Top notch mechanic, went above and beyond what I asked or ever could expect. Not only did he take care of my car his prices are honest and affordable. Will never take my car anywhere else as long as this place remains open, I can rest my head knowing my car is safe to drive and I have an honest mechanic for all future needs. If your looking for honest work and a real diagnostic of what is wrong bring your car here you will not lose I promise!! I've been going to CarLine for years for all of my Jeep maintenance and repair needs. They do excellent work at exceptional prices. They provide good customer service. One thing that I like, is that they explain in detail and show what the problem is so you know you're wondering if you're being taken advantage of. It was by luck that I found Joe at Carline Complete Car Repair. Desperate to save my car after being considered a total loss by my insurance company, I found Joe on the internet. He gave me a super price, kept me informed with pictures throughout, and added services I did not expect. The experience that I had up here today was unbelievable, the place I went to to get my part they ended up giving me the wrong part after the mechanic had put the part on and when we noticed it was the wrong part so we called up to the place where I got the part from and the mechanic was so helpful to where he had to basically tell them to bring me the part up . I recommend Car line Complete auto repair because if you need something done and right , y all better make y all way up there because they have the customers leaving with a great big smile

One of the best car shops on the westside. The service was fast and the price is very affordable. Ask for Joe he will get you right. Car was stalling, leaking oil, burning oil, loose wires. Joe got me right and fixed everything literally! I recently had my car serviced at this auto shop, and I have nothing but good things to say. Not only did they complete the work I requested, but they also went above and beyond by taking care of some additional maintenance that was needed. I really appreciate that they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and make sure everything was in good working order.Another thing that impressed me was their timeliness. They were able to complete the work within the estimated timeframe and had my car back to me in no time. This was especially important to me since I rely on my car for my daily commute.The shop was quite busy when I brought my car in, but I found that it was worth the wait. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some tips on how to keep my car running smoothly.I was so impressed with their work that I'm planning on bringing in my other vehicle for service as well. Took my car to many places and no one was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. Brought my car to Joe and he was able to figure out and diagnose the problem with a timely manner. He informed me what was wrong with my car after inspecting it and that I had an issue with my AC and no one was able to figure out the issue. He let me know how much everything would cost and he explained to me very well what the issue was and what needed to be done. And I couldn t be happier honestly with trusting him with my car. He was quick and the price was very reasonable as well! I literally send all my friends to him now if they have any issues with their vehicles. Joe is an excellent, courteous, and patient professional. Not only will he strive to understand the nuances of your vehicle's issues, but he will diligently and thoroughly explain exactly what the root causes of your issues are. If the issue is requires a particularly expensive repair, he will develop and propose creative solutions to alleviate the problem to keep your car running safely without forcing you to sink thousands of dollars into your vehicle. More importantly, he is upfront about this--he will explain your options, and if you are on a budget, will tell you the limitations of his work without making ridiculous promises as all too common with mechanics in the Detroit/Dearborn area. I came to Joe after a mechanic that I frequented for a decade made me spend over a thousand dollars in repairs only for the issue to keep reoccurring. Joe diagnosed the problem, took photos, explained exactly what the issue what (incorrect spark plugs) and provided a short term solution to keep my car running without having to replace my catalytic converter. Thank you, Joe and CarLine, for the breath of refreshing honesty.

My 'Service Engine Soon' light was on. I was able to take my car into CarLine the same day I called. Joe was able to tell me what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it. He was friendly and great at explaining what was going on.

Dude helped me with my car, gave me details on what's wrong with my car (brakes and rotors), dropped me off to a nearby restaurant, much appreciated!!!Dude called me the next day and said my car was ready, they're fast!!! They was open a Sunday, usually most auto repairs shops are closed on Sundays. Definitely recommend and will be back !!!

I didn't catch the guy's name who serviced me but before I went to this place I made sure I read reviews first and all of the positive ones are true! I had a deep scratch on my passenger rear door from a brick being thrown at it (crazy ex ) I am very particular about my car and was worried of the outcome and it wasn't 100% but I am very satisfied with the outcome overall! They are friendly and reasonably priced. I've saved at least $1000 for sure! Thank you Carline!

Joe is amazing! I needed some collision repairs done. I brought my car by on a Tuesday for an estimate. Joe took his time to explain the job, timeframe to have it completed and the price. Joe is honest and reasonable! I appreciate him for not price gouging and taking advantage as some car shops do to women. He called me on a Saturday to inform me my parts were in and to drop my car off at 11am. I was amazed when I get a call it was ready by 5pm! I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work done on their vehicles. He has a customer for life!

Very professional and highly skilled mechanic with top of the line updated equipment. Took my 2017 Cadillac XTS in for new wheel bearings and Joe did better work then the dealership. He treated my car with care and helped me save over 200 dollars. Car Line is very professional, the owner is genuinely kind and his work is excellent. The owner is very thorough and honest I like how he shows everything and detail what is being done to the car as he is doing it. I just bought a car and needed brakes. Joe gave me the best quote over the phone, and when it turned out I needed rotors as well it was still a very great price for a Cadillac. He took videos of the work he did, and even FaceTimed me to show me how bad my rotors were before doing them. I had to leave my car there for the day, and he even drove me and my toddler the half mile back home. Wonderful and genuine business. This is my shop from now on! We drove to Detroit and experienced car trouble. We searched for mechanics open on a Sunday and called Car Line Auto Repair. We made an appointment easily. Joe was waiting for us to arrive and was upfront and honest with the issue. He fixed it well, quickly, and cheaply! And today is his birthday! We were very impressed. If we lived here we would make a repeat visit for future repairs. Great service and staff!

I have been going to Joe for over 10 years and he has worked on 4 of my family's cars. He has always done top notch work at a very reasonable price. He cares about all of his customers and always asks me how I am doing outside of any repair issues I may have. Joe is a great mechanic but a better person and that's why he has maintained my business for the past decade.

Wow wow wow! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This is definitely my new go-to place. At first I was going to a different car shop and they were over charging me without even fixing my problem! Then I came to this place due to their amount of positive reviews on google. I met JoeYousef and he was so accommodating to all of my needs. He showed me step by step exactly what the issue was, he included pictures and videos AND he only charged me a fraction of the price I was paying at the first place. WOW. Staff is professional, awesome, and fair. I will be coming back and recommending this place for everyone that needs their car repaired! Prices are fair and people are nice. Amazing customer service! Joe went above and beyond my expectations. Diagnosed engine issues quickly for my 2k10 BMW, and explained my options for service thoroughly and in a manner I could understand. Pricing was better than every other garage I went to. I have been coming to Joe's Car Line Auto Repair for years and he has always showed tremendous good customer service. He's always available, even sometimes on closed days. He has came to the shop plenty of times to do repair work for me on his off days and he was always willing to come and repair. Like today, a Sunday before New Year's Eve, he came to do some front bumper work for me that I was satisfied with and I didn't have to wait until after the holidays, which is a huge plus! Amazing work, good customer care, and always available. Fives across the board!!!

I been coming to my guy Joe for years now. Only person I trust with my SRT Jeep. Every time I come, he always gets my vehicles together, and with quickness. Always good service, he doesn t cut corners and just try to get you out the way. He takes his time with every vehicle that he touches. Very highly recommended!! I took my Infiniti in because, for some unknown reason, the passenger door would not close properly. Joe explained to me what the the problem might be and wrote up an estimate. In less than two hours, I received a call telling me my car was ready. The work was done properly and quickly and, best of all, the cost was actually less than the estimate. I highly recommend this place for extremely prompt, courteous, skilled and reliable service, and I would not think twice about bringing any of my vehicles to them if I had any problem with my car
