I waited 15 minutes for service behind 4 customers just to find out if my parts came in, and the older lady at the counter came over, and I said I'm here to pick up my parts, When somebody just walked into the store and went up to the counter to help him and she walked away..So tomorrow, I'm going back and get a refund for the parts I never picked up and going to O'Reillys and get them.This older lady was rude, and I will never waste my time in this store again...

Kudos to the young man (employee) who installed my just purchased windshield wiper blades on the 2019 Explorer today at the Livernois location. You are a blessing. Thank you!! Also, the ladies at the counter are priceless! Good staff here!

I needed a part for my 2009 Yaris. I was not sure on my car details but Demetrious was able to quickly get the information and bring the part up I was surprised how quickly he had it for me. He was very helpful and the young lady at the counter as well I didn't get her name but she was helpful.

I went Autozone to get my battery charged, I put the battery on the counter and the young man( with dreads) said come back in 45 mins to an hour. I called before I went back to the store and the same young man( with dreads) told me that my battery was ready and I asked him was it fully charged at first he said yes, then he said oh naw it's a bad battery. I told him I just got that battery last year. He said, oh well it's a bad battery and he was going to swap it out for a new one. When I get there the whole closing staff was just standing in a circle talking amongst each other. My battery was in the exact same place I put it. When I asked about my battery they went to find it but it was still on the counter where I left it. It hadn't been charged at all. I asked are you still going to swap it out the young lady said no, something about it was expired. I then asked why would you tell me that if you didn't check it out first. I left there and went to the Auto Zone on Vernor and asked them to charge it. My battery wasn't a bad battery, it wasn't dead. The other Autozone on Livernois never charged it at all. It's the closest one to me( on Livernois) but I'd rather go way on the eastside to Autozone to give them my money. I'm still without a battery.

Ordered a part that showed as available. Went and it was not available. Needed the part in order to drive to work. I got the run around 3 days in a row that the part was coming the next day. Would call and was told I ll get a call or the part would be in later. Never came so I cancelled and picked up at another store.

Why do you guys say you close at 10:00pm but lock the door before 10pm? I feel that is very unprofessional,if the time says u close at ten then that's when u stop letting in.

They were great, I did have one small problem with the guy that rung up my purchase. I was trying to buy some bulbs and make it home to put them in before it got dark but he had a conversation going on. But he came out and helped me install them. So With That I'm Saying " The Install Made Up For The Stall!! Good Job Crew!!!!

They open at 7:30. I ve been at the door for about 25 minutes and it s 8:37 now. 2 workers stood and watched me stand and watch them. I tried to ask a question and they just turned around. Younger chubby black lady with black hair just kept staring at me. Wouldn t open the door or anything. As I m typing this, their are 3 of us waiting

I picked up signal bulbs and a towing hitch. Dealt with 4 different salesmen and women. They were all helpful but not as accurate as they should be. I came back twice for the wrong bulbs. The items price and quality were good and in stock.

Worst customer service, they didn t even acknowledge me standing in line for more than 5 minutes while the 2 female employees argued with another customer that needed to make a return. The manager passed by me 3 times and didn t even say anything to me and the 5 people behind me in line so i just walked out.

I've shopped here a few times and the staff is helpful. I would recommend this store to people who really know cars for everyone else do your research before going to this store

I won't revisit this location unless I'm looking forward to waiting an extended amount of time without being helped. Everyone was in their own little world while padding their paycheck. No, "we'll be right with you in a moment or who's next." I can't tell you much more because I left after not being acknowledge for 15 minutes.

Customer service was SUPERB, and knowledge of auto parts was impressive. Smooth transaction and continuous support. Nice, clean Environment. Everyone was helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks for your help, this is my new Home autozone.

Sean T and Uniquoa J helped me out in an amazing way I had to return a part that I didn t need for my vehicle and it was saying that it was already returned which was on August 8,2021 which was not true I went to another autozone in Lincoln park and they told my dad that they couldn t do a refund because he didn t have my debit card , but when I tried to take the part back today ( at a different location) August 27,2021 they told me it had been returned , so they told me to go to the store I got the part from which was store #2293 and I still had my part so long story short this store #2293 have amazing customer service and I will come back for my auto needs!!!! And I was able to get my refund..

Not good I had a part ordered for my car and I called up there yesterday to see if it came in it was their I went to pick it up they tell me they did something else with it but they can order me another one. The staff just did what they wanted to do with my stuff at my expense my part was paid for why should I have to wait for them to order me another part when my stuff was already there.

Worst experience ever the customer service was horrible. There was this young lady middle eastern descent sent me to another store to get the part I needed and it turned that her store was one of the only ones that carried that part. Very rude when asking her for the parts definately not going back to that place.
