Cruz Perez and his guys have always taken care of me ever since I was referred to them to get my tire changed as it kept getting low. I so appreciate them for all they have done, especially when I needed it the most. 100 percent high-quality service. They know what they are doing! They made it less stressful, and I was able to get all my tires replaced by them. Thank you for helping me get on the road safe. I appreciate you all more than you can imagine.

I always come to Arandas for all my tire needs. For new tires, or to get a patch if I have a flat. This is my spot. I get the best service and I don't like to go anywhere else. Great prices!!!!

They stop giving warranty on they 24 inch tires N THEY CHARGED ME 30 BUCKS MORE FOR THE TIRE! N when called n told them they said tht was the old manager n they not honoring it OR GIVING A REFUND!!!! I BOUGHT A TOTAL OF 4 TIRES AT 30 BUCKS EA OVER FOR SOMETHING THEY DONT HONORE. 120 STOLEN FROM ME BY THEM ON PAPER. N ITS THEY PAPERWORK

this place is so great. We were looking to change our tire on a Sunday and they were able to help us. They were so kind and so quick. I cannot reccomend this place enough!!!!

I am amending my original review of this location and would no longer patronize this establishment . I had tires replaced and the guy put my empty rim back and tried to keep both my used tires. I had to insist that he put one with quite a bit of good tread left back on the rim so I could use it for a spare. They were gonna keep both and sell them. Dishonest!

Thought I needed a replacement tire sensor so I came here. They was quick to see me. Turned out it just needed to be reset. They took care of it for no charge. I definitely recommend their quick and honest services.

I am going to report this place to the better business bureau. They have you purchase a warranty and do not honor it. Please do not go here.

Clean, friendly, fast, and professional. Prices were reasonable. Fix our tire that other places kept saying we need to replace the tire.

DO NOT support this business! I believe half these reviews are fake. Seriously go to Sam s club or a reputable tire company. It is worth the additional money. These people are CROOKS. I have a brand new car and they gave me a used tire that went flat in 3 days. I had a warranty and they did not honor it and accused me of switching the tires. It s so sad that they take advantage of good hard working people and I hope these liars get everything coming to them especially the manager.

This place is ridiculous. I purchased a set of brand new tires from there, was told they were warranted and all. $300+ per tire. 3 months later I get a bubble on my tire and he says you ll have to pay full price we don t cover it. That s absolutely absurd. FYI their tires do NOT last. They give you old tires. Then when I told him my problem he tired to make an excuse that they are not his tires when I clearly have receipts. I don t recommend anyone to go there. Sam s Club is the way to go.

Best small mechanic shop in town. Very hard working, honest and true. Come here for your service you will not regret it. Leave a nice tip to the guys who put air in your tires or just help you out in general. It's nice to see so much effort and hard work out in towards helping others.

I had to visit twice in a matter of hours. The first guy informed me that my tire could be plugged, so I paid him to plug it. I went to a shop right after, and once I received my repairs (unrelated to the tire), the mechanic told me that I had a tire leak (the same tire supposedly fixed at Arandas). I go back (which was literally two buildings away) and I explained to the guy that did my plug that the mechanic (who he said he knew) said my tire wasn't repaired. He went from not having a used tire in my size to having one, but the thread count was so bad that I opted for a new tire instead. I go to purchase the tire, but initially, they didn't want to give me a discount for the plug because there is "no warranty on that type of service." After explaining that I was literally just there and my issue was never taken care of, and after they got bilingual on me (which is dope, but unprofessional if you're going to talk about a customer right in front of their face) and after fussing amongst themselves, they ended up taking the price of the plug off of the price of the new tire. The man at the front desk rectified the situation, but if he wasn't there, I would've been paying for two services unfairly.

Excellent service. Great and honest people. These guys genuinely care about their customers and will do whatever they can to accommodate their customers needs.They will not try to rip you off as other shops do. Will keep going to them for all my tire needs. Very budget-friendly.

These guys are great and also quick. Got a flat tire so I was on a spare for a couple days. As soon as I got there they were very quick to attend me and were very helpful and friendly. Showed them my flat in the trunk and they grabbed and took it to the back to see if they could fix it even though i told them it couldn't be patched but they wanted to take a look anyway to be sure. Once they saw that it was not patchable (hole was through the side wall) they quickly showed me a used tire that was in great shape with good tread and quoted me an affordable price. After that they were very fast at switching my tire out and even put my spare back in the trunk. Definitely recommend this place, they have a variety of used and new tires along with all kinds of sweet rims too.

My experience with Arandas Tire is always top notch. Arandas Tire have been a must go to for years. The tire guys are on top of things soon as you pull in the lot. Great prices on new and used tires. The owner is a great guy, he takes care of his employees and his customers. Arandas is definitely the spot to go when in the South West Detroit area.

Very professional staff, always eager to help, especially when you have an emergency.I had a nail in one tire and another well known shop didn't want to fix for, they said, was to close to the edge, but would sell me a $200 worth new tire. I chose to ask a second opinion, and Arandas fixit for about $15 in less than 20 minutes (and it was more than 1,100 miles before I changed it).Eventually I bought 4 new All Season tires and they offered a good deal. I will look for a deal at winter tires, too.I totally recommend this shop!

Just left with two used tires. Banged the dent out of my steel rim and balanced for under $75 out the door. Friendly fast service and best of all my car has stopped shaking and is driving smooth! I can feel my hands again! Thanks guys!

Life savers! They are opened on Sunday and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what the dealership and discount tire wanted to charge me. Plus, they were finished with my vehicle in 10 minutes.

Turned down by THREE other tire shops while looking for a used tire. Came here and got helped for a very reasonable price. Hard workers who always show their willingness to help and that's what makes them stand out. Much appreciated

I live an hour away and moved from the Detroit area and still come to this place to get my tires. I wonder why it's cheaper than the big retailers

I would like to give this a negative 99. Not only for the poor service but because they tired to take advantage of my mother. I just left there almost an hour ago. My mother had a nail in her tire, I tried fix a flat but it came right out through the nail hole. So I changed it, and we headed to the shop so they could plug it. (Quick fix right) my mom got out ahead of me they take the tire out the back as I'm approaching. They said they have to check it out, even after I pointed everything out, no problem. Now when checking a tire for leaks any other shop pours soapy water over it to, so the can tell and pin point them. Oh not them, he was going less then 2 minutes and say this tire is not fixable (brand new tire not even a month old). Me noticing the the tire still dry and dusty like when they took it says, why not what's wrong. Dude say it's not replaceable, no other explanations. Me dude put my tire back in my car, cause you trying to get over you haven't even looked at the tire.So I take it to another shop, I give him the same spill about the tire. He says oh u did half the work already, but let me make sure there is no other leaks and that's all that's needed. He takes the tire back, and he is gone about 10 - 15 minutes. Tire is completely wet & soapy he says there is no other leaks but 2 nail holes, swap my tires out 15 bucks cap my tire and I'm out the door.So arandas on springwells is so fraud, they like to take advantage of women thinking they don't know anything. They seen my mom and thought she was an easy target, straight typical male.I would never recommend this place to even a dog they full of it.

I normally don't respond to these, but Arandas Tire if fantastic. Been patronizing them for over 20 years. Owner has respectful employees. They are quick and accurate. Pricing is also good.

Fast service ,great prices , i get all my tires from there. 80 bucks for used tires. And they have all kinds of new starting around 70 bucks ea. ...nice group of guys also
