Got oil change 2 months later, sounded like the transmission was going after having my husband check transmission fluid he said I have no oil which he warn me of going to that location. Also they wanted to give me a new filter for the inside of the car so you can breathe easy looking on Amazon there about $10 and he wants to charge me $100

I just got done getting an oil flush and change here today! The whole thing cost $150, BUT the oil change itself only cost me $65. I needed some other repairs I didn t know about. The person on the phone was very friendly, and even more friendly in person. They not only changed my oil, flushed it, and put more in. They educated me on things I had no idea about. I have yet to get a second opinion on the change, and I will update accordingly , but so far I loved my experience. They even checked other things on my car that had nothing to do with the oil! An oil shop (Smiley s Fast Lane) had told me I needed to get a break flush when I took my car to them for an oil change, but after my horrible experience with them I decided to go to a new oil shop entirely, and that led me here. He was honest and told me I didn t need to get a break flush, and that they don t try to scam people out of their money here. Tells me all I need to know about Smiley s Fast Lane. He checked my blinkers, my headlights, my engine, and gave me green marks for most. He even gave me the sweetest offer! I won t tell it, but let me just say, this place is great so far. I will update this review in about a week, because I just got the repairs done today.EDIT: I got a friend to check the oil. He says it s good, so I ll keep my 5 star rating up!

Do NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY.Over price and did NOT do a full service check!Rushed to get the job done. And didn t tell me the price till AFTER FILLING MY OIL. I repeatedly kept asking. They don t care about real customer service, just your money. I had better service else where! I would give a star if I have the option.

There is a group of guys that are nice and will go the extra mile for you. I had a rattling noise and they helped eliminate it as an in kind gesture. They crack the seal on your oil in your face sometimes which is nice to know that they are using real oil from the manufacturer, especially on super cold days like recently.

This place is the real deal man!!! The service and prices are UNMATCHED!! I read the reviews and was like "Ok, all cap". It played out just as I read, I was greeted with a cold water, a few air fresheners, genuine recommendations, sincere explanations on why the recommendations where given. Alex was the guy who serviced me, stand up dude; I actually called the night before and he got me in and out first thing in the morning just as he said he would. I'll definitely be back and telling ALL my homies.

I came in prior to my trip out of town. The gentlemen where absolutely wonderful and friendly. I was overdue, filters filthy and and engine dirty. They got me going. My new place and it s in my city.

UPDATE: The situation has been remedied to my satisfaction. The manager and owner apologized for the lapse in service and I will be receiving a refund for the overcharge. These people take care of their customers!Original review:I've been coming here for more than 5 years and have generally been happy with the prices and service.This time around they charged me an extra $30 to bring my own oil filter because they don't carry one that fits my car, which is a new fee, and their oil prices have jumped significantly.Service: Oil change
