I purchased a car from the Automotive Center on 10/30/2014. With the purchase of a used vehicle the customer was to receive 4 free oil changes over the course of 1 year after purchase. I have had 2 oil changes honored without incident. When I went to retrieve the 3rd oil change the owner, Adam Gabriel, stated that he didn't have anyone to do the oil change (he already was having non-certified mechanics working on the cars on the lot). So I asked him if he was going to honor our contract by having my oil change done somewhere else or pay for it at a nearby location. He asked me if I had it in writing and said he wanted to see this contract and tried to brush off my request. I immediately went home and returned with the contract to show him in writing his signature, my signature, date of purchase, and the clause stating the free oil changes and inspection up to 1 year after purchase. He then tried to say that he's not going to honor it because he gave me about $100 off of my car when it was purchased. I then reminded him that he had ordered parts to fix my glove compartment that never came and a heating problem the his mechanic was working on and was never able to fix, so he adjusted the purchase price. (REMEMBER.. I have had 2 oil changes honored since then). He then still just simply said that he can't honor the contract. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to investigate this claim because I would like for my 2 remaining oils changes to be reimbursed. Businesses should honor their contracts.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do NOT purchase a car from this lot. They will sell you a lemon. The car will work fine and past all the test and test drive perfect until the day you sign your papers and drive off the lot then BOOM the check engine light is on and the car is cutting off and there is NOTHING that can be done because its an as is car. BUT WAY THERES MORE. You're on a buy here pay plan and is obligated to make a payment very to weeks for six months on car that's not in good driving condition! I'm so angry and pissed because they "ACT" like nice genuine people who care.

Buyers beware. Do not buy a vehicle from here. My son purchased a car from this place on December 31 2018 and the car wont even start today. Left my son stranded twice in the middle of the night. It is also leaking coolant. This car is a lemon and these people are thieves. Do not shop here!!!. Update 1.21.19!!!Gave them an opportunity to make this right and they are refusing to pay for any repairs after telling me they would take care of it and having me take it to there mechanic. 375.00 in repairs plus they want the note in the same week. Outrageous. My son has been completely taken advantage of. Theives and liars. I will be repoting this company to BBB. This type of business practice should be illegal.

The salesman Adam is going to come off kind and polite until you return the next day because the car is broken down then he becomes angry and aggressive. Sold my daughter a car told her he drove it himself from ann Arbor the next day it needs $1700 in suspension work leaking everywhere plus there is a $200 hiden fee on every car he sales and said he doesn't have to tell you anything. Beware of this place this is forsure a scam scam scam

I have bought two cars from here in the last 2 years. They are excellent cars. Adam is a very nice and helpful gentleman. Thanks Adam. Even though I give you a hard time sometimes...lol

They sold me a very bad truck ford escape 03 it seemed fine at first then after a couple days i had several issues do not buy from them please!!!!

loved this place i came a year ago and the guy was rude i came back to see the cars and there was new management their all about the customers satasfaction i baught 3 cars do far including my darghters and my sons.
