Mr. Phil was recommended by a friend and I am very pleased with their work. The issue I had with my car was no heat my car is currently running good and the price to fix it was even better. The customer service is very good I definitely recommend Radiator Exchange

I was their 3 years ago he gave me great Great service!!!! Save me $350. 00 would not go anywhere else !!! Just left the shop went to dealer first that I was clogged and it seem like gasket from engine is would cost me 4500 that I can t afford took it to Dr Phil he change me 95 dollars to look at it then he found out the hose was plugged and it needed a flush cost me 375 didn t have to pay the 95 my car runs like new . Thank you Dr PHil

My van had blown head gaskets and was pretty much a goner. It was highly recommended that I come here to get the final say. Phil and his crew were quick to open it up and properly diagnose the issue. They explained to me in detail what was happening with my van engine and laid out my options. I opted for an engine replacement, and within days, they not only had it replaced, but also tool care of me by replacing my antifreeze, thermostat, and other small things. If you want an honest and efficient place to get your vehicle worked on, for a great price, this is the spot.

This was my first visit, and really didn't tell me anything different about my car than I already know, I actually diagnosed it myself! Plus I was charged $100!

Great service and price was very reasonable for the service I needed. MY car was ready when promised and the young lady that I worked in the office was very nice and friendly. So far car is still running well and I have not had to come back because of a problem.

So far Im only giving 2 starts. I took my daughter car here because her heat was only getting luke warm. The heat is still not working properly and now my daughter car is making some other weird noises they said give it a day or two to dry off, if not, bring it back to us, and it hasn t. So we have to take it back, Im hoping they will fix whatever they broke .I will follow up with the post .hopefully it wont be negative

My parents and I have been coming to Radiator Exhange for 30 plus years. "DR. Phil" has been helping us the whole time . His service and prices are great. He has 3 of the best mechanics in Detroit. Rad Ex has been in Detroit since 1954. In my opinion there is no reason to go anywhere else.

This place is bogus, they diagnosed my truck wrong twice. They didn't want to give me all my money back. I will never go hear again. Women stay away from this shop .Phil has an attitude every day. I seen how out of order he was talking to one lady the day I brung my truck too him. He was the same way with me. I had to count to ten.. But my dude don't play. I had to stop him for going up there..

Had a wonderful experience at Automotive Radiator Exchange.I've given my friend's car for service which was having an overheating problem. Within few hours my friend's car was perfect. My friend has shown this problem to a number of other service centers but nothing worked.Thanks Dr. Phil for resolving that problem.

They are wonderful at Automotive Radiator Exchange. They diagnosed the problem which was minor fixed it and I was on my way in a little over an hour. My heat works beautifully and it does not overheat. Thanks so much.

I had a radiator, heater core and thermostat put in. Phil give me a fairly good price, they should me what was happening, what they where going to do which is a plus for me. Phil is a honest and fair.

Reasonable, prompt, one of the best auto services. My heat hasn't worked properly in years. They had it resolved in an hour and a half. Now it bakes!

Automotive Radiator Exchange is by far the best experience I have ever had in dealing with repair shops in my life (i'm a 62 year old man)!! They have whatever you need in a radiator, are very fairly priced, have been in business over 60 years, don't give you the runaround or BS, and they are above all else HONEST!!!People will complain like hell when things don't work out like they want things to - I am leaving this comment because these guys do the right thing - ALWAYS!
