If I had to sum up my experience: "No matter what they tell you, you get (less than) what you pay for".tldr: They told me some tires were almost new, drove 45 min there just to find tires were close to dead. In retrospect, it makes sense given price. Ended up not buying anything and losing 3 hours.... I think the guys at the shop are friendly, prices are on the high end (for what you get). Just remember, whatever they tell you, you will not get a sweet deal you'll just get sort of what you paid for.In detail: went on fb marketplace, found a set of tires description read "immaculate" at a very good price maybe 1/3rd of retail. I talk to the person they assure nothing wrong with them 80% tread. I think sweet, got myself a deal.Take the car go all the way there (45 min driving). I see the tires, and they're slightly cracked (which was ok as it really was minimal) but the tread definitely does not look 80%. Person I was talking to tries to sell me that they are at least above 60%, another guy from the shop tells me above 60%. I repeatedly ask to measure they don't have a tread depth measuring tool... at a tire shop... They finally give me one: tread is below 40%. Now, all of a sunden the guy wants to give me a small discount... I'm not convinced but kind of need to change my tires and I drove 45 min already. I decide to look at the other tires in the set. The least accessible one had no tread on the center ( less than 3/32)... I'm done. I guess I was the fool for thinking I'd get a sweet deal but I'm happy I know about tires enough to not get rolled over.The second person I spoke to, Moe, was very friendly (not sure if genuine or public facade) I enjoyed the conversation. He kept asking me what I did for a living and related questions, I think he was not expecting me to know about tires. If you don't know much about cars IMO, this is not the place to go trusting them 100%. Can't comment on quality of the mechanics.

Ok I m big on customer service and I just moved to Michigan a few years ago from Las Vegas I was referred by Aaron thank you are a life saver . This has been my best experience with customer service the mgr Gerald was excellent customer service at its finest .#1 Excellent customer service #2 Amazing Communication on point #3 super fast service #4 very uplifting and positive attitude and # 5 i m definitely coming back and referring everybody that I know. Thank you for my experience because people in the city have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills, but this experience has definitely been Amazing Thank you Again and again you get 10

My truck was popping I had the drive shaft fixed and solved the problem other shops charged me for axles and the noise didn't go away. Thank you Bronson's.

Went there to get my air intake fixed because i admitt i messed it up and needed help lol!!! Went here AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 500$!!!!!.....500$!!!!!!! so i went to the junkyard got the right part amd fixed it myself never again will I go here. Cant say I would or wouldn't recommend because people are going to do what they want anyways. Of course customer service is friendly, they got to bring people in. Right?? anyways fixed it myself saved 500$!!

My buddy went there to get rear brakes installed on grand caravan. They didn t put the emergency cable on properly 2x. It took them multiple days to correct the problem. Later in life, found out they put the pads on upside down

Excellent customer service! Damon who I believe is one of the store managers went out of his way to make me and my daughter feel comfortable while we waited on my van. All the staff is friendly and they are very clear and concise and not misleading when giving you information about what's wrong with your car and if they are able to fix it and how much. I highly recommend this shop!

This place disconnected a sensor on my excursion had it running rough then told me I needed a tune up It was running fine when i dropped it off i just needed a brake line replacement then they charged 600 for that overcharged me steer clear of this place rip off artist

Took my vehicle here to get some suspension work done. Having just been under the car I knew the wheel bearings were going bad, rear toe links were loose, and it needed a alignment. They checked it out and gave me a price and I agreed but they wouldn't be able to get to it that day and wanted me to leave it. I had to work so leaving it wasn't a option so told them I would bring it back on a Sunday.Before I left they warned me my bearing was really bad and not to drive it until I bring it back which was weird because it had just started to go bad. I pull out of the lot and immediately hear grinding that is in the front and not the rear and sounds nothing like a wheel bearing. I guess they were mad I didnt leave it that day because they removed 1 bolt on both of my caliper brackets and loosened the other one.Scam artists. Avoid this place!

A very good place to go get your vehicle serviced on also the employees are very inviting and very welcome to assist you with your needs and the shop manager d is really great and excellent it's putting people with the right jobs for the right cars
