Staff is really friendly and there was great communication, but unfortunately when I picked up my car I was disheartened to see that my car was absolutely filthy. It was very dirty on the outside and someone that had access to my vehicle wrote in the dirt on my car and then attempted to wipe it off. My driver side doorway and mat were also covered in dry mud. The work they did on the inside was beautiful, but I'm disappointed in the way my vehicle was handled.
