Very nice people I went there for the first time to get oil change then returned the second time they recognized me and gave me a discount on price took good care of me fair prices good work I will be going back there. They also took the time to explain to me wat was going on with my vehicle A-1 service would highly recommend

I feel they're pretty reasonable I paid $1,500 for the work they did on my car I had to pay to get up there so of course I had just got off work I get up there and pull out my debit card ready to pay I was informed that the credit card fee was forty buck's THAT WAS A SLAP IN THE FACE

As auto repair shops go, what I want is to be able to have easy, honest and helpful conversations about my auto repairs, with someone I trust.I like to be given realistic options, fair pricing and know I'm not being taken advantage of or jerked around.This place checks all theboxes for me.They have gone above and beyond every time I had my vehicle there, to ensure my auto service was of top quality. They've always been extremely quick to address any concerns I had.Fred, Hussein and the crew are hard working everyday folk and honorable mechanics. They strive to earn the expert reputation they have.This place isn't fancy with a posh waiting room and doesn't try and dazzle you with flashy marketing and silly promotions . They're just solid car guys who will take care of your vehicle, remember your face, shake your hand and treat you like family.Thanks guys.I'm so glad we have you here in our neighborhood.Y'all Rock!

We were in dire need of help, and the guys at this shop came through. Traveling from Canada, we thought they would charge a heavy price, but they were fair and extremely good. Keep up the good work!

We had a flat on 94 and pulled off at Trumbull ready to change our tire. The nice man at the shop offered his jack and expertise and saved us about an hour of dealing with a mini tire iron. He didn't want any money and just wanted to help. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Fred portray to be nice with great prices but real is he puts used parts on your car without permission charging as if parts are new. I've had him work on my van for over 2 years problem never solved. Took my van to another shop for macanic to as me if my parts were original parts. The new macanic stated that the parts were used and thats why I had been having problems with my alignment. Fred charged me 500+ for me to have to turn around and pay another 1500 for completely new parts. He's auto service is about scamming and not truthful. He seems to know everything and know nothing. So please don't take your car here for service. The discounts sound good but the job isn't done right. He needs to just close up his daddy shop and retire!!!!

Have been going to this shop going on three years now. I've moved half way across the city and still drive to this shop because I haven't ever had a good experience with another one. This gem of a car repair shop is overlooked and honestly the best repair shop you will find in the Motor City. Been having my cars serviced by Fred and his team since 2014. Highly skilled, reasonable, and can typically repair your car within the same day.

They helped when I was in a bind. Huge repair done economically. When I experienced additional issues they stepped up and repaired the vehicle without issue. A very fine company in my eyes and I d recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs. A++

Unfortunately I had to give them a star to rate. If I had to choose I wouldn't give them any! First, they lied about the "problems" with my car. They belittled me because I'm not a mechanic . But what I did notice is they used my same broken parts just ghetto rigged it and threw some spray paint on them .they overcharged me a ridiculous amount . Because going to them to "fix" my car the6 caused MORE damage. As soon as I spoke to the manager he had the audacity to laugh in my face and tell me it's not his problem . I will never go back there.

He fix my dad car over and over and it back in the shop a week later bad mechanic they take advantage of customer he is a crook never fixed any of his car right.use cheap used parts to fix

Do not get your vehicle serviced here the owner Fred is a coked out con man every time I've had my vehicle serviced for small things like control arms or struts when I get my vehicle back there is another problem recently took my Taurus in to have upper control arms replaced I got my vehicle back and it is now wobbling when I returned to address the issue he then told me my spindle is bad but it wasn't when I brought it to him. He tries to make it seem as if he is giving u a deal on what u need fixed then messes something else up to get u to keep spending he makes small jobs seem like there extremely hard on your vehicle to try and up the quoted price terrible auto shop. I will never take another vehicle to him.

Horrible shop. All I wanted was a repaired vehicle and I never was able to get this from this shop. I was scammed and cheated from being overcharged to having old parts used. Everyday my car still was not finished being repaired and I was never updated and called to be made aware. Yes I'm a female and I don't know much about repairing cars but Fred's flirting and calling me from his personal cell to converse and discuss going out and not my car did not distract me from the fact that I was being conned. When I inquired on my car repairs seeming to be half done and taking too long I was told that I was getting a good deal and he was looking out for me and pressed on about how I wasn't answering his late in the evening phone calls or trying to hook up. I was too uncomfortable to come back and decided to just take my business elsewhere. A couple days after this I was made aware that the simple action of replacing my break light had never even occurred when I was pulled over and ticketed.

Good fast work at the price quoted. My only issue is that the part I needed was not identified as new or used, was not priced separately from labor, and now I'm driving around with an unknown part on my car, which is kind of crucial.

Went in for a synthetic oil change and was charged $80. They originally said a synthetic oil is double the price of regular oil change. After service was completed I asked how much a regular oil change cost and he said $30 which means mine should have been $60. After doing some research, most people said getting a synthetic oil change should never cost more than $65.

DON'T GO HERE THEY WELL LIE FOR EXTRA MONEYYYY!!! I WENT TO ANOTHER TIRE PLACE TODAY AND FOUND OUT THEY LIE AND GIVE ME BAD TIRES!!! WEARING FOR EVERYONE BELIEVE THOSE COMMENT'S AM NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

This is the most reliable shop in metro Detroit. Good prices, professional service, no unnecessary repairs, honest and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for any kind of repair - if other shops cannot fix it, they can do it. Very professional and affordable.

They are a bunch of scammers none of them are certified in anything it's basically a bunch of guys in a building trying to fix cars at an expensive price I would suggest going anywhere but there and the owner Fred will seems really convincing but he's a con artist

Staff were pleasant and Courteous! Car Repair done in a reasonable time. Staff, suggested that, we wait for car repairs. In, a warm area, in their shop! With, a T.V. and cable.
