Firstly, I especially dislike shops have anger issue owners, second most dislike: fraud business, third: arrogant shops refuse old car customers (Belle Tire Dearborn store); fourth: charge you very petty, like charge materials and labor step by step for a single axle replacement job.I am very alert because previous bad experiences with different bad mechanic shops.However, this shop is the one I am very comfortable with. Because:1) this shop has enough dock can service my car immediately and get it same day;2) their mechanic diagnose mechanical issue that about to break and show you the issue and tell you need to replace soon. I like to replace the rusty parts before it cause my car failed on the road especially old car bottom are usually fully rusty. I experienced expense repair when a small part broke into a big part(transmission). It costed me thousands of dollars to replace the entire transmission because of the crack. That was due to the irresponsible mechanic didn t use their dock inspect the car but only test drive found nothing and told me come back when problem showed up again when I already notice unusual performance of my car.3) their price is reasonable for what they deserve. They do teamwork focusing on one car at once and move on to the next ones so always easy to have a free dock. I feel it is not much saving to searching for bargain parts a couple hours trip then ask a friend help in their spare time in one person and pay a cheaper price to your friend or let the shop replace your parts without warranty. How much you need to spend to thank your friend help back your friends if you don t have much skills to exchange? And you lose much more money in stock investment in a day than how much money you saved to fix one auto issue by 2 wks long. Why not just pay a reliable shop complete your repair within 2 hours even comes with warranty? I d rather pay money $25 more if that s buying parts pay mechanic repair method really save me, to make the shop survive and workers get job to do with stable income happily. In the tough time, it is especially important to support good businesses.4) the owner/manager Eddie is friendly and arrange his order tasks all the time with a stable pace.5) they have electrician every Saturday too.My kindly advice: repair old rusty cars actually is harder than newer cars. Because they have to use more power tools to remove the rusty parts. Maintain your car in time so it won t become a money pit for the next owner of your car.Thanks for your reading my long review!Hope you enjoy their service here.

Very professional and always willing to help. I can call and ask questions about an issue I'm having with my vehicle and Eddie and his associates are always helpful. His prices are very fair and reasonable and the work is excellent. I would not recommend at all. I had two bearings done here. Two months later they went out again. They wanted me to pay 175 for labor to fix the issue they supposedly had fixed the first time. Any other auto shop I go to gives you 6 months guarantee. They ll make you feel like you re in good hands they just want your money. They don t understand that was supposed to be fixed without charge it s called the cost of doing business or you get the reimbursement for the labor from the parts company.

ZERO STARS!!!!!Eddie is very rude & dismissive!Eddie is a liar and a thief.. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!!!!!Also, Eddie will take your money & run he sits in his chair while he has random looking men off the street to fix your car Was supposed to put a new transmission in my car but definitely didn t even replace it or repair it he got junk yard parts when he was paid to install new parts.All he did was mess my car up even more than what was actually wrong with it.
