Needed a new engine in my car, got shot down by other shops due to high expensive quotes that insurance wouldn't pay. This shop was amazing. Took my info asked me what it would take for me to be able to keep my car and they made it happen. Highly recommended highly skilled very professional mechanics, would definitely take any other car or truck to them. This shop is far the best, hands down.......

Extremely nice and friendly service. Got my car in and out within 24 hours. Transparent throughout the whole process and even came to pick me up when the car was ready. Would recommend anyone go here. Car sounds and drives great now!

My daughter's car needed some major work and parts replacement. The owner and his crew were very professional, and explained everything to me. They even took videos to show me certain things. The car drives so much better now. They did quality work with very reasonable pricing. I will go back.

My traction control went out as I was driving into work on a snowy morning. I called Westborn, and they squeezed me in the next day. Got my car back to me the day after. I'm genuinely grateful for the quality of their customer service; some of the better service I've received. I will be going back to them for car issues.

I needed an exhaust system repair on my 99 Ranger, so I dropped it off after hours. They got back with me promptly in the morning. They were very forthright in describing the particulars of the repairs needed, as well as the peculiar parts needed for this specialized model of Ranger, and the cost involved? Had I decided to go forward with the repair, this review would have been more complete. Very cordial, very professional.

Took my Lexus here for the first time a few weeks ago due to rodent damage. The staff was super friendly and kept me up to date on the status of the car. Very straightforward and honest. Would recommend and will return

I came in, three days before their holiday break, with a car that basically had no brakes left. They had to replace my entire braking system, and since I start a new job on Tuesday (the day after Xmas), they only had two days to do it.Y'all, they hooked me /up/. Not only did I get my car back on Friday afternoon (today!), they charged me many thousands less than I would have paid elsewhere. This garage saved my job, and very possibly my life, and treated me like a friend and honored client while they were doing it. I am pretty much theirs for life now.THANK YOU!!! And happy holidays.

I just called to ask about pricing for an alternator and this guy went off on me saying that I shouldn t know what s wrong with my car. He was saying he doesn t want to service a car that already was diagnosed. What a psycho, I tried to talk but he kept rambling on about his expensive gadgets that can diagnose whats wrong with the car. I ve never felt so humiliated just to ask for a quote for my vehicle. I read reviews about this place saying it was a good shop? I will never understand who will go to a place that would make someone feel inferior or like they don t know what they re saying.Weird place weird mechanic.

I just got off the phone with then and the guy I talked to was very very helpful and straight forward. I didn't catch his name but will be sure to bring my vehicle here for service, I called in to just get some pricing and was given great advice on my situation and how to handle it. He went above my expectations. I would recommend this place.

I just called these guys to help when my Jeep suddenly wouldn't start this morning. He came right to my house and was able to give me a jump start - what service! Lucky for me, I live right around the corner from the shop. But they will always be my first call for help from now on!

I can't say enough great things about the owner and staff. They got my car in and out. The body work and repairs to the inside of my car were done in record time. Whenever I called to check on my car they answered the phone and gave me updates and were very nice about it. They also made sure my car was secure on the site. I would highly recommend them for any work to be done on your car. My car had been stolen and this was an insurance claim. I called ahead and explained my financial situation and couldn't afford to do all the work I know needed to be done and the owner said he understood and to bring my vehicle inWhen I showed up at shop he told me that NOT addressing all the issues at once was NOT A THING THAT SHOPS WILL DO, I wanted to get the ball joints done and deal with the other stuff when I could afford to do more work on it,The owner gave me a big speech about how that's not how var shops work...Well there are 4 mechanics shops within a mile of his locationThe other shops had no problem doing the work I could afford at the time and to come back when I could afford the restThe other shops that had no problem working within my budgetAre belle tire, good year auto care, and the 3rd one I forget their name but they are only 1 block down the street on Monroe Street in dearborn.If you are on a budget AVOID westborn Auto they will not work with you like the other auto shops in the westborn areaVery disappointed with the Lies I was told over the phone

They are super nice and did a great job fixing my car, it is driving better than when I got it. They fixed my aux port as well as an extra nicety and thoroughly explained everything so we knew what was up. I would recommend and return.

My new repair place for a 1987 VW ! Personable staff. Excellent service. Stand by their work. Even provided a house call when the battery was totally dead. (Luckily I live close by.) The mechanic was super friendly and down to Earth. He was honest with what was wrong with my vehicle without up-charging and kept me updated throughout the process of it being repaired. He also didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need for the vehicle which I appreciated. The price was fair as well. I asked if they could check the computer on my truck and was told it would cost $350 , I agreed and let them check it. They didn t check it and still charged me the $350. They lied and didn t do what I paid for and still charged me so I don t feel that they are an honest company. And the man in charge was rude and unprofessional and I will never go there again!

My BMW suddenly started giving me issues and Westborn Auto came up when I googled the closest mechanic. I was shocked that such good mechanics still exist - I wason a time crunch, and they were able to diagnose the issue immediately and had me on my way in 20 minutes! They knew the issue, and no upselling. These folks will now be my to-go for all car issues. Thank you!Service: Electrical repair

I just moved to the area and needed to get my brakes done and went here out of convenience and it was the best decision I could make! I ll never go anywhere else now! They got my car in right away on Wednesday morning (I called on Tuesday) and they had it done by noon on Thursday! No one likes getting their car fixed but they were very transparent along the way about costs and timeline and it made getting my car fixed less stressful than usual knowing it was being done by someone knowledgeable and trustworthy!!Service: Brakes

Great guy first conversation with them and I knew there were legit told me everything I needed to know very helpful recommend these guys. will not take your hard earned money like other shops and not complete the job!!
