I would've gave them 5 stars because I never really had a problem at this AutoZone. Until today !! I'm disabled and I've noticed that every time I go to this particular AutoZone there is a black Dodge Ram truck parked in one of the only two handicapped spaces. So finally today I said something to the young man that waiting on me. I told him that every time I come to that store that that truck is always parked in that same handicap space. He said to me that the person who is parking there is getting over from being sick. I said to him that for six months he's been getting over being sick !! I also told him 'So' !! If he needs to get Park in the handicap space either get a handicap plate or placard. That if the police gave him a ticket it would range from $250 to $500 dollars. So then he proceeded to tell me he understands my frustration. Laughable, what a joke !! He seemed very dismissive. So I told him if called AutoZone's corporate headquarters that the employee that parks his big black Dodge Ram truck in a handicap parking space everyday that he, meaning the employee would get into trouble. I believe that if I went back tomorrow the truck would still be parking in the handicap space that he's not entitled to park in. I believe that the employee parks there because it is a front corner parking space, and because he doesn't want someone to hit or damage his truck. There are only two handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot, and they are right in front of the door. So but because you work there you feel like you have the right to occupy one of them everyday !! Shame on you AutoZone Employee with the BIG BLACK DODGE RAM TRUCK !!!

Called the Auto Zone located in Detroit on E. Warren. I explained that I was close and would like a diagnosis test due to a check engine light. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and told me there machine is broken and just hung up. I'm very disappointed in that Auto Zone employs unprofessional individual. I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff was kindly asked if they could scan a vehicle but apparently they don't like to do it, I witness how they have different scanners and they have scanned some of their friends' vehicles that arrive at the store.

I bought a 5 gallon jug of motor oil from that store, with the intent of using it at a later time. That time was today. I opened the oil and it was used, dirty oil, that may have even had trans fluid in it as well. I purchased the oil a week or so ago, and didn't keep the receipt thinking of no reason to. The staff handled the situation professionally.I was told that even with the receipt, there could not have been anything done, since the jug has been opened.I truly did not expect the replacement that I wanted. I opened another jug in front of the clerk then purchased it.Thanked the clerk and left the $40 jug of used oil on the counter. This was an experience that I or anyone else should ever have to go through.

It's a convenient place to buy maintenance items/parts for your vehicle. Some items, such as the Rain-X deicer windshield washer fluid is a couple bucks cheaper at your local Walmart if you can stand going into Walmart!

Called to price a part and upon answering the phone, there was too much commotion in the background. Then, the employee that answered was rude because he couldn t hear me, to his own fault. Also overpriced parts. 0/10 would NOT Recommend

AutoZone carries RAIN-X windshield washer solution, which is a high end brand that I prefer to use. The other store nearby does not carry this item !

I have been to several auto part stores in the past, but nothing compares with the professionalism and help and the knowledge that I got here with Caprice Greene!! This was a positive and great experience!!! She is absolutely by far hands down the BEST person I have ever dealt with at any parts store!! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and very very helpful to my needs..

We all know the brand and their rep, also each stores employees can very. My review is for this exact location. That said this particular location has very friendly and helpful staff. Fred, a long time veteran of the service parts industry is always there to greet ya with a smile. Bringing local small parts store feeling to a large chain.

I have gone here on more than one occasion for a diagnostic check. Following their results I have bought expensive parts only for their results to not be my issue costing me plenty of money. I go to another auto parts store and their diagnostic results come up with something completely different. Seems to not be knowledgeable.

Always great service, especially by the Older black man who is an Army Veteran, who is always willing to get you together. They helped me finish an oil change... Bought some oil.. and I was in and out with a smile.

Called twice first thing @ 9 was placed on hold for a very long time ain t no way that should have happened when your not so busy at 9am. It s a year after the pandemic please get the right amount of staff to work different departments do better not worst. I m irritated

If you have an older or early 2000's vehicle more than likely you'll get the wrong part even if according to their computer it's the right one.. better off going to a local shop sorry.

Sent my mother-in-law to this store to have a battery replaced on her 2011 Camry. Anita got her back on the road in a Jiffy and I appreciated the kindness and patience Anita gave this stressed out elderly woman who's car would not start as a result.Thank you Anita for your great service and keep up the good work. The assistant gave me two different rotors so we have to make a second trip and they did not have lugs available for my car it was almost as if they couldn't help me

My brother and I are rebuilding my late fathers 01 Jeep because we see his image within it, and in the past month, we have spent hundreds of dollars on parts including the entire front 4x4 suspensions including axle shafts.... all of a sudden, the check engine light comes on for the first time and our mechanic suggested that we get a new fuel cap just to see if it takes care of the problem and we did. The cap was brand new to a point where the auto-zone employee asked me did I use it or not, I honestly told him that I ve had it for a couple of days in the car but haven t had a chance to return it... Richard, which was the name on his tag, unprofessionally tells me that I can t return it because it s used, despite haven t all packaging parts with the receipt in perfect conditions. When I asked why, he looks at me and again tells me with a funny attitude that I can t return anything back to your store automatically assuming that I m an Arab and a store owner when I don t even know the guy. He even had the guts to lie to me and say that if he returned the gas cap, that autozone would charge him.. this was the first time I ve even been humiliated at an autozone and will be the last time I ever enter one. I will be spending my money at O Reily s from now on starting with front and back brakes and rotors. It only took $18.00 and a smart employee for me to switch a lifetime commitment with the zone. I did go back to the location and got a full refund at the Grosbeck location in Roseville. Farewell.

Place beautiful store every person in there was very friendly and helpful very clean store normally when you go to a place the manager is normally hiding in the back not this one she be right up front getting it in with the rest of the crew

I went in to ask if autozone still checked batteries....The guy at the front told me they do but went on to tell me they couldn t come out to test it because there weren t enough guys working for someone to come out. There were three guys in the store and only one other customer. My definition of LAZY!!!
