Curt Dean is a great guy, has reasonable pricing & really knows what he s doing a real expert & great customer service very helpful I highly recommend he fixed my door on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee very fast

I truly will miss Dennis and his outstanding kindness , honesty and professionalism.I tried to give the business a chance, after the passing of a great man (Dennis), but it turned out to be stressful with the new characters that's handling things now.I'm just glad it's over.. smh. I won't be recommending this place.

Met with Dennis and he was friendly to me during my few interactions with him. But I had to deal with a few other people in his office including a lady by the name of Sharon who was extremely rude. When I asked her any questions about the car she would respond I don t know I don t deal with that stuff . I never received any updates on the progress of the repairs unless I called the company directly. If you want a hassle free repair shop, I wouldn t recommend A-1.

Yes go here. Dennis quoted me a low price. When he saw how bad the job really was and realized that his quote was too low he kept to the original quote. He didn't even say anything about it. I had to ask him about the quote - that is when I found out he sold himself short buy 45%! Also the higher quote was way more than 10% lower than other places. Also, the low quote was not entirely his fault because I had some plastic over the damaged area.The quality of work was very good. People can't believe how good a job he did. I will say there could be better communication regarding what was going on. Other than that, this is absolutely the place to go for body work.

Dennis gives good prices, and does good work.Any issues I had he resolved quickly from my experiences, even walked me thru (via telephone) disassembling a set of front quarter panels of my truck i was working on at home.

I have been going to this shop now for minor repairs on several different vehicles for 13 years. I have gotten very reasonable quotes and great workmanship. Currently, I find myself in the predicament to need their services again (my fault) and this is the only place I have been using now for years. I've had work done on at least 5 different cars and I sent my mom there too.

Dennis and his staff are superb at what they do over there at A-1 Collision my truck was brought back to life within 4days like I was promised (Told) by Dennis and I will be returning so they can do some more work for myself and my family

Piss poor customer service!!!Dennis was rude and nonchalant about HIS lack of communication with MY truck!!!!!Sharon was polite but they don't tell her enough information to be able to properly assist customers.I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE!!!

If I could leave a negative star, I would! Reasonable estimates by sending pics by phone... Until you actually bring your vehicle in. The estimate for repair then triples!!!

Very unprofessional the lady who answers the phone doesn't even know or have information about my car. I left it up there at 10am the guy said he'd call me later that day he never called I called that day at 3pm car still hasn't been looked at. And they close at 4:30pm so that mean I won't hear from them til the next day very unprofessional!!! Pissed to the maxx!!!!! Don't ever go here if you in detroit ever they don't take care of they costumers!!

I took my car into the shop and got it back in a couple of days as promised. I was really pleased with the work that was performed. I will definitely be going back there, but hopefully no time soon

I had to bring my car back 3 or 4 times. My car had unexplained chips in the paint on the opposite side of my car that they painted. I regret taking my car there and don't recommend them.

I've gone to this guy twice and neither time did he actually fulfill my wishes. On the expensive side as well. Keep shopping around.

Old man answers the phone..soon as u ask a question he cuts you off and makes u basically hang up while he ranting about how he knows everything about your vehicle
