Demetrius Cartwright is the right guy to get you into a vehicle within a few hours. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and will find the best offer for you. I will forward any family/friend/coworker in his direction. Great dealership, by the way, everyone is helpful and friendly.

This used to be a good place but apparently some people don't like to do their job anymore. Over a 3 year period of time, I've had 2 bad experiences just this year already with this dealership after my family and I have purchased 3 vehicles from here. I have many examples of bad service however I'll just list my recent one. They had my car for 5 hours doing brakes, and of course they don't have a car for you to borrow even though it's in my warranty coverage and charge by the hour for labor, so why wouldn't they keep my car with no care of the inconvenience it causes me?! They convince you to get a warranty that covers everything when purchased yet when I ask about it, oh that's not part of warranty or some other nonsense. They are rude over phone, including not answering your call because they can see who's calling. I will never buy nor get my car serviced at this dealership again simply because of the way they treat people. And this is a honest review after I gave them many chances to be better. You get 2 stars for good measure of how I know this place can be and was at one point.

My family has been purchasing cars from Westborn for over 24 years. To be completely upfront we haven't purchased a new vehicle in almost 5 years. We have been buying used.I have to say I'm so glad we went back to Westborn. It was like visiting extended family that we haven't seen in years. Our salesman Jordan was outstanding. The sales manager Mark was wonderful. Scott, the finance manager, took care of us as he always has. Tim the owner hung out with our 2 year old son. I had forgotten how amazing these folks are. They truly make purchasing a vehicle an amazing experience!! Thanks again to everyone at Westborn!!We love our new Jeep!!

Literally the best and smoothest car purchase ever. I did not even go in to get anything, I was just weighing my options to see what I liked. Mohammed Salem was honestly the best. He took the time to show me almost EVERY car on the lot. He answered any and all questions I had with no hesitation. Mohammed did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. The service was excellent. Thank you!Also, at the time of signing the papers and confirming everything went smoothly, Jeff Roekle made everything so easy. Thank you for that!

I have been at customer at Westborn Chrysler for over 17 years. I ve owned a Chrysler300, three minivans and a Jeep. All of which I ve serviced here. I believe that the service is excellent and the prices are fair. I don t imagine that I would have continued to buy Chrysler vehicles if it wasn t for this excellent service department. I have truly enjoyed working with David Smith over the years. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable.

Demetrius was great to work with today!! I went to over 8 dealerships before I landed at this one and got the best deal Ive ever gotten car shopping! He was accommodating, understood my needs for my car payment and got me the best deal he possibly could! We are all struggling in the economy right now and we all STILL need cars so do yourself a favor and go in and ask for him and watch him work his magic to get you the best deal! Worked with Evan, he made it such an easy process. Not one dealer I went to prior could give me the rate that he did. I was in and out with the exact car I wanted in less than an hour. The experience here was fine, I only stopped in because it was close and I needed an oil change. My service advisor was really great, however this dealership lacks general friendliness. As I sat in the waiting area for an hour, a multitude of people walked past me and looked me in the eye with no one speaking. A simple hello makes someone feel so much more comfortable in a business. As my advisor grabbed me when my car was completed, he took me to the cashiers counter where the woman was incredibly rude. I can t recall her name but she wore orthopedic shoes and had long blonde hair and bangs. She said one word, that being my total to pay, pointed at a line for me to sign my signature, she then tossed my keys on the counter and forcefully slid my copy of the paperwork and receipt, I said thank you and she did not respond. There s some great learning opportunities for this team to be had.

The reviews on here are definitely lies. Yelp reviews them as a two and I would definitely say they get 0 stars. Years of leasing cars in all my households and have NEVER gone to a dealership where the whole staff is beyond disrespectful, even the manager. Makes you wonder why these people went into sales where there job is to earn customers business? They told me a price on a car I wanted had me sign some paperwork put a deposit down and when I said I wanted to wait a little bit to get everything secured they told me a price 70 dollars more than promised and then proceeded to say they never said that. Clearly the paperwork had that information! Worst dealership no wonder why they have so much inventory, no sales skills here!

Westborn is the place to buy your vehicle from and to take it back for service !!!!! Dave in the service department has to be one of the best in the city ! He s the most kind and thorough person I ve dealt with in quite some time ! He s very helpful, I ve had what I thought was a problem with my RAM called in and talked to him and he walked me right through what I needed to do ! Dave is the man anytime I go there he is always pleasant and helpful WESTBORN has great service!

My first visit here and I was very happy with the service department! I had a great experience for the first oil change and tire rotation with my lease. I came prepared to sit for a while but was pleased I didn't sit very long. Look forward to coming back for the next one!

Mike P. is the best! He assisted with my Wrangler lease in May of 2022. I recently needed service and couldn't get through on the regular service extension. I called Mike and he got me in touch with Will in the service department. I had my Jeep back in less than 24 hours fixed! Thanks Mike and Will! I appreciate you guys very much!! :)

I brought my Chrysler 2014 300 for a regular oil change and some other repairs. My front seats were unable to be adjusted anymore, I also had a noise in the middle of my car when I accelerated and slowed down. I check everything that I could but couldn't find it. I found out that my rear fuse box was full of corrosion and that at some point my car was submerged in water. I bought the car used and I never had it submerged in water. I don't drive the car that often because I'm a truck driver who's gone 30 days at a time. The service department was exceptional explaining what was going on. The corrosion would have to be traced through the entire electrical system and was told how expensive that is. I realize that. My mechanic suggested to leave it alone at this time because of the amount of labor that would be involved,which I understand from driving my truck. The noise was from something hitting the car underneath causing a hole that destroyed a bushing. He put it back in and advised me to make an insurance claim which I did and they will do the repairs. I can't say enough great things about my experience because they could have cost me a lot of money, but they were honest. My Service Advisor was William Badger who is the nicest man I've dealt with in a s Service Department. He called and let me know what was going on and to get approval from me, if something needed to added. My entire experience was great. I was greeted even before I entered the building. I had made an appointment and most of everything was written up, I just had to add a few things. I had to thank my mechanic because he worked hard on my car and was honest with me. Everyone was so nice and answered any questions that I had. This is the best Chrysler Dealership I've been to. I bought my car from a family owned dealer in Woodhaven, but they were sold to a dealership that had at least 5 or 6 other dealership. Their Service Department went downhill from the start. I live in Woodhaven and don't mind the drive.. do it for a living...lol. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants their car done correctly. I stay with Chrysler because of the car and it helps that my extended warranty is through Chrysler. Thanks again to everyone for a great experience. Renae

What can I say about the Moore family starting with my sales guy Matt and his father who allowed the best deal on a Laramie I have ever had then my daughters Wrangler 4XE paymt I felt like I stole something after lol . And lemme tell you when service is needed Timothy makes sure that service department is running smooth . No matter the issue they always respond quick and keep you up to date and make u feel a part of the process I wouldn t deal with any other auto dealer unless they closed

Demetrius Cartwright was a fantastic sales consultant! He worked extra hard and treated with more respect than any other Jeep dealership we ve tried. If you come here, make sure you get this brother! Even though we ended up passing on getting the Jeep we were looking for, we have this place top on our list for our next car.

I had my vehicle towed to Westborn Chrysler Dodge not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. I am so glad that it wasn t a major repair. The service department was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and Tim went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with another issue I was having. Dave also provided information about my vehicle that I did not know and it was a great piece of advice. I do recommend this location and I would return for future repairs.

Honestly i was surprised how fast i was in and outI had the 80,000 service and the guys called me 2 hours later to pick up my car!It included an oil/filter change, tires rotation and upgraded the car software.The service guy was very friendly and professional.
