I have taken 2 of my BMW s to Alpha. I tried to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance to make their wrongs a right. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your car there. You will be disappointed! Who sticks a rag in between the radiator and the engine to caught oil from leaking on the ground?Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My headlights were out, but I brought them the lights and was charged $177. They were fast and efficient! Great energy there! I'm going back to see what deals I can get for maintenance!

Very nice / helpful receptionist! My daughter's jeep broke down and was towed to Alpha Automotive. They were Quick to evaluate our vehicle and call us with the problem. I highland recommend this shop! Zac even called my husband when I didn't understand completely.

Alpha automotive was a God sent, I went to 3 other mechanic places, and they could not tell me what was wrong with my car, and I had to pay them. I was referred to Alpha automotive I told the owner what I was going through, he showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it. The staff there is very professional nice, and the price was reasonable he saved me a lot of money I will recommend them to everyone I know.. I give them 100 thumbs up, thank you so much for saving my car.

Took my wifes Wrangler there because the A/C was acting up. It worked for about a week then the Jeep started overheating (never had that issue) he told me he would need to keep my car for a month which I begrudgingly agreed to only for him to keep it for 2 weeks long and the car runs even worse now than it ever has. Definitely avoid letting these dudes touch your car.

I have been dealing with Moe and Vern over at Alpha for several years and each experience has been very satisfactory. Anton one of the mechanics worked on my vehicle on Sundays to get it completed. They really go out of their way to make sure you re a satisfied customer. Mary the receptionist makes sure you re comfortable and that the waiting area stays clean and doesn t smell like an outhouse. I have brought cars to only this place and one other for the past 20 years.Alpha Automotive will always give you a great price and dependable service every time.Whether you have a foreign vehicle or domestic they will take care of you.

Do not trust them. Took my truck in because of a loud noise from the muffler. This was after spending over $1000 here. Not even a week. The estimated cost for this simple sleeve replacement was $225. Yet down the street at mr. Muffler it's $85. Scam artists and fake receptionists. BEWARE.

I've never in my life been so insulted. I was told I was lying and I didn't pay for service I had done. Hasn't been a year on any of my repairs and less than 3000 miles on the repairs and everything is broke again. I've never taken my car anywhere else ever for repairs since 2001 except for the referral he gave me. despite all the wrong stuff he has done. I believe that a mechanic is a car doctor and it's a practice. But when you pay over $1,000 you expect it to work. I tried it all now it time for legal action. If anyone has the same problem please contact me. I'm calling trying to get this resolved join me if they have wrong you in any way. Inbox my Facebook

Worst experience ever. Took my vehicle for major repair I received my vehicle back worst than what it was when I initially took it in. They billed my warranty company over price. Broken oil dip stick, they didn't max out my fluids parts hanging from the back of my vehicle. They called themselves giving my vehicle a alignment something i didn't ask for now my car is pulling to the left and right when i break. Engine light is still on. Beware if you have your vehicle service at this repair shop. Total rip off they will cost you more money just so you can bring your vehicle back for them to repair it. I won't give these people another dime of my money. REPORTING REPAIR SHOP!!!!!! ACTUALLY THEY GET A NO STAR FROM ME.

Unprofessional and Shady!!! Please don t bring your car here. I had work done that totaled $980. This work included replacing my alternator belt. Two weeks later the belt came off again. When I towed the vehicle back to the shop I received no apology for the inconvenience and the owner was flat out rude and nasty. Update: 10/16/19 I have since taken my car to another location to check it out before I sold it. They looked at the car and advised that I was lied to. The work that I paid for was not done! They are scammers.

I take my car here for all my service needs! I have over 150k miles on my car so I can't cut any corners when it comes to taking care of her. I trust the guys to do what's needed, and always at a fair price

2018 BMW told me my radiator was bad and it need and was replaced $1800 found out I had a warranty bmw so now the radiator work was never done take it to dealership bmw nevered found a leak told me I had shortage in wires but bmw found it was bulbs order them this is my experience as customers we need hold them liable honest and legit sad women is always a target

Nice place clean smells great.. and does excellent work. They make u feel comfortable abt leaving your vehicle with them. They will take care of your issues.

Been coming here for years moe always take care of me always do the lil extra stuff for free which is a plus in my book never have to come back for the same problem and what's more important the staff is super. Awesome and the waiting area is not a whole in the wall so you can be. Comfortable

Each time,only two(never again). I always have to come back two or three times because something Always goes wrong with they work!! Very expensive. Needs to be shut down. Owner,Moe, very very rude & unprofessional!

Excellent experience. Went in and Alpha told me exactly what i needed. I liked the fact that I was a woman and they didnt over charge me.
