Great Customer service. Moe and Andrew will get you together my wife and I have been coming a few years and honestly I have nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been changing my oil for about three years in this place. They damaged my oil filter cap and want to charge me double for fixing it. I was able to go to a different location. To change my oil, they ended up doing it for free, with no charge of labor that's part of the oil job. The workers are great. Just the management in the office is rude and not respectful , and it's all about money money.

I always go there and they don t do my alignment good they are a rip off don t go there save your money and go somewhere else there s one down the road on the corner is the best I never had issues with them but the castle wants you to come back so they could take your money stupid people I swear

They scammed my sister into getting a coolant flush at 50,000 miles on a 2021 when it clearly states in the owners manual that service is due at 150,000 miles or 10 years

Lied about when coolant should be changed on my 2021 jeep. The guy said coolant should be changed every 50,000 miles. Looking at my owners manual it says to change coolant at 150,000 or 10 years. Scammed me out of $90

That loud mouth ugly old looking parrot has better customer service than the staff there. At least the parrot acknowledge you there by barking. The one star is for the damn parrot. I been going here for 9 years to do routine oil change, after today, I'll never come here again. I waited in line for oil change and I was the only one WAITING initially. Another car came later in the next lane. In my lane the guy finished the car in front of me. He summoned the car who came after me to come on over. He knew my car was first and I assumed he knew them. The driver and passenger smiled and told stayed in their lane. I think that workers actions was tasteless and not business appropriate. I get that people we know patronize but business is business. Even though I moved from the area, I still drive from Cherry Hill area to patronize and support this business I used for a while. The owner is dry whenever i have to do other things, alignment or fix a tire. You wait at the front desk for service for over 30 minutes, than he is either eating or on his cell phone as another person said. They had one nice oil changer... skinny blonde hair dude but I guess he was off. Too bad. I'll stay in my area and find a new better customer service and honest auto place. Your business is in a dirt area anyway.

Today October 21st 2020 I have a 2005 Envoy truck 4x4 I just got my inner tire rod did then I just meant wheel alignment it ran me 290 I was in there for two hours but it did a good job on it I highly recommend now they do deals if you got your own parts

Scam don't go here. Went for an alignment, came back because they didn't fix the issue. They tell me I need a new rack and pinion, they put in a rebuilt one that squeaks at every turn, still didn't fix the alignment issue, took a perfectly fine dealer part. They rewelded my muffler because they didn't know how to put it back on properly. Took it to another mechanic and they showed me the bottom how screws were left way too loosen and a new leak was suddenly there. Castle wanted more money for control arms to fix alignment which was not the issue. New mechanic place caught their scam and fixed me up for the right price. Unfortunately, they made 1k off me but will never go back. Karma will come back to them, just leave it to god. Just amazing how they got caught up years ago and still continue to scam.

Terrible service, had me quoted for brakes and I didn t need. Did get my oil change done (fingers crossed). I was annoyed by their quote and something didn t seem right. Took to another shop and they verified I don t need either brakes or rotors. Come to find out Alex and his shop are apparently in the hall of shame as they were investigated by Rob Wolchek FOX 2 News. Yeah never going there again.

Service was bad. Came in for a oil change. They ended up over charging me. Said I need brakes and rotors and I know it can't be true because I just had them changed 2 mouths ago. Called for a general brake bleed and the man over the phone had zero customer service experience it looked like. I asked for the price of a general brake bleed, and keeps me on hold for a little over 5 minutes. I didn t know that they had to figure out logistics and schematics to locate and set a price for a brake bleed but okay. After that he picks up the phone and asks what car I need work on. I told him the year, make, and model and said that s too old bro can t work on it bye and hangs up immediately. Didn t ask if I had any other questions or anything. I always knew Castle Auto sucked but WOW this place just keeps getting exponentially worse. Just shut down and let someone else take your spot.

They are unethical and not honest. He overcharged me when I asked for regular $19 deal at that time. And charged me $27. Also, he did not fill my cool temperature fluid, a week after my oil change my car was overheating. It states on the receipt that they check it but it s a lie! If they did they would have had to refill it, they also did not fill my wind shield fluid. I would give 0 rating it I could. I don t even think they did an oil change cuz he showed me it was black.
