Great job! However, service wasn t as fast I would have wanted, but the workmanship and price makes up for the difference especially when it s crush time!

Don't come here their appointments are ridiculous. I dropped my truck they told me that they will work out on it tomorrow, I said okay tomorrow by the a round 3pm I called they said almost about to finish it. They didn't call me to pick it up and they closed. I called the following day at 8:30 am they said yes it will be ready in a couple of hours. I showed up 10:30 am and my truck was not in yet it was still in their parking lot. I spoke with the girl and guy inside they were like almost done calm down!!!

I don t recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Long waits, they aligned my 2018 cascadia 3 times and still didn t get it right, I was there over 6 hours Everytime. They then tell me it s my tires not knowing that I have 10 brand new tires and told them that then they had nothing to say, point is they took money for a job that they didn t do right. And no I m not picky but it s wayyy off and can take turns on it s own. Gets tiring holding the wheel with force for 11 hours a day.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Horrible. I Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a day to day and a half of work to be done I was told that's how long it will take. 13 days later I got my vehicle back. Was told several days that it would be finished later that day. Someone will call. Spoke to a different person who said it hasn't been in the shop yet. Lie after lie after lie! What's the point in an appointment if this is happening.

Good for getting your suspension parts as they beat most other shops prices, but service is not consistent.

brought my truck for vibration issue. 10 days later i pickup my truck to see i still have the same vibration problem and on top of that they ruin my alighnment that was perfectly fine my truck now pull right like crazy. i take it back to fix my alighnment at least the way it was before, now they find excuses not to fix it telling my to come back later each time.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the worst shop to take your truck they are a bunch of liars they don't work and they make everything look goodbut in real life it's really bad The alignment is really bad my truck I was pretty good before I took it to the shop then it got even worst they are rude and have u waiting for hours or even days don't go to this place it is horrible I would suggest u finding a better place

This is the worst place to take your truck. My dad was very upset at the shop do not ever go to. It s horrible. They have you waiting and I was there with my dad. Yes they have you waiting for hours or even days the alignment is horrible and the truck was pretty good at first but now it is even worse they are rude

I took my truck to them because it swayed as I drove. They told me in order to fix the problem, I would need to replace my right lower control arm, steering gear box, both tire rods, drag link, and get a front end alignment. After a week of being in their possession and $1200 spent, MY TRUCK IS STILL SWAYING. I spoke with the shop manager and they admitted that the mechanic that worked on my truck missed the wheel bearing. I asked how we could resolve the issue and they told me that they would fix it but I would have to pay for the parts and labor FOR THE WORK THAT THEY MISSED. This place is money hungry and the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this review. AS YOU RE READING THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS PLACE.Service: Steering & suspension repair

First off gotta say great customer service they got me in a timely fashion and stood by there word and commitment and you couldn't ask for anything more but that they have a great line of mechanics also they work together with the office staff great shop to recommend excellent service. I'll always use certified thanks team keep up the supported success your team offers

Dropped my truck on the 17th of may for Alignment they said it will be done same day then the next day and it been like that for over 2 weeks worsts place even very bad communication they promised it will be done today came over to pick it up and said it will be done towards the end of the day or tomorrow, does not recommend this place at ALL!!

This place offers cheap alignment but comes with a heavy price, so here s how they trick you offer the cheapest 3 wheel alignment once they get you in the door they will make up so things that needs to be replaced we had a truck that went through a inspection and replaced what needed to replaced then took It their shop only for them to make up new stuff which didn t needed to replaced when confronted about this, they wouldn t let us see the mechanic to further explain. It gets more shady with this place, we took one of our volvo in last week, they tried doing the same thing with the front suspension and had a bill of $ 3200 told them to only do the back 2 axles they claimed they don t do only 2 axles it s either only 3 axles or just the front. Stay away fromThe shady spot. Took my truck to shrader tire and oil in melvindale and It was completed the next day with no headache. Stay away from this place as you can see what other reviews have said. You will waste your time and money here!Service: Steering & suspension repair

The worst place to go to they try to get u fix a lot parts u don t have to. I when to get alignment they charge me 48 after I drop the truck there for 3 days. They told me u have to fix all that I when to somewhere else they did it. I told them after they finish they other guys told me to fix all this they said u don t have too. . They still good but I m. Not the only one they did him this way because. When they are busy they told u fix those Because they will still charge u even if u don t fix them they still make money off u. This is the worst place to go to I don t recommend. Anyone to go there. Worst place ever Don t go there. They will kill ur time. They don t even know wat they doing.

they are the worst. I went over there for alignment the end up charged me twenty-five hundred and they done nothing for my truck accept the loss up the tie rods. the steering wheel hub seal was leaking plus...... I am going to sue them for sure they put my life and others in danger.

You go there only to waste your money and timeThis people make you change parts that you don t need to, they put my truck in for 18 days every time I call they find an excuse for delay after all They didn t fixe the truck and I paid $2700 plus they broke something on my truck they got it fixed after two weeks I wish I could ve gave them zero star.

I know this place for over 20 years never change their bad business practice habits... when you call them for alignment job they will tell you bring it in for same day service then you and up sitting there for couple days or more... if you're under a load be careful you are not going to be back on the road same day.
