take your car elsewhere.

Vehicle was dropped off 3 weeks ago for a wheel and door job. Paid deposit, and IT'S BEEN 3� WEEK'S. Their doors haven't been open since. I do hope everything is okay with them but, until I get my vehicle back- the review stands. STAY AWAY.

Business runs terrible. They had my car for a month without communicating with me that it would be as long then towed it to another shop to get fixed where I had to pay and additional $300 on top of $800 I already paid to get our fixed. Stay away!
