Please stay away from them on 9/16/21 I had my tire replaced later that night I noticed something was wrong with the tire I had someone come look at the tire on 9/17/21 and they told me they locked the tire cap but not the tire and since I drove on it it caused more damage I went back up there and they denied they even put the tire on. But I'm so thankful for google because here's PROFF that was here but I will be in contact with the court

I usually go here for tires because they are so close to my house. Bought a tire a few months ago, was told it was a new tire and was charged $70 because they said it couldn't be patched due to the cold weather, I'm going up there today to see if they can PATCH THE NEW TIRE because it is losing air and was told it would be $20. Usually, I have no issues.with this place but may have to look for another shop with better tires.

E. 7 Mike in Detroit. This is the worst place. Sold daughter a bad tire, charged her $100 for a tire that was almost dry rotted. The tire blew out completely and almost caused an accident. Horrible service. Never ever go there, it could cost you your life. And they are the biggest liars!

Sold bad tires. Tires slides on rain. Only had them for a week. Didn t ask for a refund just a better grade of tires. Wanted them to upgrade them to new.Was told NO. THE ONLY THING HE COULD DO WAS GIVE ME $60 off. I paid $220 for 4 used that was no good on rain.Guess we will have to settle this in court.Service: Tires

I went to get a used tire today because I needed one, so he charged me forty bucks and I bought it. When I drove it home which is 3 blocks away from the place it was fine. Then after an hour I decided to head out to a store, the tire they put in went flat! A friend came and put my spare one in, so I went back to the place. The other guy who worked there claimed that I drove it on a flat! Then tried to charge me 20 bucks for another, when they clearly sold me a bad one!. Long story short my bf was on his way ( he was me at the first time they put it in), however another tire was put in without the charge. Next time I ll just stick to a reputable company like Discount or Belle where you get a receipt and a real, and not a 3 day warranty.Service: Tires

Sold me a tire that was flat 4 days in. Tried to see about getting a refund or anything, store policy only has a 3 day warranty, totally understood, its whatever. They did however, steal my wheel lock key, and refuse to acknowledge that they even have it. So instead of spending the $35 I could've spent at like all state tire and gotten a decent tire with a longer warranty, I spent 40 here, need a new tire in days, and need to buy a new wheel lock key.

So, not only did they give my friend a completely useless tire that only lasted 1 day (which they also did not give him a receipt for), but they also stole his tire key. When he came back to see if he could get this sorted out, they told him that he, "Must have gone to a different place". I understand that you all can't trust strangers 100% of the time, but my friend has straight up no reason to lie. You guys knew exactly what you were doing when you didn't give him a receipt, and him asking for one wasn't at his forefront when he's trying to make it home. Definitely will never come here if this is how you all treat people.

Another Auto Repair Scam!!!First, they will give you a used tire with very low tread near balling. Secondly, they will charge you $35. Finally, they will purposely crack your rim to force you to spend more money.Do not go to this place!!!You have been warned!!!

Charged me $60 to change the bulb in my headlight and I already had the bulb! Initially told me $50 (which I still thought was too much) but only gave me $40 change from $100. Claimed I misheard him but I was on a conference call with my job so I was recording the call & when I played it back, he indeed said $50 not $60. When I told a couple of my neighbors what he charged they knew exactly where I was talking about and said they don't go there either because the prices are nearly double what everywhere else charges. Smh I will NEVER go back to this place, EVER!!

High for no reason a used tire $50. I can add 25 to it and get a new one. AIR $5 Go to the gas station. Ride your flat tire somewhere else SLOW

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! THE BEST SERVICE IN EAST SIDE DETROIT. I went in for a flat tire the guys checked all my fluids and tires and gave me a deal I haven t got in forever. Thanks guys I will be back

I just called to ask a general question about fixing my truck and they wanted me to bring it in and i told them I cant bc its all parted out and they said tow truck and hung up. Very unprofessional and I hope nobody gives there service to these people if I could give a negative star i would.!!
